Job: A Wrath Like No Other! (Solo)

It was just an ordinary day at Fairy Tail. Everyone was laughing, fighting, playing pranks and even there were some of Victoria's guildmates sleeping. She had laughed at them, but after being chased four times for waking them up, she just backed away and sat down, bored. She had fought agains some people, yeah, but she was a bit off. That was, of course, until the bargirl came. She had a sweet smile on her face and put a job paper in front of Victoria with a letter attached to it. Victoria rose her head slightly and looked at her, rising an eyebrow.
'' What's this?'' She asked, pointing at the job paper.
'' A job for you, Victoria! I noticed you were pretty bored, so I thought...'' The bar girl said, her smile fading away slowly.
Victoria took the job paper and read every word silently, only moving her eyelids to blink. She smiled as she saw that the job was, indeed, pretty easy, but not as boring.
'' I'm in. When's the train out?'' She got up and walked away, without waiting for an answer. The smile continued on her face as she walked out of the guild, followed by a lot of looks by her guildmates that clearly meant: She's out on a mission again, huh.
She reread the mission paper. She had to go to a jewlery shop in either Hargeon or Era and buy the best looking gem. Then, she had to go to another store and have it set with an inscription and leave it on a balcony a day after and then go to Mr. Spiff for her reward. Oh joy, how easy!

Victoria watched the mountains pass and the animals turn their heads as they heard the sound of a train. She had been sitting in the train for what seemed and eterniy and was already anxious to get up and just go and finish up the mission. The train was heading to Era. She had chosen it over Hargeon, since she always wanted to visit Era and, sincerely, she thought that maybe it had better jewlery than Hargeon. Opposite her was sitting a young couple, maybe around 22 that was chatting animatedly. The girl wasn't really tall, maybe 5,4'' feet, and the boy was like, a two heads taller than her. She had large and beautiful pink hair that was taken in two pigtails, beautiful dark blue eyes and a normal skin. The boy had black hair and onyx eyes with a bit tanned skin. They were commenting on how amazing magic is and how they'd love to become mages and join a really famous guild. Victoria just listened to them, playing with her hair or rereading the job request.
'' Miss? Are you paying attention?'' Victoria rose her head to see the boy looking straight into her eyes.
'' Hm? Oh, sorry, I wasn't listening. What were you saying?'' She hid the job paper in her pocket and rose her eyes to look at the boy.
'' What do you think of magic? What magic would you want to have? What guild would you join?'' He spilled out quickly. Victoria chuckled, rose her two hands and slammed them together. Two Fairy Tail symbols fell in her hand, cold and precious. She handed them to the couple, whom were staring at her in awe and smiled.
'' I adore magic, it gives my life some sense, I would stay just like I am: An Ice Mage and I would remain in my guild, Fairy Tail.'' After she said that, the couple began bombarding her with questions about how missions she's done, what rank she is, etc...
However, the train stopped and Victoria got up. She walked out of the door and said her respective goodbye to the couple. She hopped off the train and smelled Era's air. It felt... magical. Important. As if she was in the council's palace. The streets were crouded, man and woman and little children running around, laughing. Ever once in a while a group of Rune Knights were to be seen. Victoria walked around, amazement in her eyes. Era is pretty cool, truth to be told.

After spending almost a day in Era, Victoria had managed to figure out how it works: Best stores were in the centre, and the rest were around town, spread and unnoticed. She had seen a lot of jewlery stores, but none satisfied her enough. Like, for example, there was this ruby shop in the eastern part of the center. It was, like the shop name said, a shop full of rubies. The red crystals shined through the whole shop, and were in all shapes. The Ice Mage was in awe, and she had had a looong talk with the owner of the shop, asking him what would be the best for her to buy for herself. He had showed her tons and tons of rubies, some even in the form of a dragon or a fox, but she had sighed in amusement, although they were beautiful. She had apologized to the man for spending his time and had went out of the shop. Then, she had went in a shop that was called '' The Black Crystal of the North.''. There, all kinds of black crystals were to be found. Black diamonds, Turmalines, Jets, Morions, etc... But Victoria had immediately went out of it. For a twenty years of marriage to give a black diamond?! Impossible. The poor woman would be horrorized. Victoria's father once did the mistake to get his mother a black diamond and her mother had went hysteric, a state that Victoria hated absolutely. However, after going into a bunch of other stores, she was too tired to continue, and it was already past midnight. Thanks god she had reserved a place in a hotel for the night.

The next morning, Victoria woke up in the comfy bed of the hotel. She got up, took a shower, got dressed and went out. She began walking around the jewlery shops and discovered a pretty interesting thing: The gem shops were divided here. I mean, every gem has its own shop and none is mixed. It was really useful, yet tiredsome to walk through every and each one of the shops. In that day, she had entered in four different shops and consulted four different people: First, she entered an emerald shop in the eastern part of the centre. The emeralds were pretty, but not enough. Then she entered in a Sapphire shop and looked around. It was really breath taking, and she really enjoyed the colours, but she was determined of not buying anything so that if she finds anything better, she wouldn't make a mistake. She would first look through all of the different shops. However, in the Sapphire shop, she had a pretty interesting conversation with a man, middle age, with blond hair. He was the owner and she wanted to consult him about what she should buy.
''Good evening.'' She said, wearing her usual formal mask.
'' Good Evening, Miss. How can I help you?'' He asked, smiling and offering the young mage a seat.
'' I had a little doubt. A friend of mine is going to celebrate his and his wife's 25 years of being married, and he asked me about what gem he should buy her. I was wondering as well, so I decided to ask a professional.'' Victoria explained.
'' Hm, what crystals have you seen so far?'' He asked.
'' Siams, Black diamonds, Turmalines, Jets, Morions, Sapphires, Emeralds and that's all I think. '' She counted on her fingers.
'' Well. I will write down a few crystals you could check out. They are all incredibly beautiful, and, believe me, your instinct will help you chose the one that will bring you profit on your mission.''
''Tha- Wait, what? How did you know?'' The Ice Mage asked, stunned.
'' We, people in Era, have our ways to recognise mages. And the cold air around you... You are an ice mage.''
Victoria looked at the list. Amethyst, Viloet, Aquamarine, White Opal, Tanzanite, Montana, Fireopal and Hiyacinth. She smiled and thanked the mage, walking away to the next shop. Amethyst.

The Necklace:
