Job: Find the Ring! (Solo)

Job Information:

Janna sat silently in the train, heading for Oak Town. She had taken a job request from the job request board in Savage Skull that seemed to be pretty recent, since she was sure that she hadn't seen it yesterday. It seemed to be a simple and quick request for helping in the search of a lost ring. Janna looked at the landscape that was moving quickly past her and remained like that until finally the train stopped. Then, she got up, cleaned her clothes a bit and fixed them, and left the train, heading for the adress writen on the job request paper. It seemed to lead to a house near Oak Town's river, which was surprisingly away. After a hour of walking, she finally arrived at the house.
As she arrived, she knocked on the door and waited like that for a second before a petite, blond lady opened the door with a worried expression.

The lady made Janna a sign to go in, and, as the mage did, the lady closed the door and took Janna to the living room. It was pretty clean and modern around, incredibly tidy too. As it seemed, the lady was one of those types of girls that have too much time in their hands so they always keep the house tidy and clean so that they don't get bored. Janna sat on the sofa and listened to the woman's story. Apparently, she dropped her ring in the river near her house and needed help retrieving it, since she couldn't find it by herself. Janna accepted to go out and find it, since she already had a plan how to do it. Her red magic seal appeared under her feet in front of the woman's amazed look and quickly changed into her shark armor. Her teeth were hidden for the moment, but she could take them out whenever she wanted. She left the house and threw herself at the river. As always, the Shark armor permited her to breath under water. Janna began swimming around the big river, looking for something that resembles a ring.

The river was full with all kinds fishes, leechs and other underwater creatures that ignored Janna and even ran away from her. Of course, the Shark Armor effects. Although, Janna was pretty sure none of these creatures had ever seen a shark in their short lives. However, she continued swimming, looking for the ring, yet she found nothing. She randomly dig holes in the ground to check if it wasn't somewhere under the dirt, but she had no luck. It was not in the first 10 meters. That meant that her job would continue more than she expected, and the bad thing was that she knew that her armor was not eternal. She knew that, in half of an hour or an hour in the best case, it'd go away. It always happened like that. With everyone. It was a part of magic, and Janna could do absolutely nothing about it.

It had been nearly half of an hour in which Janna remained searching for the ring underwater. It was no problem for her, though. With the Shark Armor, she had no chance of getting ill by being too many time underwater. Not a single chance. The fishes around her remained ignoring her, or at least running away from her, so there was no problems so far. That was, until she saw a ring hanging from a fish's tail. Janna began swimming faster, trying to reach tthe fish, alas, the fish noticed the predator behind it and began swimming faster in order to escape it. Janna was annoyedso she reached out her hand to try and take the ring, yet, she didn't reach it. It was just a few inches away. She cursed under her breath and tried to swim faster. The fish did too. Damn it, the mage was amused of how a goddamned fish was able to fish faster than a shark. Or well, a girl that has an armor that permits her to swim as a shark.

Janna was worried. She knew that her armor was at the point of dissappearing, it had just mere minutes left. She needed to catch that fish before it dissapeared, or she'd be in serious trouble. She stretched out her hand even more and caught the fish's tail. It tried to free itself, but, Janna didn't let it go. Not now that she had it in her hands. She took the ring out of the fish's tail and let it go. She put her head above the water just mere seconds before her armor dissapeared. She took a deep breath and left the river, her body and a part of her hair soaking wet. She growled in annoyment and changed her clothes via exquipping other ones. She found herself in a light short beige dress. She looked at her feet and noticed she was wearing high heels. Well. She looked forward and her jaw dropped. She was at least 10km away from Oak! She yelled in amusement and looked around for a train station, but none could be found.

Janna huffed in amusement as she walked following the river. It should take her back to her client's house, or at least she hoped so. She had taken off her high heels and was now walking tiredly towards Oak town, trying not to fall down. 10 km were a lot, seriously, and she was tired from swimming all the way up to the place where she was at the moment. She tried not to curse too much on her way back, but, alas, it was impossible. She surely spent 2/3 of the way cursing out loud her luck and cleverness. Not to mention that she was annoyed about having to wear this dress and high heels instead of her usual attire, that was much more comfortable to her than this dress. It was horrible to walk around with it. Just plain terrible. It molested her more than being comfortable to her. After an hour, she finally reached the house and sat down, exhausted. She took a deep breath and knocked on the door.

The blond lady opened the door and gasped as she saw Janna, mostly because of her exhausted expression. She let the mage in and led her to the living room, again. Janna saw down and the blond gave her a glass of water.
'' So, did you get it, Miss?'' She asked, her face worried, like, really worried.
Janna rose her hand in front of the lady's face and held it in front of her. The woman let out a happy squeal and took the ring close to her hand, then put it on her ring finger. She began thanking Janna multiple times, and paid her. Janna simply got up and exquipped her normal clothes that weren't wet now. She said a quick goodbye, took her reward and left the house, then headed towards the train station, hands in her pockets. She looked up at the sky and noticed this is her last D Ranked Mission. She needed to comment to Harrigan that she was ready to take her C Rank Exam, at last. A small smile drew on her face as she hopped on the train, heading to do just that.

I don't see any contradictions with the mission; though I can say that it still isn't that impressive and could still use alot more detail. But that is just personal Bias, mission complete.
