Description:
Though the Hokage may appear as a magical jacket, there is a much wider story to this valuable piece of fabric than anybody knows. Inside the fabric, a seal had been made thousands of years ago to keep away a fox demon known as Kurama. The beast loathed humans, and basically any living thing it managed to come across, destroying forests and leaving dents in the earth as a reminder of it's power. But, not everything lasts forever; Kurama's rage came to an end as a group of humans successfully seized the beast and sealed it inside a long coat with the writing "Hokage" on the back.
Many people had used this jacket, or used Kurama for it's power. Kurama learned to hate humans much more than he already had, taking quite pleasure in watching them suffer and fail miserable with his strength. He could even communicate to whoever wore the jacket through mind, mocking them or making them think they had gone mad.
Kurama is the main reason for this jacket being so powerful, for the demon fox's power often came in the element of fire. Though he is a foul and wicked beast, he has never once come across a kind soul who had thought of be-friending him. He has learned to accept the fact that there is no love in the world, which is why he takes pleasure in seeing others in pain. Kurama is just waiting for somebody to be-friend him, secretly wishing he could offer his powers freely to the one that he trusts.
Strengths:
-Hard fabric [is extremely hard to tear].
-Resistance to elements [has a strong resistance to elements, especially fire (all elements expect water)]. Resistance to fire is about 90%
-Warmth [despite being thin, the Hokage has always had a natural warmth to it in cold weathered conditions].
Weaknesses:
-Higher rank [if a higher ranked spell (above A) hits the Hokage, it will most likely tear or be seriously damaged, loosing it's abilities for a good amount of time].
-Control [despite the Hokage appearing as a simple jacket, it's quite hard to control when it comes to magic (mostly mentally)].
-Water [since this armour has only one element focused into it's system (fire), water is it's weak point, if soaked the Hokage will loose all it's abilities until completely dried].
Abilities:
Enragement - this ability, is where the user looses control, allowing Kurama to freely destroy things around it, or play with the user's mind while watching. Usually, if Kurama and user have already formed a strong bond, the Kurama will try to snap the user back to their normal mind before they do something that they regret. This form, doesn't do much, but it does increase the users physical strength and has a short resistance to water [won't go out right away if water impacts]. Resistance to all types of water magic is about 40%
Kasai - (meaning is : fire) this ability is where the user has a more cool head, and is able to control Kurama, or work together with Kurama using the element fire. The user will glow a light yellow, orange flames stretching out from their body wildly. These flames are extremely hot and are often a good defence, making it hard for anybody to approach the user or attack of course. Despite being naturally weak to water, the user's flames will not go out right away on impact. Since this is a stronger ability; well compare to Enragement, this has a 70% resistance to water; to all water magic types as-well
