Post by Ren Hengi 9th June 2014, 3:44 pm

    Details:

Ren stood in the central area of the wedding, admiring the decor that was everywhere. It truly was a lovely place, Ren himself had dreams of having his own wedding here. Of course, his dreams were kind of far fetched and involved fighting a dragon.
It was Kihia who suggested they all did a mission together, and Ren liked the idea of going to a wedding as well. Who knows? It could turn out to be very peaceful.
Ren himself had gone out a purchased a (very expensive) suit and was not wearing a hat, though the usual bobby pins did hold up his hair. He repainted his nails from an electric blue to black and white to match, and in his opinion he looked quite strapping.
He looked around through the croud for the others of his team. Most likely he would spot Ophelia first, since she would have dressed the most extravagant of them all. Ophelia was definitely not one to wear just what was acceptable, no she went beyond the boundaries of fancy and usually was luxuriously clothed.
Ren kind of envied the never ending closet she seemed to posses. Ophelia must have owned a gown for every occasion there was to have. Ren could say the same, but with hats. He wasn't wearing one however, and that was because he was teaming up with someone he hadn't met before.
Someone who used a form of fire magic, from what he had heard he wasn't afraid to burn anything. So Ren decided to play it safe and not wear a hat, though he felt extraordinarily short.

Kihia sighed, the mission seemed to be a good idea at first, until the idea of dressing up for a wedding hit him. He didn’t particularly like the idea, but for the sake of the job, he had ordered a custom tailored suit. Kihia had two sheathes put into the inside of the jacket so he could easily access the Geruks. Kihia then looked down at Icarus which he was holding like an everyday staff, he had casted Ice make magic on it to make it appear like it was a decoration peace instead of a weapon. The stunt was working and the guests of the wedding paid no heed to Kihia.

Kihia nodded at this and walked over to Ren whom he had managed to spot, “Make sure you keep an eye out for suspicious characters… we are here to make sure nothing bad happens not enjoy the party…” Kihia nodded and then turned around, He was sure Ren and Ophelia can manage blending in with no issue, but he didn’t know enough about Onoro to make a call. Kihia then looked around trying to find the remaining companions and possible entrance areas. If a fight starts we need to try and force it outside… away from everyone and the decorations… Kihia didn’t particularly like having to try and spot someone suspicious in a crowd this big, to many people of different backgrounds to make the right call…. Kihia then adjusted his right sleeve with his left hand trying to make sure the bandages weren’t showing, If those showed… it may give us away….

Finally, the girl had arrived. She wore her hair back in a tight bun, two small curls spiraled down on either side of her head. The gown she decided to wear today was a trumpet dress with floral stitching at the skirt, underneath she had white kitten heels on. Everyday was something different.

"The Queen has arrived~" Ophelia sang as she picked up the skirt of her dress and approached the two, easily spotting them amongst the crowd. She seemed to be rather pleased with her appearance today, and she hoped that nothing would ruin her look and her mood. "I apologize for my lateness~ It is a wedding after all!" She let go of her skirt and placed her hands over her cheeks. The girl couldn't believe she was at an actual wedding, a part of her wished that she didn't had to do the job, but Ophelia did have a sense of duty.

"Sadly, we're just guard duty..." Ophelia let out a small sigh as she looked up at the two and squinted, studying them closely. What a surprise! They were both well dressed and Ren wasn't wearing a hat, Ophelia assumed that they would walk in with casual clothing, but it appeared as though she was wrong, and honestly, Ophelia was impressed with their work. "So, we're just waiting for the psycho ex, yes? Let's make quick work, I want to enjoy the rest of the party and look pretty." She seemed to be quite excited about today's event and couldn't help herself with her joy.

Post by Onoro 10th June 2014, 6:16 pm

Onoro was wearing an all black tuxedo; something he had rarely done, and yet he was wearing it for some wedding of people whom he did not know. He walked and continued smoking his cigarette before he was stopped by a male who happened to be a bit taller than him. "Look man, I don't want any problems but you can't smoke here." Onoro chuckled and rolled his eyes before pulling from the cigarette and inhaling the smoke. The male sighed and spoke once more "Okay you know what-" "Fine." Onoro said cutting the male off. He put out the cigarette on his hand and walked past the male, scouting the area as if he was interested in this bull. The tall male walked away probably feeling confident by now. Onoro then took out another cigarette from inside his tuxedo jacket's pocket before lighting it with his finger.  He smoked as he walked down the isle.

