- Abel's left eye changes according to his emotions. Normally, it's from a very right blue, but when angered or emotionally altered, his eye becomes green as an emerald, his pupil becomes a slit too. Abel can cause the change if he wishes, however, he can't prevent it from happening.
- If you threw Abel to a pool, you would notice that when he gets out, except for his clothes, he would be completely dry. This is because Abel naturally produces a wax that that forms an extremely thin layer that covers his hair and skin and that makes water just slide off from his body. The layer of wax is so thin that it can't either be noticed through vision or through touch.
Personality: Abel is a very moody person, and suffers so many changes of attitude that he could almost be thought to suffer MPD (Multiple Personality Disorder). Usually calm and collected, despite he can at first look like a shy, depressed and mean loner, nothing is further from reality. Abel is just a very dreamy person that remains in silence most of the time because he is absorbed by his thoughts, in fact, he does enjoy a lot talking with the rest and being with all kinds of people. He is very kind as well and he will receive anyone with his arms wide open and help whoever is in need without a second thought.
He rarely takes the leadership position (although he does have good leadership skills when it comes to it), however, because of his natural highly independent nature, he often just does what he wants, not collaborating very much with his teammates; this is not done on purpose, but without even noticing... However, whenever he takes the leadership position or has to battle, Abel looses his calm and collected facet and becomes much more aggressive and passional, facing all difficulties that are put on his path head-on with a truly limitless determination, becoming much more talkative and prone to giving long and powerful speeches both to friends and foes.
There is a darker aspect of Abel's personality that is strongly related to battle... When Abel fights, he holds nothing back, breaking every bone of his body and spilling until the very last drop of his blood for victory... Due to this attitude, whenever Abel fights an strong enemy, he can go in rampage because of the use of so much magical power, when this happens, Abel's personality gives a radical twist and he becomes a sadist that has no quarrels on causing immense collateral damage and that enjoys tormenting his opponents.
Living by his own rules and morals, Abel can't be considered a part of society, even if he lives immerse in it, he gives away the feel of "living alongside" the system, rather than inside of it; this, combined by his dreamy and kind nature and mysterious yet very appealing aspect makes him incredibly popular among women. Abel does act friendly towards his fans, and thanks the support they give him, however, apart from that he doesn't pay them much more attention, since he, (as most dreamers), believes in love at first sight and is nowhere near a womanizer.

- The sea: due to water just sliding off his body, Abel was always very fast when it came to swimming, what made him very good when it came to water-related sports, in which he excelled. Because of this, he soon learnt to love the sea and the wonders and mysteries it contains.
- Birds: birds always fascinated Abel. Their grace and beauty always reminded him of the lifestyle he wanted to have when he was younger. Thus, birds became a symbol for him not only of freedom, but of life and how to live it as well.
- Ice creams: although he never was a big fan of sweets, Abel does enjoy ice creams very much, for they remind him of the summers on his childhood, times when things were easier and more easy-going
- Magic: Abel is very proud of his magic powers and the talent he shows, and loves making demonstrations of what he is capable of with flashy spells that posses as much beauty as power. If asked, he will very gladly make an exhibition to make everyone feel awe, specially, if it's children or ladies who ask.
- Children (no, not in the way you are thinking, you pervs XD): the innocence in a child's eyes has always make Abel feel revitalized, like if he could do anything and he just had to extend his hand to make his dreams come true. Abel dislikes anyone trying to exert authority on him and inherently despises the chain of command due to his independent nature.

Abel can't stand feeling powerless, thus, when fighting, he'll always give it all. For him, there's no surrender, it's death or victory. If he looses a fight, he'll always be up for a second confrontation at any time, regardless of the difference of strength. While that time comes, he'll train day and night to get stronger and stronger to surpass those who once surpassed him. He would never admit it, but this obsession comes from his desire to be accepted and to have everyone's approval, something he lacked in his childhood.
Motivations: Abel doesn't have any concrete objectives on his life, he became a mage with the objective of escaping the life he had on his village, so he could explore places yet to discover, know people that he could call "nankama" and to live thousands of incredible adventures that made his life worth living. As a secondary objective, he wants to meet his father... He does not care very much wether he ever finds him or not, though.

- People excluding him for thinking that he is a weirdo: when he was a child, because of his many strange and kinda scaring physical characteristics, he was pushed aside by the other children, what resulted into a lonely childhood. This is why he now covers his mouth, so no one can see his inhuman teeth.
- Hurting his friend: because of him giving it all in every single battle, sometimes Abel goes in rampage, blindly unleashing spells that can cause a lot of collateral damage... This is why Abel will try to avoid fighting alongside his friends or even fighting while they are on the same place than him. He will as well try not to fight in places where innocent people can result hurt, although he will, if he doesn't have any other option.
