hibiki:

Hibiki prefers to do things his own way, but he will always follow and support Rin to the best of his abilities. Hibiki is sly and smart, he loves fish. Despite his loyalty to his partner Rin, he wouldn't put it past himself to tease her on occasion. He's dexterous like his owner but has a big mouth and the confidence to match. Hibiki is very adorable and small so Rin tends to dote on him. He also likes to do things at his own pace and takes his time to complete tasks. He helps out on jobs by collecting information and maneuvering through obstacles and clearing them so Rin is able to get through them with ease.
Abilities:
-Can fly high
-can fly high while carrying a person(except for in battle)
-Can speak the human language

Try to expand it's description as much as you can(Recommended), and it can't carry you when you're in combat(Required). Otherwise It'd be a combat pet, which Exceed cannot be for some reason.
