The lady said I should take this route back, because it was the quickest way! Was this some kind of joke! Who passes through the spooky forest!? this was terrible, absolutely terrible. Viola, had just gotten back from a job, a quite simple one at that. It didn't involve getting hurt, or pulling out her sword, but actually breaking a sweat and cleaning her clients entire house. Melody was forced to help as-well, attempting to tug along a massive box full of antiques before tumbling down the stairs and destroying everything.
Maybe this is revenge for breaking her lucky frog... she pondered, hunching over in a bit of depression as an anime sweat drop hovered over her head for a few seconds. Well, I'm not going to turn around now! a determined sparkle glided over her deep red eyes for a few moments, fist pumping up into the air as she began to march straight into the fog coated pathway.
Despite not being able to see anything expect for the bushes off to the side, she could very damn well hear the distressed cries of what seemed to be some sort of demonic alien creature. Every-time the creepy sounds entered her ears, her shoulders tensed and she would jump up, one foot in the air, while her arms extended upwards.
Melody on the other hand, was just settled on her shoulder, quite bored to say in the least. The only thing that spooked her out was Viola's crazed obsession to stuff at least 125 donuts into her stomach at a time. "Calm down, they're probably just animals. Last time we came on a job here, the only thing that attacked us were bugs and plants." the closed-eyed fox remarked, crossing her tiny little arms together with a huff.
"No, I don't care. As long as they aren't birds." Viola grumbled under her breath. The Hokage was slung over her shoulders, reaching to the calves of her legs as she pursued onward. A tight ebony black tank top clung to the top half of her figure, while she was wearing her regular navy blue pants, one part of the fabric cut off into shorts while the other clung all the way down to her ankle. To set it all off, her feet were covered over in combat boots which made a soft thud against the surface of the earth.
"Hey, whats that?" Melody questioned, the crimson-haired girl with-out a delay jumping in her place to glance around frantically. "What what!? Is there a ghost!?" she screeched, her face was starting to slowly go pale until she noticed what Melody was pointing at.
Just aside from them, flickering out from the bushes was a tail. Or, some sort of leaf plant thingy. Intrigued by this, Viola stepped forward, kneeling down to watch as it just moved back and forth over and over again, and then smack, right in the face. An anime anger symbol popped up beside her head, hands reaching out to clasp onto whatever this thing was and pull it as hard as she could. "You stupid, pla-!" her voice was cut off once she realized it was a person, no wait, was he a person? It wouldn't make sense for a human being to have a tail.
Viola leaned forward toward the young man, a hand underneath her chin. "Ya know, your tail is actually pretty cool, but, I don't appreciate it hitting me in the face." she commented, leaning back with a small smile. Little did she know, what she had just did, was the most painful and utterly horrible experience for the young man.
