Moderator Complaints.

There is a member that is hating a few things that some of us are doing. He says that there is corruption, favorites, hatred to others, and so on within us mods when it comes to applying applications and so forth.

Even though this could be bias, and just what they think, we should try to see if anything we are doing is considered wrong. If some of us mods are granting easy applications for higher ranks while harder applications for lower ranks, or making people go through hell digging through every single detail or anything just because you do not like the person, or not completely following alt creation rules when approving alt apps, than we do need to work on it.

All apps should get the Exact same amount of attention as another. I search for all detail holes, point them out, and demand them to get fixed before I see anything wrong. I could care little to less for small grammar problems because the sentence is still easily read, where as if it was major i would ask them to fix their grammar faults. If people are complaining about what we do, than we do need to fix it.

Yeah he told me off straight up told me to resign and I am seriously thinking about it. I dont think I play favorites, but I am too easy when it comes to apps. Potential inconsistancy from me might play a part in this.

I'm not sure what's going on, but you shouldn't quit Cloud. Everyone has some sort of bias, no matter how unbiased they seem to be. I tend to nitpick on grammar A LOT. This makes me kinda iffy about some applications and, I do admit that I have ignored a few applications a few times because of grammar.

I'm not gonna quit because of this though. I will work on this problem and you can too, Cloud. Don't let one member get under your skin and fix the problem to make him quiet.

We all have our own form of problems, no one is perfect. they will just have to get used to this.
