~Growing Up~
Lelouch was born to his mother Ciel and his Father Arthur.
They were the king and queen of Seven. Lelouch had a younger
sister named Euphinia who was quite dear to him. Lelouch was a
very bright child, he could always be found studying in the library,
reading books or scripture scrolls. From a young age, Lelouch was
fascinated with learning magic, so he would read up on different
types of magic. His lifestyle was quite the lavish one and Lelouch
was completely used to it all. Whenever his mother went out into
the kingdom, Lelouch would always accompany her. Lelouch was
adored by the whole kingdom. His family would take occasional trips
to Rose Garden in Fiore. During those times, Lelouch was a very
happy child, who smiled quite often. Being in the royal family,
meant Lelouch had to present himself with great eloquence and
stature. His aristocratic upbringing made him a bit stuffy in a sense.
Lelouch always had a passion for chess. He even taught his younger
sister the game. He was a pro at the tender age of 9.
~Learning Magic~
On Lelouch's 11th birthday, his mother finally took notice of her son's interest in learning about magic and decided to teach him, her magic, which was abyssal shadow magic, a powerful yet dangerous magic, that was capable of corrupting those who possessed it. Still, Ciel believed her son would not be corrupted so she began his magic training.
