   Personality: Out of Battle: Cindy is a childlike but calmer sweet tooth preferring too engorge herself with her chocolates, pastries and candies then cause trouble, however she is more then willing too interact if a person catches her curious eye even potentially obsessing over an individual while trying too learn about them. She is regularly calm and slow to anger her only quick "Temper button" being taking and/or destroying any sweets of hers. When angered she will typically quickly challenge her agitater too combat whether or not they are significantly stronger then her or now, however she will usually refrain from fighting to the point of killing usually waiting till her anger subsides
She can be thought of as a bubble headed ditz with her curious innocent nature but despite her outer appearance she can be quite intelligent on certain subjects, usually subjects related too cooking specifically forms of candy and pastries. Her curious nature can often annoy other wizards and witches as she pushes them too teach her magic and help her improve, especially paired with her ego can be bothersome. She has a rather high ego often claiming to be "The sweetest witch of fairy tail"
She often also can be drawn too things she holds as "adorable and cute" being drawn to small fluffy animals even too the point where they could be used as distractions against her. However, on the flip side she has a tendency too be fearful of prickly plants such as cactus's or roses due too an irrational fear of such type of plants due too falling into a cactus patch when she was younger. She also has an extreme distaste of vegetables and other foods that have a more bitter or sour taste.
She will typically find those her, in her words, "Preachy on health and fitness" annoying as she feels they typically will target her for her "Poor diet and lifestyle" commonly eating nothing but her candies and chocolates refraining from eating healthier food, however due too her magic style she actually receives all the nutritional benefits that eating normal balanced meals would provide her, her magic allowing her body too break down sugar into different forms of nutrients then what it would normally provide.
    In Battle: She prefers taking a more ranged attack role staying behind direct fighters and launching magical spells at the opponents. She doesn't often take a leadership role as well usually waiting for times too strike and rarely using the possible vantage points to gather and deal out information too her teammates simply preferring to snipe away with spells.
Using her magic too open opponents up too attacks and allow her allies and teammates too strike with stronger attacks she can play more of a support role as well, she will also often aim too damage specific limbs or areas of opponents hindering them. Even in combat however, she still avoids killing preferring too keep her opponents alive to praise her for defeating them.
Her Sweet tooth follows her even in battle however usually found munching on a jawbreaker or lollipop while fighting
   Likes:

• Candy and anything form of sweets, with the manipulation of sugar being her magic she has come too have an obsessive liking of anything sweet
  

• Strange and interesting people: Cindy loves meeting new people often drawn to more strange looking magic/people
  

• Compliments: Deeming herself the self proclaims "Sweetest witch of the land" her ego is a tad high and anything that would only inflate her ego she adores
  

• Anything she deems cute: Cats Rabbits a mouse if its cute soft and something she can cuddle she will love it
  

   Dislikes:

• Sour: Her love of sweets is only equal too her hatred for anything sour tasting
  

• Fire: or any intense heat that could melt sugar making her candy and powers weaker or useless
  

• Health "nuts": She finds them preachy and annoying often talking down on her about her diet

• To prove her self proclaimed Title is true and wanting to be known as a cute Sweet witch
  

• To prove that even magic based around generating and manipulating something as simple as sugar can be powerful
  

• Sweets: If it can get her more free candy she'll be motivated too do it
  

   Fears:

• Fire(again) she finds it threatening too her magic and types of meals
  

• Vegetables: If she can;t make it taste good by dipping it in caramel then it's not natural too her
  

• Cactus and other prickly plants: She fell into a cactus patch one day and ha s ever since irrationally feared them

   Appearance: Small framed typically wearing a layered outfit with a skirt and blouse a jacket that goes down too her knees held in the middle by a belt usually brightly colored and a bit childlike in design, often loose fitting on her but not baggy keeping comfortable but not loose too avoid falling down. She also wears softer type of shoes with colored socks, even occasionally having images and stripes printed on her socks. Her shoes usually are bright colored but designed for comfort even occasionally being downright slippers. She keeps her hair back long and straight her bangs kept too the sides too prevent it from blocking her sight while in combat.
