Breaking and Exiting(Kihia)

Kihia was running across the rooftops of Hargeon, looking for his targets. Only ten minutes ago a envoy had rushed into the guild hall with a urgent job. Evidently a group of thieves had managed to steal a large number of jewels from one of the major shipping companies in Hargeon. He took on the job with very little hesitation and now was patrolling from the rooftops looking for any sign of the thieves.  I am pretty sure that they haven't made it this far yet, I just need to try and locate the route they are attempting to take.... He stopped for a moment and rested Icarus on his shoulder and started listening to the streets below. He heard commotions in two different locations heading his way. Gauging the size of the commotions he came to the conclusion that the bandits had split up into two groups to try and head to the port.

He lifted Icarus off his right shoulder and started running towards the closest commotion, One thing I wonder though....what kind of person would try and steal from a major company in a city that has a Full-fledged guild in it... He let that thought fade, he couldn't let it distract him, he had work to do.

Kihia managed to get along side the group that was causing all the commotion. He continued running along side them and came to the conclusion this was indeed the thieves he had to catch, or at least part of them.  It was a decent sized group, however he saw no sign that they were mages. Kihia smiled, They seem only to have swords and daggers as weapons... This will be an interesting fight... He then sped up a bit so he was able to get ahead of the group. He then jumped off the roof and prepared to start attacking as soon as he landed...

'Monster Dice' :

Kihia landed on the thief who was running at the front dazing him, within the next second Kihia spun around and striking the legs of the three thieves that were behind the thief he was now standing on with Icarus. He then jumped off the first thief angling his body to set himself up to be able to do a counter-clockwise spin to slam Icarus onto one of the thieves who were now falling. He landed on the first thief again and then back flipped off him.

When he landed from his back flip he adopted a defensive pose, and watched the group's reaction to his ambush attack. They had stopped in shock of Kihia coming out of no where and attacking their group. The two that Kihia had mainly attacked were still on the ground trying to recover from the hits. The other two had started getting up, however two of the remaining six had ran past their comrades straight at Kihia swords drawn. Kihia responded by sliding both of his hands to one of Icarus while spinning around to strike both thieves as they charged. After Icarus hit he slid his hands back towards the middle of Icarus and let go with his right hand. At the end of his second spin he dashed forward and punched of the thieves in the gut with his right arm. He swung Icarus around knocking the other thief off his feet, he then grabbed it with his right hand and struck the thief's head who was keeling over from being punched in the gut; knocking him out. he then spun Icarus counter-clockwise to strike the second thief as he was falling.

The thief was passed out when he hit the ground. Two down.... He knew he couldn't spend too much more time on this group. He then rushed forward and planted one end of Icarus in the first thief's back and pole vaulted off him. He knew this fight was just beginning and was not going to let up.

The thieves jumped out of the way as Kihia landed trying to strike one of them. Kihia knew he was open, four of the thieves were still uninjured, and the three he injured before started to help box Kihia in. Kihia started to spin Icarus, and said "Ice Make:...Ring!!" He stopped spinning Icarus and held it across the back of his arm and adopted a defensive stance. The Thieves hesitated after Kihia used his spell, finally four of them charged at him from four different directions. Kihia frowned, he knew that atleast one of them will get a hit in. He waited until they were roughly four feet away from himself and then  stepped forward and kicked the thief that was charging from the front. One of the other thieves tried to stab Kihia with his sword, he saw this out of the corner of his eye and side stepped, making the sword go inside of his ice ring. He then spun Icarus to disarm the thief, from that he spun around to sling the thief into one of the thieves who were still charging at him.

The fourth member swung his sword at Kihia, and managed to get a shallow cut on his left arm. Kihia winced, and retaliated by kicking the assailant in the gut. He stopped for a moment to recollect his thoughts. He then focused and said "Ice Make: Shield!". Kihia took a deep breath, and then started to move. He rushed forward bashing his ice shield into the one that had sliced his arm, knocking the thief down. He then slammed his shield down onto the down thief knocking him out. He looked to the rest of them, all six of them started to slowly approach him. He sighed, and then rushed to the two he first knocked down with his initial attack. Kihia bashed his ice shield into them knocking them into the ones in the middle. After that Kihia spins around and slung the Ice shield off Icarus, into the two that weren't knocked down yet.

Kihia adjust his stance for a moment, and took a deep breath. Three left.... He got ready to charge, Kihia was planning on taking them out in one attack sequence. He started running towards the remaining three thieves,  he thrust Icarus into the gut of one of the thieves and then pulled it back. Kihia then spun Icarus to strike the thief who was on the ground still from his comrades being thrown. The remaining thief grabbed Kihia from behind, from this Kihia quickly retaliated by stomping on the thief's right foot and leaned forward to break the thief's grip. He dashed forward and quickly spun around to strike the thief's head with Icarus...

Kihia stood there for a moment, recollecting himself... He quickly looked over the unconscious thieves and saw that two of them held bags of the stolen jewels. He picked them up and weighed them. This isn't all of the stolen Jewels.... that means that other commotion is another group of thieves.... I gotta move!He then took off his trench-coat so he could have more mobility and threw it on the ground. I will get it on my way back. Kihia started wall jumping of the buildings to get back to the roofs. He then started running full speed towards the docks.

