This can't be right...

In the crowded streets of Magnolia. Ethan was walking straight down the road with a map in his hand as he munched on a piece of candy. He kept looking at the map but couldn't find the guild on the map. He just sighed as he kept walking. He couldn't believe how unlucky he was right now with this stupid map. He had even taken the effort to walk, what a drag. He eventually decided to ask for directions.

He opened the door to what looked like a souvenir boutique with trinkets and various baubles lined up on some shelves. He approached the shopkeeper and showed him the map "Could you point out Fairy Tail for me?" The shopkeeper gave him a grumpy look as he pointed at the shelves. "Buy something and i'l consider it" Ethan could only think of this as blackmail but he didn't feel like going somewhere else so he picked a small keychain and paid for it. "There, now tell me" The shopkeeper leant back and started counting the money before marking Ethan's map with a pen.

Ethan followed the markings on the map but got suspicious as he started hearing screams and things breaking as he got closer. He found a large building at the point of the marker and slowly opened the gate as he took a peek inside and got a shock as he found a large mass of people brawling and fighting inside. He could only deduct that the shopkeeper had tricked tricked him. He decided to ask someone inside for directions and entered. He walked around and tried to get their attention but they wouldn't stop for what they were doing and he eventually tired until he fell into a chair where he made himself comfortable.

Nightken decided to relax a little and wore his casual clothes, which looks like a bartender's suit. Walking into the guildhall there was a usual roar to the place looking around there were the usual things going on people drinking, fighting, being loud and having fun. He noticed someone he hasn't seen before sitting at a table. Walking up to the person and did his usual introduction, even though he doesn't have to anymore it's became a bit of a habit. "Welcome to Fairy Tail. I'm Nightken, are you here about being a new member or just visiting?" He said as he held his hand out to the person trying to be polite.

Ethan relaxed as well as he could in the midst of all noise until a man with black elegant clothes approached him and welcomed him to Fairy Tail. He couldn't believe what he heard. This was the legendary guild?! This was Fairy Tail?! He could only compare it to a kindergarden. He was least to say chocked by the news and just sat there until he regained his senses and answered. "I was hoping to join i guess..." The man had put his hand forward and Ethan just looked at it. He felt beat and didn't even try to reach it. He took another look upon the surrounding chaos and finally asked the one thing that was bugging him. "Is this really Fairy Tail?"

Lance looked up from the table he was at and saw a new guy walk in so he took the opportunity to introduce himself. He walked over to the new kid followed by his pet baby dragon "No this is not Fairy Tail... now get out." Lance said staring at the kid with a scowl on his face but Lance couldn't keep it in and broke out into a smile and as soon as he did he broke out into laughter "I'm just kidding! Welcome to Fairy Tail man!" Lance said as he sat down at the table in front of the kid "My names Lance, Fairy Tails shadow." Lance said smirking as the dragon landed on the new guys head "and I am Draco the lovable white dragon!"

Neko watched from the side rail on the second floor. He could help but watch. He'd been away on a mission for so long he wondered if anyone even remembered him. But one person he did notice was Nightken. Still welcoming the new faries. Then another person was welcoming him soon. Neko wondered if he should welcome him to then decided he should. It would give him a chance to talk to nightken anyway. He slipped his feet over the railing and dropped down in front of the bar. A few murmerd and gasped but mostly because they where drunk. He grabbed a drink then made his was to the new fairy sipping his drink.welcome little fairy :3 seems as if fairy tail doesnt look quite what you expected was it? His violet eyes shifted from the new fairy to nightken.well well looked like you've also found ken. Ken you tell our friend about fairy tails little tournament?

Primo sat on table looking as Ethan was being greeted. He got up walked over to Ethan and said,"yo,nice to meet you im primo." Primo looked at Nightken,Lance,and Neko wondering if they had joined the FT tournament and asked Ethan," do you know about the tournament."

Ethan just stared as more and more people seemed to gather around and greet him in various ways. He even had a dragon sitting on his head which was relaxing in a way as it looked so cute, Then he heard someone mentioning a tournament of some sort and his interest peeked. "What tournament now?" He then backed of for a bit after asking. "You mean like a magic one, right? I'm not joining some carry stuff contest..."

Ethan was interrupted as a girl came crashing down from nowhere right into Nightken and then just approached him as if everything was normal. She introduced herself as the guildmaster, Ebony. He had a hard time believing it since she seemed to about his own age, though there was something different about her...

He was just about to anwer her as this blue haired man barged in on them. He looked a bit rough but he didn't seem to be completely bad. He started to laugh a bit at the lively atmosphere until the blue haired man noted how young he was. He then went on to if his parents knew or not. Ethan went completely quiet and just stared down on floor.

Lance sort of laughed at the boy as he got shy all of a sudden. "Hey kid.... what's the matter with you?" and then he noticed that the kid had gone quiet after Hetero mentioned his parents and he understood and nodded as he asked the kid to sit down next to him.

Ethan just sat there for a bit as everyone looked at him and he eventually raised his head with a smile on his face though his eyes didn't agree with it. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to make anyone feel bad and i'd tell you about my parents...if i could that is..." He kept smiling as he pulled his right arm out of his jacket. "I'l need a mark to join, right?"

He looked a bit puzzled as this cat came running from nowhere shouting about fish for some reason. It eventually ran of and he started to question his sanity for a bit. He was broken out of his thoughts as Heero spoke to him again. "Don't worry, they won't come" He kept looking at the cat as it kept running. "Well i can do this" He pointed at the cat's fish and fired a small beam of light which left a completely round hole in the fish. Ignoring the cat which was seemingly startled he smiled a bit. "Cool right?"

Lance smiled as he put the whole in the fish "That's a nice magic you got there." Lance said as he patted the person on the head. He looked at Ebony a smiled "I sense this boy has potential!" Lance said giving off a creepy smile and at this time Draco would sit on top of Lance's head "Why do you keep trying to scare the boy?" and Lance just laughed. Lance then would turn to the boy "How old are you?" Lance asked and as soon as he did his face turned red and he turned away fast "I mean I was just wandering because you don't look much older than I am!" Lance said still turned away from the kid.

He looked a bit surprised as Ebony started to fly in front of him. He eventually realised that it WAS a mage guild so he shouldn't be to surprised. She asked him for the reason and he went silent as he started to think again.

"I dunno, I just felt that i had to come here..."

He felt a bit bad for not telling her the whole story but what was the actual odds that she would believe him? He barely believed it if he had to be honest with himself.

Lance followed Ethan silently because he was interested in the kid and sat down next to him in the seat next to him hoping that they would not see him "and I neither." Lance said as he held his hand across his chest trying to say that he swore to the new guy. Lance laid his head down on the table and was hoping that the mage would tell them what he was doing here. Lance didn't know what he was doing but he felt something about this kid that he wanted to know more about but he wouldn't break his promise to not tell anyone.

He looked at the two for a bit and took a deep breath as he figured he could tell them and get it over with right now. He tried to think of a good way to put it but realised it would sound bad however he put it. "I think i'm a criminal, hehe..." He laughed nervously as he said this and scratched his head. "The thing is i don't know"
