Gun of Oblivion:

• They are two different Elements.

• They take a long time to recharge magic bullets. It takes 3 post to recharge the guns of darkness and light bullets and 4 posts for Gun of Oblivion.
  
• They can only shoot from far range. 30 to 40 meters to shoot effectively.
  
• They cannot hurt undead or angels.

Gun of Oblivion:

These guns where made from the depths of darkness and the heights of light. The gun of Oblivion is made when Rose slams the two guns together and they form as one. They can also just regularly shoot regular bullets for half a D-rank damage. The gun of Oblivion can shoot regular bullets as well but they do a full D-rank damage.

• They take a long time to recharge magic bullets <--- Once you run out of bullets, how long would it take for you to recharge them?
  
• They can only shoot from far range. <--- What's the minimum range you have to be in order for the guys to shoot effectively?
  
• They cannot hurt undead or angels.
  

Abilities:
Bullet of Light - A white seal appears in front of the gun of light and shoots out one single bullet. If the bullet hits the opponent they get encased in a ball of light which explodes causing a D-ranked damage. This ability has a cool down of 6 posts and a duration of 1.

Bullet of Darkness - A Black seal appears in front of the gun of Darkness and shoots out one single bullet. If the bullet hits the opponent they get encased in a ball of Darkness which explodes causing a D-ranked damage. This ability has a cool down of 6 posts and a duration of 1.

Bullets of Oblivion - A Red seal appears in front of the Gun of Oblivion and it shoots out 4 bullets. The bullets explode when they come in contact with something. Each bullet does a D-rank damage. This ability has a cool down of 10 posts and a duration of 1.

Each weapon can only have 2 spells around your same rank. You have listed 3 here. I make a recommendation to merge Bullet of Light and Bullet of Darkness into a single spell, where you're able to choose which bullet you fire. No need for such a long cooldown for the spell. It cane be taken to only 3 posts, since it's a D-Rank spell currently. Also, technically, since they ARE technically spells, please use the spell template from where you create magic in order to list your abilities; makes things far easier. Final thing - no need for such a long cooldown for Bullets of Oblivion. You can reduce it to a 4 post cooldown.
