Former Thief Wants In [Intro, Open]

There it was. Suoh had finished buying his equipment and was now standing in front of the legendary Fairy Tail building, amazed by its appearance and momentarily hypnotized by the guild's flag bearing that famous emblem. He took a deep breath and murmured. "Time to fix my life back in place."

He stretched his arm, placing his gloved hand on the door and slowly pushed it open. He entered and closed it behind him, now being introduced to the main guild hall. It is simple in design with many tables and benches, occupied a number of people Suoh suspected to be guildmates. The center hall is very open looking up into the roof of the building which is scattered with star constellations. The outer walkings of the hall are lined with large white stone pillars that hold up the second and third levels, of which every second pillar has a cloth flag with the guild emblem embroiled onto it. For a guild he thought to be rowdy and destructive, they have quite a decent place. Not class worthy, but surely respectable.

Now Suoh just had to find the guy in charge and ask to be part of the guild. The only problem was who he should look for...

Suoh had all the time in the world and figured it would be a good idea to take it slowly and decide to ask the local mages about the master's whereabouts. What he did not exactly count on was being approached and talked to so soon - no less by a beautiful young woman. He was mildly caught by surprise and his attention was fixated onto when she held him by the arm and a rather playful manner. Then came her question. "Why hello there, are you new here? I certainly haven't seen you before."

Suoh smiled and curtly nodded his head to show his respect and answered. "Greetings, beautiful. I'm a freelance mage currently looking for a guild to join. Is your guild master here?"

"I'm afraid I've just joined the guild myself, so I'm not sure who our guild master is, however, if you don't mind, I could keep you company for the time being."

Suoh nodded to her response. "I see." And he would've said more had the cat, that he somehow did not see, not distracted him from his train of thought. The feline, apparently going by the name of Yuki, acted in a rather feisty, but understandable manner judging by its (or her) words of criticizing the young lady's seductive behavior. And speak of young lady, he never got her name.

"Pay no mind to her, Yuki just doesn't like men, so how about I keep you company, hmmm?" was her sentence to him and Suoh answered. " "I suppose a little chit-chat won't hurt while I wait for the master. But first - your name, young lady?"

Chikane pushed open the doors to the guild again, and sighed as she noticed the guild going about their regular day. Honestly it was slightly amusing to see them as lively as they were, but it grated on her nerves sometimes. On this particular day she had come back from a fairly short job she had left on about a week ago. Normally she wouldn't take any jobs alone, but she needed time away from the guild anyways as she had important business to attend to outside of Magnolia. The flame guild master walked through the hall, before spotting something she didn't notice when she first entered.

A blonde haired male was currently having one of his arms hugged by a blue haired female as the two spoke at a table. Chikane blinked, as she didn't recognize either of them, yet somehow felt she should know them by now at least. Thus, the brown haired guild master walked over to them casually, large sword on her back and everything, and attempted to strike a small conversation with them. "Excuse me, but do I know either of you?" Sheepishly, Chikane rubbed the back of her head. It wasn't often that she might have forgotten a couple of guild members, but she was sure that she hadn't seen them before. "If not, well then hello you two!" Chikane smiled brightly at the two.

"Misora, nice to meet you." the Card mage said and then proceeded to tell his name. ""Suoh. Suoh Lumi-"

He cut himself off when he heard the doors swung open, revealing a brown-haired woman wielding an unusually large sword on her back, looking fierce and all that. Normally,  he would've turned his focus back to Misora and continue their little chat, but the same woman who entered the guild hall proceeded to head towards them, and asked them a few questions.

"Excuse me, but do I know either of you?"

"If not, well then hello you two!"

Suoh gave the new stranger a friendly wave, deciding to say to hello. "Greetings, ma'am. Are you one of Fairy Tail's mages?" He had no clue that it would be the one of the most dumbest things to say in his situation, not realizing how important that this woman was.

When the male asked if she was one of Fairy Tail's mages, Chikane simply chuckled and scratched the back of her head again. "Well, Ah guess you could say that. Ah am the guild master of Fairy Tail." Chikane looked around a bit before settling her eyes on them again. "Ah must apologize for not being here when you two entered. Ah was taking care of....important business." Chikane once again apologized for something she didn't know if they would be offended about or not. She felt it had to be done anyways since she was the guild master and two new members had joined.....without any prior knowledge to her. The flame mage wanted to hit herself, but instead focused on just talking to the two in front of her.

"So, what can Ah do for you two?" Chikane asked them, still smiling and trying to give off a non-threatening vibe to the two. She didn't know how they would take her being guild master, so she would try and be as kind as possible. Not like she already didn't however.

((OOC: If you get confused, whenever "Ah" pops up its Chikane's replacement for the word I. Just so you dont get confused.))

"Guild master?" Suoh repeated, reacting with a bit of astonishment. She did look the part with the oversized buster blade, but at the same time she was lacking...fashion and looked awfully young to be a guild master. Suoh, being a man of high standards, could not help but feel she was missing the classy, grand, wise, and old look he expected a guild master would have. Nonetheless, she certainly sounded kind and trusting of others, so he had no excuse to voice his complaints.

He placed that thought aside and spoke. "My apologies for my false assumptions, ma'am. I am Suoh Lumiere and I wanted to meet with you because I am currently interested in joining your guild. Are you accepting new mages?"

Chikane chuckled softly at the two before smiling. "Now you two don't have ta be so worried, Ah'm not gonna bite at ya." Chikane tried to ease their calms before turning back to the male, now knowing his name was Suoh, and nodded in his direction. "Yes, we are accepting new members. We only-" Chikane was cut off by the appearance of another member, Victoria Silvershield, but smiled and nodded towards her guild member.

"Hey there Victora. Yes they are new members. Oh!" Chikane slapped her forehead and looked towards the two with a smile on her face. "I almost forgot to introduce mahself. Ah am Noriko Chikane Hitsugaya, the guild master of Fairy Tail." The flame mage put her hand on Victoria's shoulder. "And this Victoria. As Fairy Tail goes, we accept anyone with the Fairy Tail spirit." Chikane smiled brightly at the two.

"Do you think you have the Fairy Tail spirit? If so, then welcome!"

The lady who walked up to the Master momentarily shifted Suoh's focus to her. In terms of appearance, she looked just as strong and mildly intimidating like the master, but at the same time lacked the elegance he would expect strong mages to have.

"I see." Suoh replied. "It's a pleasure to meet the both of you, Miss Hitsugaya and Miss Victoria."

Suoh lightly tapped his cane and looked at the Master after she mentioned the small requirement needed to joining the guild, which perked his interest regarding how she phrased it. He questioned, "Say, what exactly is the Fairy Tail spirit, ma'am? And how does one show it?"

Chikane smiled at the man before placing her finger on her chin. "The Fairy Tail spirit.....Well its fairly simple. The Fairy Tail spirit is really about never giving up, and always giving it 110% no matter what odds are brought against you." Chikane pointed at his heart, and gave him another smile that was heartwarming. The guild master could sense the Fairy Tail spirit in Suoh, and was certain he could show it if he really tried.

"So Sugah, you think you got the Fairy Tail spirit in you? Because Ah sure do."

"That so?" Suoh remarked; he was fully drawn in to the guild. "A guild of dedication and courage. I can relate to that."

He proceeded to chuckle at how she pronounced his name, and turned and looked at the Fairy Tail insignia embedded on a cloth flag hanged up on a wall near them. He took out a spare card from his pocket and spun it around his finger.

"Where do I start, ma'am?"
