OOC: This is a mini-event ran by me! There are no special rewards for participation other then enjoying a good rp scenario. All members are welcome, however the enemies are usually C or D rank and the main big bad is going to be B-Rank. If you are above B-Rank you CAN participate but please don't try to steal the show, I want some lower ranked players to have a chance to be the natsu hero. That's kind of the point of all this.

Simon looked at the large cave opening, it was without a doubt ominous, the opening was big enough to fit a cave and it was made of a shiny black rock and to add obvious threat to creepy there are "conveniently" placed stalagmites and stalactites giving the appearance of jagged teeth that make it look like a giant stone monster's mouth. Simon couldn't tell if it was natural or magically formed, but whatever formed it Simon wasn't a member of their fan club. There was a town within a mile of the cave where a villager had claimed it had popped up over night and requested a mage to investigate. Naturally Simon didn't think much of it, probably just a weird rustic village trying to raise it's tourism by staging a mystery. But now looking at the cave it did seem to be more then a little menacing and looking around at the nearby scenery it really did look like it had just popped out of the ground, it was just a big cave mouth leading down into the ground in the middle of a large open field, which gave some merit to the story.
The only real way to get answers was to go in right? Well that was Simon's mind set at least as he prepared to descend into the cave. An action he would soon come to regret. He hoisted his pack on his back and secured the rope tied to his waist and entered the cave. It immediately went into a steep downward incline that Simon felt he had spent more time sliding down then walking down as he proceeded down it. The cave rapidly turned dark but that was not a problem as Simon held a metal torch with a strong light lacrima attached to the top and he was able to proceed without a problem. After a while the incline leveled out, Simon figured he had descended about 30 meters downward he took a note that trying to dig out of here by going straight up would likely be very ineffective. Once the cave leveled out he had stable enough ground to properly examine the cave a little, the walls were made of the same black stone as the rest and curved up to make an arched ceiling, pretty typical cave wall stuff, but the floor was oddly smooth it was the same material but it was perfectly flat and smoothed it almost looked polished. At this point Simon knew this was no normal cave, so he mentally braced himself and pressed onward.
The hallway went for another few hundred feet before opening into a wide open room. The room was about 30 meters in radius and perfectly circular, with the walls reaching up to form a dome about 15 meters high. There were no stalagmites but there were a plethora of stalactites hanging from the ceiling in large clusters, so many that without really examining the roof a mage would have trouble noticing the dome shape. Simon never really had such a chance as his time in the room would be very short and his attention was otherwise occupied. Across the room, opposite the door were three stone thrones built into the wall each big enough to occupy a very large human. But the figures occupying the thrones were his real concern, three robed beings one white, one red and one black (they were sitting left to right in the order mentioned) their bodies could not be seen under their robes but the robes had no hoods revealing their.... 'faces.' The head of each was very oddly almost resembling a crescent shape the color of which matched their robes, as for their actual faces those were a bit hard to explain. Let it just be said they were inhuman.
Simon held his lacrima torch out in front of him and slowly walked towards them, trying to hide his fear, "Who are you. Identify yourselves." The three emitted something sounding like a twisted and demented laughter and then spoke in turns. Well spoke doesn't really apply it was more like they were broad casting their words through out the room as the words came from everywhere at once. So the boy thinks himself brave. The Fool he should leave now The Idiot he should die now No he has a greater role to play in the coming. As you say let us guide him to his place As you command let us throw him in his prison Simon was visibly shaking at this point "Hey don't ignore me! Identify yourselves!" Fear Knowledge Power Those were the last words Simon would hear before everything went to hell. As the 'red' voice spoke for the last time the three figures disappeared. The white one reappeared right in front of him, Simon dropped his torch and jumped back "Oi! Step off!" He has little knowledge the white figure vanished and the black one appeared behind Simon who in turn jumped as he turned around "Explain yourselves before I attack!" He has fear but not on the level of madness The black figured disappeared leaving Simon alone again. Simon glanced around scanning the room before everything went red Power it is then
It has been 3 weeks since Simon was last seen leaving Magnolia. What shall become of him? What is the meaning of all of this? Only time and adventure will tell.

OOC: Please if entering this thread on your own have a reasonable reason to notice Simon being missing. He is one mage in a big world, a Blue Pegasus mage probably wouldn't give a care if some random guy from Fairy Tail went missing. If you can't make a solid reason and still want to join, just accompany a person who does have a solid reason.
