Raid the Farmland Daemon and Grimorie

Raiding a farmland sounded like the easiest job in the world sadly this is not the case considering that the two dark mages who were in charge of the mission were now tied up back to back with their weapons in the far corner yet still visible with the dim light as a basic d ranked mage walked in with a basic gauntlet made of leather and grinned evilly as he slugged the mage with black spikey hair in the jaw. So you little pricks thought you could steal from these farmers and get away with it .... WHAM!!! He slugged the other mage across the jaw. After a few mins of continuous strikes with the leather gauntlet The mages arm grew tired forcing him to walk away. I'll be back later to kick finish you two chumps off ." With a dark chuckle the merc left the room. Spitting out a small amount of blood as his body finally was able to relax. Remind me again how we got into this mess "partner" ? " The spikey haired mage turned his head slightly as he glared a little as he though back about how the two of them met and ended up in their present situation tied together and getting the bloody shit beaten out of each other by some lowly merc mage. Ten hours earlier, The sun was shinning over the beautiful farmland that was filled with vast quantities of fresh produce.

Daemon and his wolf pup partner lunos  snuck stealthily out of the shadows  of the train station, having arrived a few hours earlier he used the time he had to scope out the village   wearing his priestly attire he knew that if he acted as a regular priest he could move  around the village and fields  without raising suspicions about himself. As Daemon walked towards the exit he noticed a young man fitting the description of his partner for the mission hiding a body of a dead farmer in the shadowy area on the opposite end of the terminal. Daemon walked over to the young man and offered him some help in hiding the body by takeing out a spade he used to bury dead bodies or grave rob on one of his whims. "Allow me to take care of this my friend tis truly a sad day when people die " He said as he took the dead body over his shoulder and headed off towards the woods until he was out of sight from both the village and station away from prying eyes. The young priest began to dig a hole to bury the body, after ten mins the hole was deep enough to properly keep the air around it pure , with a slight thud he dropped body in the grave and buried it patting the soil down carefully making it look inconspicuous with his work done Daemon returned to the station to find his partner leaning against the wall next to the exit.

"Forgive me for taking so long my friend we do have to be careful as to not raise suspicion, lets make a deal I'll help you steal as much food as possible and kill anyone who gets in our way so long as I'm allowed the bury the innocent, is that fair? " Daemon asked in a hushed whisper. Wither Daemon liked it or not he was a servant of the gods before a killing machine he job was to offer peace to the innocent and slaughter the wicked.

With a slight dark smirk Daemon nodded and headed outside once more. "Trust me I don't plan on getting us caught unless I feel it necessary to completing our mission, hopefully it won't reach that point. " He said with a smirk in his voice as his wolf pup partner jumped onto his shoulder. Daemon gently scratched the small beasts head with a gentle smile. When night falls Lunos give them a real scare don't hold anything back and go ballistic lets show this village some real terror ." As he said those words the wolf grinned devilishly and barked happily as he nuzzled against his masters head.

As Daemon and his nameless partner reached the village the farmers are quickly at work with the harvest putting the produce in a large store house near the edge of the village, taking a mental picture of the village Daemon took into account of the ten houses modest in size. As the duo headed towards the center of village Daemon noticed that several people were walking around in basic armor carrying rather poor weapons when compared to even basic equipment, among the armored people stood a man wearing a cloak and carrying a large grimorie a trademark for the stereotypical mage. Daemon stopped abruptly as a fiery voice pierced through his mind. The raging spirit of the earthen pyre . With a slight pained looked Daemon rubbed his head slightly sensing full well that the wielder of grimorie possessed no actual power and that the book itself was filled with a dark power and not the regular kind.

Daemon walked to the village chief's house and proceeded to knock on the door. a few mins later a middle aged man  with the appearance of a large mountain toad opened the door with a slightly warm smile. " Greetings young ones what can I do for you ? " He asked calmly as he slowly invited them inside as he strafed across the floor which squeaked at his great weight.  "Good day sir I am Tomax and this is Xamot  we are simply priests ooking for souls to be saved." the young priest weaved the lie  as carefully as he could in order to convince the fat bastard of a chief to believe him. Pondering the priest's claim the village chief stroked his two chins and smiled."Are you here to take over for the  late priest's position?" Daemon nodded and bowed to the fat chief and proceeded out the door with his partner in tow. once the duo had reached the church and were safely inside Daemon practically went off on a rant about how he wanted the chief's head on a pike  before lunos gently licked his face calming him down  as he took a deep breath  and closed his eyes .

As the sun began to set and the night slowly crept into place the village became silent as the moon rose into the sky as if an omen of twisted evil gripped the land as even the mercs and mages hired by the village seemed wary of stepping outside. Before the night began Daemon had stumbled onto how the previous priest died  it seemed that the priest loved the crisp night air  from atop the cliffs that over  the village , it also seemed that the priest and the chief were all bad terms with each other  with the village divided amongst them. Daemon sat calmly in the abandon church  reading a small black leather book he had pulled out of his pocket his wolf pup partner had left a few mins before to begin their unspoken plan on the village. On a near by cliff over looking large dire wolf stood where the previous priest had  once set to a complete idiot it would appear that the wolf was the priest's spirit comeback to look at the night sky. In truth the large beast above the town was Daemon's wolf pup in his true form, With a loud and powerful howl  Lunos jumped off the cliff and descended into the village below landing on a villagers house causing  the wood to sag under his weight. " So it's time to begin ?" Daemon said as he closed his book after hearing lunos landing on the nearby roof. Daemon calmly stood up and loosened the collar around his neck then grinned darkly as he walked over to the door and opened it as Lunos began to rampage through the village streets crushing doorways and windows effectively sealing the farmers in their homes.

Daemon smiled softly as he assessed Lunos attack on the village and the destroyed doorways and windows while walking over to the tree where his partner was perched in and looked up at him. "So what do you think of Lunos's true form  quite a beast huh ? " He asked with a playful smirk as he gently leaned against the tree.

After ten mins of watching Lunos seal the rest of the houses Daemon figured now would be a good time to raid the store houses. LUNOS you can continue with attacking the village for as long as you want  see you soon Daemon thought calmly as he looked up to his partner and nodded  then quickly rushed towards the store house  leaving the fake priest gear under the tree reviling his real priestly attire purple robes with  black  pants and black sandals with a staff on his back and a sword he had "acquired " from a man on the train. As Daemon reached the store house a dark aura began to fill the air as the merc mage from ealiar stood in front of the store house hold his grimoire in front of him muttering in a hoarse voice .
