    Secondary Magic: N/A
    Caster or Holder: Caster
    Description: This kind of Lost Magic allows for things (physical, spiritual or even abstract ones) to be "stolen and taken for them to be used as the user wishes". It is suspected that this magic was created by the First Sealer in order to destroy Oblivion's Wraths and take away the evil in the hearts of the people, and since then it has been transmitted from from Sealer to Sealer since, to avoid it being stolen and misused, it was never written down in any scrolls or books whatsoever.

    Thus, as the latest Sealer, Diavolo inherited this magic directly from his father, who begun teaching it to him at the early age of 8 years old. At first Diavolo was, at his best, mediocre at it, not being able to perform anything but the most simple spells, which was the reason why he took almost 17 years to have enough skill to be a decent wizard.

    With his training complete, only the final test to become a full-fledged sealer remained, an ancient, delicate ritual consisting on using his magic to extract all the evil and power that his predecessor, master and father had taken away during his travels in order to free him from the weight his weary soul had endured for many years. Once this was done, Diavolo's own journey would begin.

    However, nerves betrayed Diavolo, who butchered the ritual by successfully extracting the evil power but not managing to perfectly seal it within him. The evil that had been guarded by hundreds of powerful wizards before him was seething out, threatening to devour Diavolo... However, this was not the only effect of Diavolo's little fuck up...

    As a counter-reaction, Diavolo's true power emerged from the dormant depths of his soul in the form of a mysterious guardian entity named after Diavolo's effect on the ladies "Soft & Wet". The apparition of this spirit, which is no other than Diavolo's own soul, caused his power and skill to rise exponentially.


    Soft & Wet is based around stealing "something" from an enemy, oneself or the environment and using it on several ways to obtain untold effects that are entirely up to the way a spell is applied in most cases.

    Strengths:
    -- The Perfect Bodyguard, Soft & Wet: Soft & Wet is an spiritual entity that is able to interact with matter, however, matter cannot interact with it, which makes it invulnerable to physical attacks while still being vulnerable to spells. All damage taken by Soft & Wet is transmitted to Diavolo instead. Soft & Wet has Diavolo’s strength and speed x3. Adittionally, Soft & Wet can use the same Sealer Magic spells as Diavolo and their senses are connected.
    -- Diavolo's Blazing Heart!: Sealer Magic spells can be used in rapid succession.
    -- Kool Kats are Always First: Under Soft & Wet’s influence, Sealer Magic and its effects have top priority above every other spell used no matter what rank it is, which means that if a Sealer spell and another one are casted around the same time or if a sealer spell is casted while another one is still in effect, the sealer spell will have immediate priority, affecting its target before the other spell's effect takes place.
    -- The Power of the Soul: Sealer spells are soul-bassed immaterial ones, which means that they can go through most objects and spells without interacting with them if they are not their targets.

    Weaknesses:
    -- Orientation: Even though his spells can go through matter, that doesn't matter Diavolo would know the location of hidden targets behind that matter.
    -- A “Pacifist’s” Magic: Sealer magic does no direct damage. At all. Full Stop.
    -- Defending is for Pussies!: Sealer Magic has no defensive spells per se.
    -- Range limitations: Soft & Wet cannot manifest more than 20 meters away from Diavolo.
    -- Persona limitations: In his Doppio persona, Diavolo can only use spells from tiers C and under. His Trish persona is also limited, being able to use B rank spells and below.
    -- Rank limitations: if there exist a difference of more than two ranks between Diavolo and a higher-ranked character, said character can't be directly affected by the spells of this magic.

    Abilities

    -- Three of a Perfect Pair: The abilities from Soft & Wet allow Diavolo to steal and give things to himself once per post. He uses this to change his body in order to become either Doppio or Trish Through stealing things from himself and giving others to himself from a pool of already stolen ones. The transformation between personas takes just a pair of seconds at most.