Up ahead, he could see 3 people he knew were from his guild. Kihia, Ophelia, and Ren. He fixed his face before walking up to the three, and continued to smoke his cigarette. He felt like he would have to be spoken to once more about his cigarette, but he wouldn't care. He was here to work for someone, if they didn't need his help, he'd leave, but the fact of the matter was that they DID. Onoro smirked while approaching the three, and glanced over at Ophelia, scanning her beautiful body before looking at Kihia, man he would love to - "Hey, can you put that-" A lady started to ask before Onoro cut them off. "No." He faced the group. "Alright... so we wait? And Eat? Or..." He asked before taking another pull. He looked over at Ren. He liked the kid, although he wasn't quite his type, he was still attractive. He liked the more masculine males, and the very femine females. Ophelia, and Kihia were perfect. Onoro had just finished being with a girl the day before, so he turned to Kihia, a strong member of his guild.

"Loooook at you! All sexy for this wedding huh? Sooo, when are we gonna, Y'know?" He snickered.

Ren stiffened a little when the new guy approached. His aura was very intimidating, even though to Ren basically everything was intimidating. He watched as Onoro looked Ophelia up and down, and clenched his fists slightly. Ren felt protective of Ophelia, in the brother-sister way. Well, then he looked at Ren. He only looked at Ren for a second, and seemed uninterested, like he was looking at cheap hats.
Good metaphor for Ren, maybe not for others. He turned his attention to Kihia, and Ren relaxed slightly. Only slightly though. He felt protective for his entire guild now that he thought on it in detail. Ren frowned at the cigarette, but didn't dare to say anything. Ren decided to stray away from that guy and observe for others. No one looked particularly malicious in any way, but then again if they did they wouldn't be in here.
Well Ren, what does a dumped boy look like? he asked himself, the realizing he was the one who was always dumped. His mirror was broken so he didn't exactly know how he looked when he locked himself in his house for days on end watching romantic comedies and sobbing constantly. But he assumed he would look really sad. Ren decided to stray from his own stories of break ups and focus on anything that would look suspicious on a person. Suspicious accessory choice was something Ren was keen on observing, however that checked up blank as well. Ren sighed and ran a hand through the side of his hair that wasn't bobby pinned, and looked over at Ophelia. "Oh! Ophelia! One of your hairs is stray" Ren attempted to whisper.

Post by Kihia 10th June 2014, 8:55 pm

Kihia’s right eyebrow twitched when he heard Onoro’s comment, he ignored it and froze Onoro’s cigarette in the process. Kihia then looked at his companions and said “Keep an eye out for suspicious looking characters, roam around and blend in, if you see the target motion a one of us and try and force them outside quietly…”

Kihia then nodded and walked off to keep and watch around the hall. He saw normal activity mostly, This job may be the easiest one I have had in a while… Kihia then noticed something that caught his eye, He saw the target, the brides ex-boyfriend… as well as two people following close behind him. Kihia sighed, So much for the easy Job… I guess those rumors detailed in the job were true… Kihia tapped Icarus twice on the ground to signal one of his companions that the target has been sighted.

Kihia casually walked up to the small group, and blocked off the path of which they were walking on and said, “Hello there, Please follow me outside….” One of the men tensed up and said, “There ain’t no reason we gotta go with ya anywhere.” Kihia gently smiled, and looked at the leader of the three, “Trust me…. You do… you don’t want to make a big fuss when there are so many onlookers now…” The ex-boyfriend was taken aback for a moment, and then quietly nodded. Kihia then quietly escorted them outside and when they were out of sight of the party, Kihia spoke up his voice colder than it was, “Look… We know why you are hear… I am here with my companions from Lamia Scale… leave now and no harm will come to you…” The two henchmen looked at their leader who nodded and walked off, but before he did, he said something under his breath that Kihia couldn’t make out.

