Chiyo Chi is a girl that seems shy and cute from afar. And mostly she also acts like this. But in reality she is a very deceiving person tricking people in doing stuff for her. She will kill or torture those people after wards and go on her way like nothing happened. Kill and torture is like drinking water for her. Since she was being worshipped as a god in the past she sees everybody as ants and will treat them like this. But mostly she will stay away from city’s when its not needed to be there. She likes to be alone and train on her own when there is no job or offering needed to be done. In the evening she mostly trains her cats or play games with people she find. She is a long sleeper and hates early mornings. Anybody that would awaken her for a not good reason shall suffer greatly. She acts a bit like a spoiled brat and if she doesn’t get something shell kill for it. the word money is unknown to her and law even less. She sees everything as her own and this gives a lot of problems. She only eats meat as she likes the blood and meat so much. She does like other dark mages if they enjoy the killing as much as her own. She doesn’t care about big plans that much as long as she can offer and kill. If there is a party in the neighborhood she will always be there but be sure that it will end in blood and pain. She likes to destroy happiness in her free time.
In battle she deceives her opponent with every step she makes. Faint blows and doing like she’s dead or hurt Is not uncommon for her to use. A honorable fight is not in her wordbook and she will use family of the target to win a fight. She doesn’t like quick clean kills to much and will always try to torture them or make them feared before she kills them off. Eating parts of her victims is not uncommon as well. As she sees them as lower as her she really uses her targets as animals. She loves solo fighting a lot. Since there would be nobody to restrain her. If she fights in group shell help them all as long as they don’t restrict her in her killing or torture. If somebody would annoy her to much of her own team she would end up killing them to. She doesn’t mind being commanded by a leader and will follow them as long as she wants. But if it annoys her she will do her own thing. Nobody is above her but the fallen ones in her eyes. the rest she tolerates of being in charge if they like. She herself likes to be in charge. She lieks to command small humans in battle. She’s a master of tactics and deceiving even for her young age. What people call a tactical genius. She overpowers her enemies mostly with doing tricky group fighting and showing up on places they don’t know. A kind of guerrilla warfare.

- Cat’s : she likes cat’s because they do what they want and treat humans as there master. While the humans still keep them and pet them. This remembers her a lot when she was still the deity that was being worshipped by a cult. It was the same felling but just humans adoring her as a reincarnation of their god.
-Offering: she likes to offer things for the fallen one’s. She enjoys the screaming of the offerings and the torturing of them. The fallen ones don’t want dead. They want to be fed with agony and fear. Not that she minds that. That’s why she prayed to them when she was captured in the start of her life.
- Games: she likes to play games with people. Mostly mind games as she likes to deceive people and then break everything of them down that she can. She won’t cheat on games. But she will deceive and put up a farce to deceive them and destroy them completely.
Dislikes:
- Priests: she hates humans that think there better than the rest. Or that lie about hearing the god’s. no human can hear them. And no human should worship a god. Humans are like mouse to gods. Annoying pets that need to be eradicated but slowly. Since they have all the time of the world to play with them.
- Girly girls: they should all perish in flames. Playing with ponies and wearing pink dresses. They don’t have to worry about anything. Only thinking of their dream prince and if there thin enough. They never felt the pain. They never felt the agony of being alone and be tortured so that she would become the god they wanted. She would make those girls feel the same pain as she did.
- Weak people. People that say anything because there to weak to fight. Those should be rid from the earth. There not needed on this planet. Nothing that is weak should live. They will only live lives of pain and agony. Weak demons, angels , humans , animals. They should all be killed. She will never listen to one of these people or even help them.
Motivations:
- Become The will of the fallen: they saved her from the cult and made her stronger then before. She isn’t human anymore and she shall do anything to in the end reach the status of a fallen god. She will do anything for this. She won’t stop for anything to reach that. It’s the biggest motivation in her life to even live.
- Save cats from humans: Cat’s shouldn’t be hold by humans. These proud and deceiving creatures should all belong to her. She wants to make a small army of cats that will do her bidding. Deceiving people and getting information out of them or to kill them. They would be the furry assassins of fiore. That’s her goal.
- To Cause pain to people: she wants to let other people feel how she was hurt. Nobody came to save her so everybody shall feel her pain. She will torture every human on the planet till she is full filled. And the screams make her feel all wet and great. She doesn’t really get this feeling yet but she finds it great.

- Being killed before she reach her goal: she is really afraid of death and will try to avoid it at all cost. She has a tuff look and kills at will. But her own death brings back the old girl that she once was. She fears to go back to that time of fear and pain.
- Being captured by a priest: she wouldn’t want to be captured by a priest as she thinks the things that happened for years in her youth will happen again. She would go crazy if that happens. She fears it and her mind can break from the prospect of being captured by a priest.
- Losing Her position with the fallen ones: She would get desperate and do anything if she would ever risk of losing her favor with the fallen ones. She would lose her strength again and become the girl she was before. She can’t have that she can’t risk that.

These are attached with white straps onto her sleeves white dress that just comes under her crotch. On her arms she wears white gloves till her elbows. And on her shoulders there is a cape lying with two metal shoulder pads. All in white the cape ends up in 9 different cuts in the bottom of the cape. She still wears the metal chain that the cultist put on her when she was young around her neck. She has long blue hair where two metal ears are sticking out of. These were made to enhance here esper powers by the cultists.