    -- Surprise Motherf*cker!!: Soft & Wet can emerge from any bubble in the battlefield at any time.

    -- Vampiric Instinct: First of all and most important, no, this doesn't mean that Diavolo is a vampire lol. Secondly, this means that when Diavolo enters the battlefield, he starts automatically draining the free mana in the environment, reducing the available magic power needed for magic pool, what causes a reduction of regeneration by a 1% and increases Diavolo's by +5% alongside recovering a 2,5% HP each post.

    -- The Endless Hunger: Upon fighting entering a fight, if anyone has passive bonuses such as increased magic or life recovery or power / defense increments (for example) granted by their magic (this means passive abilities), Diavolo takes one or two of those for himself wether the victims are friends or foes. An ability that Diavolo has no power over, if it becomes active his anger will grow very rapidly over time, since it stimulates the Evil resting within him. TO CLARIFY, Diavolo automatically takes one passive ability (such as this one) from every character, friend or foe. This abilities now affect him as if they were his instead of their original owners who loose those bonuses until the end of the fight. When it's a 1vs 1, the number of passive abilities stolen is two, since the all-consuming hunger is focussed. Of course, all abilities are returned to their owners when the fight is over. Limiter: This ability only affects those of Diavolo's Rank or under.

    -- Crimson Evil: When Diavolo suffers high enough damage and is filled with enough rage and hatred towards his enemy the (badly) sealed evil within it emerges and swallows Soft & Wet, making it transfigure into an entity known as “King Crimson”, which is thrice as strong and fast as Soft & Wet but that receives damage x1,5. Aditionally, it’s only then when Diavolo gains access to his Oblivion’s Wrath spells, that are Sealing (Stealing) Magic spells.

    -- The Rumbling Devil Awakens! GoGoGo Mode!: After receiving even more damage, and if Diavolo finds the resolve within his heart, he will enter GoGoGo Mode, in which Diavolo reaches his greatest potential. Upon entering this mode he becomes able to quickly metamorphose completely or partially into any of his alternate selves, that can use the same spells than Diavolo and, even though they share a body, Mana Pool and health, they are treated as separate characters beyond that. This also means that Diavolo's brain power is multiplied by 3, allowing him to mentally analyze each moment as if time was in a standstill.

    -- Release: One of Diavolo's bubbles pops, releasing something that Diavolo had stolen. The stolen thing can be either instantly returned to the target from which it was stolen or simply drop to the ground. Released things have to be stolen again to be under Diavolo's control. During his life, Diavolo has stolen a number of random items he can release copies of. The bubble can be any on the battlefield.

    -- Shameless Soft & Wet: Soft & Wet Feedback: Soft I wet releases a very large number of bubbles, these don't serve any function by themselves however, and just float around the battlefield.

    Description: A very large amount of small orange bubbles are released from anywhere in Diavolo's body. Though they look like your typical bubble (but much smaller), they are not really made of water or any kind of matter. The bubbles' directions and speed are controlled by Diavolo and reach a maximum of 55 m/s and have a range of 40 meters from the point they were casted from. The spell takes effect as soon as any of the bubbles reaches its target, moment on which they explode and steal something from the victim.
    Strengths:
    -- Can target several foes.
    -- If the spell successfully steals something from the target, the user can perform a special cast of Steal II that costs half the usual and causes all unexploded bubbles to instantly become Steal II bubbles besides generating the corresponding amount of new bubbles.
    -- The number of bubbles is humungous, being as much as five thousand bubbles.
    Weaknesses:
    -- Deals no damage.
    -- No matter the amount of bubbles, Steal I can only steal one thing from each target.
    -- Steal I cannot steal much, not being able to even steal most physical things, being limited to mostly abstract things and interactions between physical things. In other words, this spell wouldn't be able to even steal your watch. To clarify, Steal I could steal things such as your shadow (since it's product of an interaction between light and your body), the hydrogen bonds between molecules of water (since they are an interaction between two things, two molecules of water in this case), your sense of pain (since it is result of many interactions between the cells of your body), the elasticity of an object (since it's a property of a thing), or the evil within you (since it's an abstract concept). These are just a few, basic examples of course.
    -- All things stolen are returned when the fight/thread ends.
    Duration and Cooldown: 2 posts duration, 3 post cooldown.