OOC Note, the Ex Boyfriend is leaving temporarily, this is to aid with posts, he told his two cronies to stay there and take out the legal mages

Post by Ophelia Katulai 11th June 2014, 6:17 am

When the last guildmate decided to show up, Ophelia appeared to ignore him, mostly because of his smoking habits and the fact that she could smell his sexual hunger from miles away. She glanced at Ren, and looked confused. She pushed a curl behind her ear, as if it would help the hair problem he pointed put. "One of my what? My hair is fine I don't understand what you're taking about." Ophelia flicked Ren's forehead before following the others outside where the fight would be held. She watched as the ex-boyfriend just sauntered off, leaving his two goons to handle the problem. A feeling in her gut told her that this job would end up with her looking like a mess.

The weaker goon appeared to have his eyes fixated on her, especially her chest area. This sent shivers down her spine as she stared back at the goon. Her facial expression was priceless, it was a mixture of shock and disgust. When the goon took a step forward, Ophelia would take a step back. It was as if the two were playing a game of cat and mouse. Soon, the goon began a full on chase with the girl screaming and throwing whatever she could get her hands on. She had never been put into a scenario like this and it legitimately scared her. "I'm gonna get ya!" The goon yelled from behind her.
"NO YOU'RE DEFINITELY NOT!" Ophelia yelled right back at him. To run faster, she picked up the skirt of her dress and began sprinting, with her long legs free, she had an easier time to run away from the goon.

Onoro waited to see what the group would do now that they were all together. It seemed like Kihia had found out that the ex boyfriend had arrived, and while he escorted him outside. Onoro looked at Ophelia who happened to be... uncomfortable? Onoro smiled as he pulled out another cigarette from his sleeve this time. He snapped his fingers, and lit it once more. Smoking was a habit and if Kihia thought he was going to simply stop Onoro from smoking wherever the hell he wanted... he had another thing coming. The red haired male turned his head only to see the creepy goon affiliated with the crazy Ex boyfriend watching Ophelia. Onoro nearly laughed hysterically, but kept it to a snicker. After a long stare, he shouted something that disturbed even Onoro. The cigarette addicts eyes widened as he then chased Ophelia.

The Phoenix mage pulled from his cigarette once more before exhaling while shaking his head. "Good luck Ophelia..." He said to himself, turning to the taller male who was left behind by his peer. He frowned before speaking. "Look, mind your own business, and nothing has to happen, alright!?" He shouted. Onoro shook his head before taking a short drag from the cigarette, then lowering it to his waist. "I doubt I have permission to kill your ass... but then again, I don't care. I'm hungry, and lusty..." he started before using his spare hand to quickly take off his jacket, kick off his shoes, and pull down his dress pants. He now stood in his bright red boxer briefs. "... DON'T MAKE THIS HARD FOR ME!!" He shouted before his red angelic wings sprouted, and emitted a vibrant heat. He crushed the cigarette in his hand, and growled, as a light red Aura, began to surround his body. It was about... to go... down... but please don't ask why he had to get half naked.

Ren ran out in front of the goon that was chasing Ophelia. "DON'T YOU TOUCH HER!" he yelled at the goon. The goon stood there for a moment before bursting out laughing. "Your so short!" he said through his laughter. "I AM JUST VERTICALLY CHALLENGED OKAY!" he yelled, pulling out his sword and wacking him in the face with it. It probably would have done something, if he had use the sharp side. Instead, he used the flat side. The goon smirked and lunged forward, Ren dropping his sword. The goon then began to beat Ren up. It was painful, and he fell down onto the floor and curled into fetal position. The goon started laughing at this, and grabbed his stomach. "VERTICALLY CHALLENGED...! AHAHAHAHA!" he laughed. This was Ren's turn to act.
He turned on his back and kicked the goon straight on his privates. The goon let out a yelp and fell to the floor. Ren got up, and looked down at the goon, who was wincing in pain. Ren grabbed the goons ankles and pulled him so he laid on his back, and then began to stomp on his privates. "OPHELIA IS A NICE LADY THAT DOESN'T DESERVE CHEAP MEN LIKE YOU. WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU BRUSHED YOUR TEETH? I DON'T THINK IT WAS TODAY. DO YOU CALL THAT A HAIRSTYLE? I DON'T EVEN THINK YOU BRUSHED THAT! HOW DARE YOU THINK YOU CAN EVEN HAVE THE RIGHT TO LOOK IN HER GENERAL DIRECTION! YOUR MORE OF A PEASANT THEN I AM!" Ren lectured the goon as the goon began to form tears in his eyes.

