When one thinks of "Hunting" images such as strong men and women with iron and steel stalking the forest for food come to mind. Tactics and training with ranged weapons made to provide food for a family, or goods for trading. That is the most common use for the word Hunt. To a pair of twins the term hunt means fun, laughter and a lovely night. The thrill of the chase, the feeling of flesh and blood. They lived for hunts like these. The two figures darted through the trees, hopping like little rabbits through the thick under brush after a shadow on the ground. Their clothes weren't the best for stalking prey, black and pink garments stood out amongst brown and greens, and floppy rabbit ears bounces as they ran along the floor.
The one dressed in primarily black hopped onto a branch and the other followed suit. They both jumped and landed atop what seemed to be a massive vulture that was flying along the sky. Quickly the one dressed in pink grabbed hold of back of the bird's neck and pulled up hard. "Hold on tight Alie!" She called as the bird squawked loudly and shot up. The one dressed in black, Alie, held on tight. "Are you sure you know what you're doing Ariel!?" she called as the wind whipped their hoods off to reveal short green hair that shook in the intense wind. "Sure I do-whoa!" Ariel responded just as the bird shot up into the sky again. The two twins held on as their little mount took them higher and higher. soon it was far above the clouds. flying horizontally and nonchalantly the twins took this moment to look around. it was blue, white and bright. as much as one would expect above the clouds. then they looked foreword again Alie noticed something and pointed it out. "Look, i think that's were the bird is taking us." the bird's flapping became labored and it was clear it was tiring out just as it started to dip it went into a cloud. The twins couldn't see anything, once the cloud cover was over they saw a building. Right in front of their faces! The twins quickly and calmly hopped off as the bird slammed right into the side of the building with a thunk and fell down, it's neck twisted at an odd angel. Alie and Ariel grabbed onto some thick wires and poles that ran between buildings and began swinging to defuse the momentum before they could drop to the ground.
Once they had landed and dusted themselves off they looked around at this city. If they hadn't fallen in it from the sky they would've sworn that they were in some city in Fiore. It looked like a nice place to live, technology and magic mingled evenly among the citizens. Looked well and good before Alie poked Ariel's arm and pointed up "Whose Nox Animus?" she asked. Ariel shrugged "No idea. Let's poke around inside." She replied grabbing her sister's hand and going up to the doors and knocking on them.