    Description: 'Give' takes something that was stolen and gives it to a target, be it an object, abstract / spiritual thing or property, this is done by firing an incredibly fast bubble that homes in the target, seeking it persistently until it hits it. Speed of 85 m/s.
    Strengths:
    -- Unblockable
    -- Eventually undodgeable
    -- Any preexistent bubble can become the Give bubble upon cast
    Weaknesses:
    -- Cannot deal any direct damage
    -- Is unable to transmit more than one thing at a time
    -- If anyone intercepts the Give bubble, the spell will affect them instead.
    -- Given things are lost when the fight/thread ends.
    Duration and Cooldown: 2 posts duration, 3 post cooldown.

    Type: Non Elemental Soul Support
    Description: This spell combines two stolen things in one way or another. It has no procedure to be cast.
    Strengths:
    -- It cannot be stopped by any means.
    -- Several things can be combined with eachother when this spell is used.
    -- Things combined can be automatically stolen back if released or given.
    Weaknesses:
    -- No damage
    -- No use beyond manipulating what has been stolen.
    -- Things stolen will usually change appearances or something else, so they can be detected if they are inspected closely enough.
    -- Combining too many things into one can cause said thing to become an unstable object that quickly changes its appearance. Said object will explode after ten seconds, producing D rank damage to everyone caught in the explosion.
    Duration and Cooldown: 2 post, 3 post cooldown.

    Rank: D
    Type: Non Elemental Soul Support
    Description: A small blood red bubble emerges from the enemy and is shot towards Diavolo. This bubble contains magical energy from the enemy's pool that Diavolo absorbs. 20 m/s speed.
    Strengths:
    -- Can be cast for no cost at all.
    -- 3% of the enemy's pool absorption.
    -- Can be used to replenish other's pools.
    Weaknesses:
    -- Released things have to be stolen again to be under Diavolo's control.
    -- If intercepted, the one that intercepts it will gain the magical energy instead. However, it can only be intercepted physically, not through spell.
    -- Easily distinguished from other bubbles because of its vibrant red color.
    -- If the one that stole it intercepts it, they will gain an extra 1% of MP alongside recovering what was lost.
    Duration and Cooldown: 1 post, 3 posts cooldown.

    (okay your spells contain a certain stealing effect, at least most of them. Do mean with that stealing this? that you can take an ability from them. If so, then I think this is an awesome idea with a lot of potential. But that stealing needs to be clarified. In how long he can hold those things. And how much he can use them.)

    (So how about a swords that has a fire, or holy augment on it. Then the augment would deal damage right?)
    -- It Saves Money!, That's Soft & Wet for you!: The manifestation of Soft & Wet reduces the energy that spells use by -20% and also allowing for a second casting of any spell of the same tier or an inferior one at half the usual cost.
    (sorry I can't allow this. We have a certain system for how much MP(magic power) is used per spell. And an actual passive ability that let's you reduce that amount is undermining that. It also gives you an advantage over other players)

(if it are three different spells then yeah, but then they will be all on their on cool down. But you can't have on spell being used three times rapidly. Unless you have a spell that hits the target three times)
    -- Kool Kats are Always First:
    Under Soft & Wet’s influence, Sealer Magic and its effects have top priority above every other spell used no matter what rank it is, which means that if a Sealer spell and another one are casted around the same time or if a sealer spell is casted while another one is still in effect, the sealer spell will have immediate priority, affecting its target before the other spell's effect takes place.
    (I don't see this spell among your spells, also if you have something like this I can't allow you to use it against ranks that are higher then you. So it would be rank limited'

Using this ability, Diavolo is able to radicallly change his appearance and mind in a matter of seconds in order to become either Doppio or Trish.