Kihia grimaced, as the scene blew up around him, This group needs serious training…. In a lot of areas.... Kihia watched as the man Ren had hit started to slowly getting back up. Kihia sighed, It is time for me to intervene… Kihia then threw Icarus high up into the air and rushed forward. He landed a uppercut on the man Ren had previously hit knocking him out cold. Kihia then turned to the other grunt who had put his hands together as a red magic circle appeared, A… Fire mage…? Kihia grimaced as he ducked to avoid the fireball, as it flew over him Kihia ran up and delivered a quick punch to the man’s gut. As he keeled over Kihia drove his elbow into the man’s back and then pushed him towards the place Kihia was previously standing.

Icarus then fell down hitting the man’s head knocking him out cold. Kihia nodded, and then grabbed Icarus before it fell down onto the ground. Kihia spun it around and then starting to holding it like before. He put his left hand on Ren’s left shoulder, and said, “It is noble to protect your friends, but try and control yourself while doing so… also… don’t aim at their heads next time… we are not killers…” Kihia paused for a moment, “Onoro… the same goes for you…. But most importantly… learn some decency please…” Kihia stopped when he noticed the ex-boyfriend was headed back their way, this time with two more grunts that looked similar to the fire mage. “Everyone get ready… it seems we have a fight on our hands…”

OOC Note: Final fight and the Ex has returned,

The moment the goon was taken out, Ophelia stopped running and glanced over at Ren. She appeared to have rubbed off on him and he managed to stand up for himself for once, impressive. Her eyes trailed over to Onoro and quickly she turned her head away. That chain smoker has no decency whatsoever!

The Ex returned with two more of his disgusting goons. God, there are more! The girl cringed and suppressed her urges to throw up. Stay calm. Stay calm. You can do this. God, she had to fight peasants, real peasants. Hungry, thirsty peasants. Peasants.

Ophelia was rubbing her temples before a goon launched himself at her, there was little time to react. Air began to collect in the goon's hand as he reeled his arm back, when the ball was the size of his fist he then pushed his arm forward, the ball of air came into contact with Ophelia's face and exploded into a large gust of wind, launching her back and sadly messing up her hair. She tumbled on the ground attempting to get her footing under control, her hands dug into the ground to stop her from going too far. Ophelia was not happy with this... She ran forward and approached the goon in a not so subtle way; The girl kicked her leg up and swung it, aiming to hit the goon in the stomach, surprisingly the two were equal in combat and fought in rather barbaric ways. The goon attempted doing the same trick with the ball of air, but Ophelia slipped between his legs and jumped onto his back, her thigh wrapped around his neck, squeezing him and depriving him of air. She leaned back and forced him to topple over.

The girl rolled back and stood up, she was quick to act and swung her fist at the air. Underneath the goon, Ophelia's Rock Form Fist erupted, sending the goon flying. Sadly, her efforts were in vain. When the goon landed on the ground, he stood back up again and dusted himself off.

Kihia had probably been thinking he was the leader or something, but Onoro didn't take orders from someone like Kihia. "I do what I want boy." he spoke coldly as he looked back over at his enemy.Onoro stood still. His stance was straightened as his wings stretched. He hadn't used  things for about 30 years. There was no reason too, he wasn't fighting or anything. In fact, he had to get back to normal strength, and right now he was far from it. Onoro dashed at the male who he had raged at in bright boxer briefs while his red aura took his body. He moved quick, so once he approached the male, he threw a swipe kick to his right leg. As the red haired mage did so the enemy quickly jumped before Onoro flapped his wings quickly and flew backwards 3 meters. Onoro smirked, this was kind of fun, but it had to end quick.

"Alright you little shit. Kihia may be right about killing you, but I'll make sure you don't get up." Onoro dashed once more. The enemy seemed to be creating something made from... Ice? It was a sword, nice in color too, but blue didn't suit Onoro. As the Phoenix mage dashed, he swiped his hand quickly as the enemy dashed and began to start his attack with his sword. Onoro's slash created a slash of pure energy which sliced cleanly through the ice sword before the ice mage stopped. ONoro continued and kicked him in the chest, sending him flying into the a bunch of wedding decorations. Onoro didn't quite pay attention to the guests, so he didn't know what they were doing. He turned back to Kihia and the rest. "You guys alright?" That was the only nice thing he has said the whole mission.

