Lance's Necklace of healing

Description: This necklace has a shiny red gem in the middle of it and the chain is made of pure gold. The gem constantly glows a beautiful red color. Lance uses this to help others gain more than what he has meaning it takes some life out of him when he uses it. When Lance heals someone the gem emits a sort of dark aura that enters the injured person. Can only heal one person at a time and has to be touching them.
Strengths:
Can heal others.
It is hard to hit seeing as Lance has it under his coat.
Can be used for any sort of healing purposes other than healing himself.
Weaknesses:
If someone does manage to hit it the necklace can shatter with an A-rank blow.
Can only use 3 times per thread.
Takes 10% of the users health when used.
The user doesn't gain any sort of defense against attacks or anything.
Can not heal himself the user.
Can only heal 1 person at a time.  
Abilities:
Healing: Lance can heal others.

(I need more description, what does it do, what is the purpose, just a bit more depth you know)

(you say 3 uses per thread in your weakness, and here you say 3 times per post. Do you mean for 3 times per thread you can use it to heal the D rank damage done in the former post?)

Bump

How many people can you heal at once? Do they have to be within a certain range of you?

Also, as it drains health from you to use it makes no sense that it can heal you.