(rank limiter, and I think it is a bit OP for when only D rank. So there has to be a post duration for how long you can hold these stolen abilities)

    Type: Non Elemental Soul Support
    Description: A very large amount of small orange bubbles are released from anywhere in Diavolo's body. Though they look like your typical bubble (but much smaller), they are not really made of water or any kind of matter. The bubbles' directions and speed are controlled by Diavolo and reach a maximum of 20 m/s and have a range of 20 meters from the point they were casted from. The spell takes effect as soon as any of the bubbles reaches its target, moment on which they explode and steal something from the victim.
    Strengths:
    -- Can target several foes.
    -- If the spell successfully steals something from the target, the user can perform a special cast of Steal II that costs half the usual and causes all unexploded bubbles to instantly become Steal II bubbles besides generating the corresponding amount of new bubbles.
    -- The number of bubbles is humungous, being as much as five thousand bubbles.
    Weaknesses:
    -- Deals no damage.
    -- No matter the amount of bubbles, Steal I can only steal one thing from each target.
    -- Steal I cannot steal much, not being able to even steal most physical things, being limited to mostly abstract things and interactions between physical things. In other words, this spell wouldn't be able to even steal your watch.
    -- All things stolen are returned when the fight/thread ends.
    Duration and Cooldown: 1 posts duration, 1 post cooldown. (<-- really 3 post cooldown, we have talked about this)

    Type: Non Elemental Soul Support
    Description: 'Give' takes something that was stolen and gives it to a target, be it an object, abstract / spiritual thing or property, this is done by firing an incredibly fast bubble that homes in the target, seeking it persistently until it hits it. Speed of 85 m/s.
    Strengths:
    -- Unblockable
    -- Eventually undodgeable
    -- Any preexistent bubble can become the Give bubble upon cast
    Weaknesses:
    -- Cannot deal any direct damage
    -- Is unable to transmit more than one thing at a time
    -- If anyone intercepts the Give bubble, the spell will affect them instead.
    -- Given things are lost when the fight/thread ends.
    Duration and Cooldown: X posts duration, 3 post cooldown. (1 post duration)


    Name: Combine
    Rank: D
    Type: Non Elemental Soul Support
    Description: This spell combines two stolen things in one way or another. It has no procedure to be cast.
    Strengths:
    -- It cannot be stopped by any means.
    -- Several things can be combined with eachother when this spell is used.
    -- Things combined can be automatically stolen back if released or given.
    Weaknesses:
    -- No damage
    -- No use beyond manipulating what has been stolen.
    -- Things stolen will usually change appearances or something else, so they can be detected if they are inspected closely enough.
    -- Combining too many things into one can cause said thing to become an unstable object that quickly changes its appearance. Said object will explode after ten seconds, producing D rank damage to everyone caught in the explosion.
    Duration and Cooldown: Instant, 1 post cooldown. (instant = 1 post, because you will cast it and it hits in the same post. Also 3 post cool down)


    Name: Absorb
    Rank: D
    Type: Non Elemental Soul Support
    Description: A small blood red bubble emerges from the enemy and is shot towards Diavolo. This bubble contains magical energy from the enemy's pool that Diavolo absorbs. 20 m/s speed.
    Strengths:
    -- Can be cast for no cost at all.
    -- 3% of the enemy's pool absorption.
    -- Can be used to replenish other's pools.
    Weaknesses:
    -- Released things have to be stolen again to be under Diavolo's control.
    -- If intercepted, the one that intercepts it will gain the magical energy instead. However, it can only be intercepted physically, not through spell.
    -- Easily distinguished from other bubbles because of its vibrant red color.
    -- If the one that stole it intercepts it, they will gain an extra 1% of MP alongside recovering what was lost.
    Duration and Cooldown: Instant, 3 posts cooldown.
    (You don't steal much MP, so I think you don't need a rank limiter on it.)