Ren looked up at Kihia, kind of ashamed. "I didn't really think about it... Sorry..." Ren apologized as he looked over at Ophelia. She looked kind of proud. Ren turned over to Onoro who was presently wearing only his boxers. Ren went red as a cherry and looked down at the floor. Where did his clothes go?! Ren turned around before looking up again as the goons began to attack again. He picked up his sword and it turned back into a pin as he slid it into his hair. It would be better not to use the sword again, he could actually kill someone.

Instead, Ren watched as his companions beat everyone up. He felt kind of useless for a second, until Ophelia's goon got back up. He appeared to be an air mage, which Ren didn't exactly how to handle, but he took it on straight forward anyway. He ran up in front of Ophelia as fast as his short legs could carry him, and he prepared himself. "WINGS OF LOVE!" Ren yelled out as the circle summoned forward, pushing the goon, Ren, and Ophelia backwards. Ren didn't really think about the opposite effect. Ren looked over at Ophelia with a panicked smile and apologized almost violently. "I'M SO SORRY YOU CAN HAVE MY STUFF DO YOU WANT MY SWORD YOU CAN HAVE IT I HAVE SOME NICE TEA I HAVE AT MY HOUSE I CAN GIVE YOU BILL IF YOU WANT I'M SORRRRRYY!" He apologized and almost cried.

Kihia nodded as he saw the group take on the remaining two grunts and performed admirably. Ren and Ophelia had managed to take out the air mage, whereas Onoro had managed to takeout the ice mage by himself. He looked at the ex-boyfriend who was getting ready to fight, “Are you sure you want to do this…?” Kihia had been giving the man an ice cold stare, “You better believe it bud, and no goody two shoe mages are going to get in my way!” Kihia sighed, he then froze Icarus to the ground and reached into his jacket and pulled out the Geruks.

    “Ice make…Twin Shields!”
Kihia watched as the shields formed, he saw the ex-boyfriend extend both of his arms and say, “Wave Bullet!” Kihia angled both of his shields to deflect both projectiles to the ground. He then rushed forward slamming the shield in his right hand against the man’s side, Kihia then spun around to hit him in the chest with both shields. The ex-boyfriend reeled back from the blows, cursing under his breath, Kihia dashed forward and kicked the man in the stomach. The man gagged a bit from the force of Kihia’s kick, which Kihia then spun around and kicked him again to send the man flying.

The ex-boyfriend impacted the wall, Kihia nodded at him, “I hope you learn your lesson…” Kihia dispelled the twin shields and walked over to Icarus picking it up. He angled one end of Icarus to face the ex-boyfriend, Kihia then heard a humming sound behind him and sighed, “You haven’t learned enough it seems… Ice make… Pole…” The ice pole shot out of Icarus and impacted the ex-boyfriends head knocking him out. Kihia simply nodded and then addressed the rest of the group, “Clean yourselves up… and go back in if you wish… I will stay here and make sure these guys don’t try anything…” Kihia said this primarily as an excuse not to go back in… he never enjoyed the thought of fancy parties…

Ophelia was drenched and her hair bun was unraveled, her long curly hairy was now free and soaking wet. She hit Ren over the head and began to yell at him, "I CAN'T BELIEVE WHAT YOU DID! YOU MESSED UP MY CLOTHES, YOU IDIOT! I DON'T WANT YOUR THINGS!" She then placed her hands over her face, tears began to run down which was masked by the water from Ren's spell that dripped down her chin.

The girl was an emotional wreck. A noblewoman doesn't cry. A noblewoman never cries. She tried to contain her grief by holding in her tears, but that didn't work. It ended up with her crying louder. "I can't look pretty anymore! I'm a mess!" Ophelia began wiping the tears off of her face, she looked like a child but at least she cried pretty. She sniffled lightly, "I can't go in there! I wanted to eat and talk but I'm drenched!" There she sat, on the ground, soaking wet and struck with sadness. Ophelia ran her hands through her long curls and pushed it behind her ears so she could see what was in front of her, though she couldn't really see much since the tears that ran down her face blurred her vision. "I need a blanket..." She sniffled once more and wrapped her arms around herself. Since Ren was a water mage, Ophelia didn't expect him to feel cold that and she didn't care about him at the moment. She grew quiet and sobbed silently.
