Birthday for Ao (Open)

Lance sat in the park as he supervised a group of guild mates run around here and there putting up decorations. Today was an important day for someone and Lance felt like it was a good way to become closer to the person. He smiled at the work he had produced as he had put his heart into making those decorations. Lea stood next to Lance with a smile on her face "Dad you are a nice person for throwing Ao this party." Lea said with a smile. She hadn't seen Ao in a while and she was looking forward to seeing her today. Lance smiled at her comment then blushed a little "I- I- Its because she is my friend" Lance exclaimed as he walked through the park some more only to see that more decorations were being put up.

Now was the time to get her to come. As he walked through the doors of the guild he spotted Ao immediately and ran over to her "Hey Ao!" said with a smile "I have a surprise for you!" he exclaimed as he grabbed her hand and walked her over to the park where the party was waiting.

Ao was sitting in the guild hall, looking just a little bit sad. Today was her birthday, but she hadn't celebrated her birthday in a few years. She had marked it down for the guild, as she was asked. But now hoped no one would remember, though she wanted to celebrate it with her friends.
Just as she was in her thought, Lance ran up to her and grabbed her hand, Ao blushed like mad. She never knew what to do in a situation like this, so without saying anything and just listened to Lance, letting him pull her to the surprise.

Ao's eyes widened and sparkled, when they arrived at the surprise. It looked like a surprise party and Ao's thoughts went flying, was this a party for her? This couldn't be happening, no one had ever been so nice to her. Her face was completely red, not knowing what to say. She just stood there, eyes tearing up from happiness.

Lance looked at Ao with a warm smile as they arrived. Lea ran over to the two of them real fast and clung on to Ao's arm "Hi Ao!" she said in a high pitched but somewhat cute tone which made Lance smirk. She let go and smirked at Lance then looked at Ao "Dad spent a whole week planning this and he even made the decorations all by himself!" She said and Lance stared at her with his face all red "I..." he stammered as he tried to hide his face "I did not!" he said then Lea laughed "You cant hide the truth dad!" she said as she skipped away.

Lance stared at her for a second then turned back to Ao with a shy look on his face "Sorry about that..." he muttered as he looked around. He really had spent a week on all of this. He gave Ao a hug "Happy Birthday Ao..." he muttered giving her a warm smile.

Adessa was walking to Ao's party with daughter at hand. She was deemed healthy to step outside and enjoy the world, just in time to socialize and enjoy life fruits. She was walking slowly so that Agni could enjoy every sight, every smell and every aspect of life. The trip to Magnolia was otherwise peaceful and well enjoyed. Adessa had a present for Ao and was going to visit her friend for first time in a long while.

She stepped into the party sight and let go of Agni's hand and stepped in. She surprised glomped Ao and gave her the squeezing of her lifetime. Adessa chuckled, "Ao! How is my little lesbian Love puppet doing? Still eating nutricious diet of tacos? I was surprised to see you leave Lamia Scale!" Eventually she would let go to let her breathe, but no before twisting her around for her to face the new girl she never met. Adessa introduced the two ogether, "Ao I would like you to meet my daughter Agni Sinclair. Don't be shy you two!" Adessa quickly took off Ao's hat to get the whole shock of catgirl out of their system. Ao may cry a bit, but after being called cute a ew times would cure that problem....

A smile formed onto Ao's face as she looked at Lance and Lea argue a little bit. It was quite cute. But as Lance hugged Ao, her face became completely red. She hadn't been hugged like this for some time. Well the last time was still when she was together with Adessa, her mind wandered to Adessa, making her look a little stupid, while in her thoughts.

But what happened next, was like from a dream. Adessa almost ran up to her, hugging Ao really tightly, making her squeak. She hadn't even been able to thank Lance yet. This was getting really weird and Ao just couldn't stop blushing, especially over Adessas comment. She was no puppet.

Ao sighed, it was good to see Adessa again, but right before she was going to say hello, Adessa introduced her to Agni. Adessa said she was her daughter, which surprised Ao greatly. When did she have a daughter. But Ao couldn't be surprised for a long time as Agni started to ask about her ears. Ao was too shy to answer, but said: '' Y..Yes they are re..real. '' She was happy to see Adessa again, but was to oshy from all the hugs to really say anything, the only thing that passed through her lips was: '' Hello '' And while looking at Lance she said: '' Thank you Lance. ''

Lance was in the middle of hugging Ao when he got disrupted by a woman. The woman's comments made with snicker a bit and made Lea's mouth curve into a mischievous smile. She stared at the woman for a second and disregarded the other girl who appeared to be her daughter. Lea grabbed the woman's hand and pulled her over to somewhere more away from the rest of the group.

Lance raised and eyebrow as Lea pulled her away but soon shrugged it off and faced the girl. He crouched down and gave the girl a smile "Hey there." he said kindly "Your name was Agni right? My names Lance Knighthunter." He said as he extended his hand to the girl.

Lea stared at the woman for a second "What do you know about Ao?" she said quietly but sweetly.