    (I also going to have another staff member look at this, mostly because this is magic type I haven't seen before. And need a second opinion on this)

    Oh boy, this is going to be a doosy. I can tell already.

    First and foremost, you cannot steal magic from others. At all. You can steal power from spells, that's a thing, but not from people.

    Secondly, you cannot simply travel through things because your magic is spirit-based. As damn cool as that would be, I'll only allow you to do that with regular objects. Spells or objects effected by magic will be quite tangible to you.

    Thirdly, maybe you should just call this Grand Thief Magic > . > I don't see you sealing very much of anything. It's more like you're stealing things from people and give them back when you well and so please.

    Lets try and handle these changes before we move on to the rest of the app, okay?

    Well, I do know what you mean, but I don't know if you quite understood what I said on the app. Which would be my fault due to my poor handling of English language.

    1: I went over that with Fred in the CB, I cannot steal Mana from characters for myself, but I can cast Absorb to reduce their MP while not raising mine.

    In case you are talking about Vampiric Instinct... Well, I'll have to explain the mechanic aspects of it. Diavolo does not really steal MP from other characters, but draws the free magical power / Mana  in the air towards him, stealing it away. This gives place to his increased regeneration and at the same time reduces the available Mana in the air available for natural absorption by other mages, giving place to a reduced MP recovery. Diavolo does not steal the MP from the enemies, he's just an apex predator for the Mana they need to replenish their pools. I worded it very badly though. I didn't think it mattered tbh.

    2: Diavolo's not immaterial lol. He is exactly like anyone else. Only his bubbles are immaterial. S&W however, is partly immaterial and works exactly as you said. It can be damaged by spells, magic-imbued objects and etc but it phases through everyday objects.

    3: I actually like the "Grand Thief" thing very much. However, the Sealer thing comes from Diavolo's backstory, and how he is supposed to use this magic to take evil away and seal him within him and yada yada. His family does use variants more akin to what a sealing magic is supposed to be. I'll think about it though.

    All right, amigo. The staff had a little chat about your magic and decided that we had to go over it once more. I usually took care of nice apps like yours, so that's why I'm here. I understand that this is an annoying situation, and it will probably become even more so. Though on the bright side, it's good that you're only D Rank at the moment so we won't have to change too many spells.

    Something I want to say right off the bat: Sealer Magic and Soft & Wet seem to be two different kinds of magic intertwined in such a way that if I would say that you would have to make one of them your secondary, your whole concept of magic would be ruined. So, nice strategical move there. However, it is lacking in drawbacks. Some abilities you have to support Soft & Wet  should be spells. Mainly because they need to be balanced out with a duration and
    a cooldown. I'll go over the abilities list before I go over the spells.



    -- The Perfect Bodyguard, Soft & Wet: Soft & Wet is an spiritual entity that is able to interact with matter, however, matter cannot interact with it, which makes it invulnerable to physical attacks while still being vulnerable to spells. All damage taken by Soft & Wet is transmitted to Diavolo instead. Soft & Wet has Diavolo’s strength and speed x3. Adittionally, Soft & Wet can use the same Sealer Magic spells as Diavolo and their senses are connected.
    I can allow Soft & Wet to become invulnerable to physical damage, but only when it phases out etherially. With this I mean that if Soft & Wet wants to deal physical damage it will have to materialize, which means that at that moment it can also be damaged by physical attacked. If it wants to be invulnerable it can become etherial and only touchable by non-physical spells.

    -- Kool Kats are Always First: Under Soft & Wet’s influence, Sealer Magic and its effects have top priority above every other spell used no matter what rank it is, which means that if a Sealer spell and another one are casted around the same time or if a sealer spell is casted while another one is still in effect, the sealer spell will have immediate priority, affecting its target before the other spell's effect takes place.

