As Victoria drank her liqueur calmly, she looked around the Soul Bar. She had been spending quite a lot of days here, waiting to see another dark mage. Lately, she had been quite sure that she needed to build personal alliances with dark mages out of Nox Animus, since there was the possibility of her being in trouble, and none of her guildmtes being around to help her. Then, she'd need another dark mage, somebody of trust, or well, somebody she had signed a silent pact with, to pull her up, to help her.
Catsu had remained at home, since he was not interested, and not permitted, in assisting Victoria in this half-military, half-diplomatic quest to form a small bond between her and the other dark mages. She wanted to have connections around the dark mage world, she wanted to sink deeper into the darkness and recieve notice of everything that is happening in the villain world. She wanted to keep news under control, and, well, having connections and allies in the dark mage world would be useful for her, since, if there is an attack on another guild, she can warn Nox Animus and the other guilds, gaining more allies.
In simple words, having a bunch of alliances in the villain world was everything but useless.
She awaited for the arrival of a fellow dark mage calmly, not moving a muscle. Her scythe hung on her back, since there was still the possibility that she could meet a hostile dark mage, which would attack her. In that case, she'd have to defend herself, proving who the Thunder Titania is.