Kihia was running across the rooftops, drawing closer the the docks. He heard a commotion approaching the docks. He started to run faster, trying to get to the docks before the group of thieves. He winced, his left arm was still bleeding but he didn't have time to stop and treat it. Kihia started hearing the usual commotion of the docks. He then came to the rooftops overlooking the docks and quickly spotted a boat that may be the thieves' transportation out.

He waited, watching the street for the group of thieves that he managed to beat here. He heard the commotion from earlier drawing closer from the east. He sighed and rolled his right shoulder, no unusual sounds emitted from his prosthetic arm. He smiled and nodded, then he started walking in the direction of the commotion keeping an eye out for the last group of thieves.

Kihia then saw a ruckus coming out of the street that was ahead of him. He managed to identify that they were the other group of thieves he was after. He sped up a bit and started spinning Icarus. He knew he had to make this short, but he would not kill any of them. "Ice Make....Ring! Kihia stopped about 30 feet away from the dock the thieves' boat was located. The thieves were running down the street trying to make it to their boat. I will not let them succeed! He then jumped into the air and held Icarus out in front in preparation of his next spell.

'Monster Dice' :

There were four thieves running along the street, Kihia saw that these thieves were more expierenced than the last batch of thieves he had dealt with. Chances are I will need to focus this spell on two of them to even the odds..... He then took a deep breath and said Ice make....Spear storm! Kihia ice spears launched from his ice ring flying towards the front two thieves. Five spears hit the front two thieves each, landing at non lethal points. They fell back from the impact while the remaining two fixed their attention on Kihia and drew their swords. Kihia landed on the street and rushed at the two remaining thieves, he thrust Icarus into the gut of the thief that was on his right, and then kicked the other thief's left leg to throw him off balance.

The thief on the left swung at Kihia's head as he went down. Kihia barely managed to lean out of the way and retaliated by spinning around to throw the thief he had thrust Icarus into, towards a nearby lamp post. and to strike the other thief's side. He heard the thief he throw hit the lamp post and then fell on the ground. Kihia nodded, That should leave him dazed while I deal with his friend.... Kihia focused his attention on the thief that was closest to him now, who had started getting up. Kihia then noticed that these guys looked more like experienced pirates than your every day thief. Kihia frowned, he disliked those who took on the profession of hurting others for profit. He tightened his grip on Icarus and ran at the pirate.

Kihia thrusted Icarus into the Pirates gut, he then got ready to toss the pirate up into the air. Before he could the pirate swung his sword striking Kihia's right arm making a 2 inch cut into it. The Pirates sword got stuck in Kihia's prosthetic arm, which Kihia then yelled and then tossed the pirate up into the air. The Pirate was still shocked that his attack had little effect on Kihia's movements.  Kihia made a wall jump off nearby building to get higher than the pirate, when Kihia started to fall, he also started to spin, and then slammed Icarus down onto the pirate midair sending him flying to the ground. Kihia landed next to the pirate who was now unconscious, he stood there a moment trying to recollect himself. He took a breath and pulled the curved sword out of his Ice arm and threw it to the side. At least you can't tell what my right arm is made out of without inspecting the cut directly... Kihia turned his attention to the remaining pirate, who was in the process of getting up. Kihia rushed at him swinging one end of Icarus upward to hit the pirate on the chin. Before the pirate could react Kihia reversed the spin of Icarus to hit the pirate back down. Kihia then slammed Icarus down onto the pirates back to finish him off.

Kihia stood there for a moment, trying to regain his composure some more. He lifted Icarus and rested on his left shoulder, he then searched the pirates for the remaining jewels. He found the remaining jewels and nodded. Kihia finally started to observe what was going on around the fight that just took place. People had stopped what they were doing and were watching what just happened. Kihia frowned, then he heard the sound of armor approaching and nodded, It seems that the guards were called, I can't say I am not surprised... Kihia started walking to give the jewels back to the shipping company and to pick up his trench-coat...

When Kihia got to where he had his first encounter, the guards of Hargeon were already there to pick up the thieves. He picked up his trench coat and dusted it off before he put it back on, Kihia watched the guards for a moment who seemed not to notice him. Kihia then nodded and continued walking to the shipping company to return the jewels to them.

Kihia got to the shipping companies office, and was met by the company's manager. Kihia handed over the jewels to the manager. The manager then said "I must thank you good sir for getting back what was ours before those crooks got away. Here is your reward for helping us in this matter." The manager handed Kihia 1,000 jewel as the reward, Kihia nodded in thanks and said "No thanks are needed, and if you ever need help again, just ask us at Lamia Scale, we will be there to help." Kihia then turned around and started walking back to the Guild hall. The manager noticed the condition of Kihia left arm and quickly said "Wait, let me call someone to treat your arm!" Kihia just kept walking and raised his right arm in a parting wave. He was satisfied that he got the mission done without killing anyone, and was now focused on getting back to the guild hall to treat his wounds and repair his right arm.