    I can allow this only if both spells take effect at the same time. Not when another spell has already taken hold.

    -- The Power of the Soul: Sealer spells are soul-bassed immaterial ones, which means that they can go through most objects and spells without interacting with them if they are not their targets.

    This should not count for magical barriers that are of a higher rank.

    You will have to explain to me how the stealing works in a logical sense. The main problem with you magic is that it is unscaled and can become incredibly OP at a higher rank. Stealing abstract things is one of those problems if not the biggest one.

    Surprise Motherfucker will have to become a spell.

    Vampire Instinct is a tricky case. I would allow this if it had the requirement that GOGOGO mode has to be active in order for it to be used.
    The Endless Hunger is a really cool concept, but too powerful and can be abused. If done properly this can be turned into a spell as well.

    Shameless Soft & Wet needs to be a spell.

    Oh mah boi. You better take a seat, this might take long.

    You see, this magic can steal can steal almost every single thing you can think of, only it needs the appropriate spell. The main and most important part of the spell is the Steal branch, that goes from Steal I at D Rank to Steal V at S rank. Now, this said, the bubbles used in the Steal spells and all bubbles in general shouldn't be conceived as bubbles, but more like portals and fragments of another world, where the stolen things stolen are kept. Through the bubbles things are taken to this world, to this infinite storage otherwise unaccessible dimension that is located within Soft & Wet. However, since the bubbles are part of this 'world', things stored in S&W can be transferred to them and between bubbles as the user pleases.

    Think Plato and his ontological theory and then turn that upside-down. S&W's warudo would be za warudo of ideas, only that instead of the things of the real world coming from the ideal world, they go back to it. Sort of.

    Now, being addressed the mechanics behind stealing, let's talk about your worry regarding me stealing abstracts...

    First of all, 'abstracts' is a horrible world to describe what Steal I steals. The only reason I put it there is that it's a word that everyone would more or less understand, since they would relate it to non-physical things, plus, it HAD to be able to steal evil (which IS an abstract) for the sake of the background. After all, all the sealing magics developed by the caste were supposed to have that end in mind. Anyways, it'd be more fitting to say that Steal I steals "attributes and interactions". Let's see if I can describe it on detail...

    Imagine object A and object B. they are joined by a non-physical bond, that a physical force originates between the two or that contact between the two causes a reaction. These 'interactions' could be stolen, preventing them from taking place anymore. This is how for example I became invisible (but simultaneously blinded myself) in the event, for example.

    Now, Imagine that object A is conductive to electricity, explosive, melts at room temperature and is soft and elastic at -50 degrees celsius but hard and frail at -100. Any of those attributes of A could be stolen, given that A is displaying them at the moment. That's how stealing attributes works, depriving something of one of its characteristics. This is how I fly, stealing my weight, which is a characteristic of the matter that composes me.

    Once again, imagine object B. Object B is being illuminated by object A, WHICH WAS A LAMP ALL ALONG!!!... and thus casts a shadow. This shadow, being the result of the interaction between B and A could be stolen. This is how I did nothing, tbh. I haven't used my magic to steal anything that was the result of an interaction so far, or so I think.

    I know I haven't explained myself all that well, and there may be more to it than just this, but have you gotten the gist of it?

    Yeah the spirit can still hover around and all that. Though making it intangible for non-mages might also be a tad OP in some cases. (I imagine there are a few people here that are not technically mages.) Some Missions and Events might suddenly become way easier for you than they should be.

    All right, I understand the stealing. It is still incredibly powerful, kudos for the nice concept though, so it will need proper drawbacks and limitations. (short durations and decent cooldowns) As well as limitations as to how much you can steal at a time. This is probably one of the most versatile things I've seen in a magic app on the site, so we gotta keep a close eye on this to see that it doesn't get abused.

    The Shameless sof & wet can remain a passive, but with slightly larger limitations on the range and speed. You'll need an extra spell (or more) to improve this ability for more effective use.
