Description: Its a normal lightning magic that can be used by any type of mage. Although, Minato can use the lightning to Enhance himself, protect himself and attack enemies. He also has the ability to use 2/3 abilities simultaneously. For example, he can use the lightning to enhance himself and the enhancement is still active during the attack which was made using Lightning magic. So basically speaking, it is quite useful in battle. Though, he does have a weakness. When he focuses on an attack while an enhancement is active, he cannot focus on other things that may happen, making him vulnerable. This also takes quite an amount of magic.

Name: Lightning Steps
Rank: D
Type: Lightning
Description: Firstly, lightning will surround his feet. Soon there will be like static charges and his shoes/feet starts to light up. This allows him to increase his speed by 10% and he is able to dodge more due to his increase in speed, approximately 5%. It has a weakness of only able to use for about 2 posts and a cooldown of 1 post. This technique also leaves lightning marks on the ground but if his enemy is smart enough to predict his movement and is fast enough, the user may get damaged.
Strengths: This allows him to increase his speed by 10% and he is able to dodge more due to his increase in speed, approximately 5%
Weaknesses: Last for 2 posts and cooldown of 1 post. Leaves marks on the ground. Traceable by enemies if they are fast enough.

Name: Lightning Fists

Type: Lightning
Description: Firstly, lightning will surround his fists. Soon there will be like static charges and his hands starts to light up with lightning. This technique is very dangerous to the user and the enemy. If the user were to use it at a long time, it may burn his hands and unable to use them for quite a while. If the enemy's durability is weak, it may cause damage to their body because this punch is stronger than a bare hand punch by 30%. As the user gets stronger, the stronger the punches gets. Due to this, it takes more magic used for this technique and it may give severe damage to the user.
Strengths: If the enemy's durability is weak, it may cause damage to their body because this punch is stronger than a bare hand punch by 30%.
Weaknesses: If the user were to use it at a long time, it may burn his hands and unable to use them for quite a while. Has a last for 3 posts and cooldown of 2 posts. The user is able to use this for a longer time but it may damage the user's hands.

Name: Lightning Armor
Rank: Depends on user's rank. As the user gets stronger, this technique goes with it.
Type: Lightning
Description: Firstly, lightning will surround his body. Soon there will be like static charges and his body will be surrounded by lightning. This technique is very useful. If the technique were to be used as a defense, it may decrease the damage taken if the enemy is the same rank or is not effective at all if the enemy is weaker than him. If the technique were to be used as a weapon, it will increase his strength and his speed with it by 15%. Though, offensive mode will not be used until the user is at least B rank and its power will increase as the user gets stronger. This technique takes a whole lot of magic and it can only be used for 2 posts and a cool down of 3 posts.
Strengths: If the technique were to be used as a defense, it may decrease the damage taken if the enemy is the same rank or is not effective at all if the enemy is weaker than him. If the technique were to be used as a weapon, it will increase his strength and his speed with it by 15%.
Weaknesses: This technique takes a whole lot of magic and it can only be used for 2 posts and a cool down of 3 posts.

Name: Lightning Wings

Type: Lightning
Description: Firstly, lightning will surround his body. Soon there will be like static charges and there will be wings made by lightning on his back. This gives him the ability to fly and his speed increases by 10%. Last for 2 posts and cooldown of 1 post.
Strengths: This gives him the ability to fly and his speed increases by 10%.
Weaknesses: Last for 2 posts and cooldown of 1 post. Will leave some burn marks on his back and may cause pain.

Name: Lightning Clone
Rank: D
Type: Lightning
Description: Firstly, lightning will struck down on the ground and the number of lightning depends on the number of clones. The clones are able to attack the enemy with 15% of the user's power or defend the user from the attacks of the enemy.. The more the amount of lightning, the more the number of clones but this technique does not last long. If one of the clones takes a strong hit, the clone will turn back to lightning and it will struck anywhere. It may hit the user. As the user gets stronger, the more the number of clones and less amount of lightning struck on the area.
Strengths: Creates clones made out of lightning. As the user gets stronger, the more the number of clones and less amount of lightning struck on the area.
Weaknesses: If one of the clones takes a strong hit, the clone will turn back to lightning and it will struck anywhere. It may hit the user.

Anyway, for your descriptions in general. Please, do not include the strengths and weaknesses in them. There is a reason why we separate them. You just describe how they work and whatnot.

For Lightning Fists, please explain the buffs in percentages. Example: fist strength increases by 15%. Bump when done.
