The Outer Circle
"The Outer Circle consists of the chosen respresentatives of each legal guild. Each guild can have more than one representative. Generally these spots are reserved for Former Guildmasters, Former Aces and other mages who are trusted to speak on behalf of the guild in the Magic Council. These mages are no longer on the list of active members that inside the guild, but become their own unit in the Position Thread. The Outer Circle is the bridge of communication between the Inner Circle and the Guilds. They provide Guild assistance to the Inner Circle when necessary, and hold a voice the Inner Circle has to listen to and consider when making decisions."
You must apply for the position that you want, if the staff do not feel you are responsible enough or active enough to up hold the position, your application will not be accepted. If you are inactive for two weeks without notice, your position will be stripped and handed to someone else.
