Personality:

Ethan is a very controversial person. He mostly acts lazy and tends to just take it easy whenever possible. He is also extremely unmotivated and is claims that everything bores him. He acts especially cold against males for some reason or another but is very open and friendly against girls. He may act lazy all the time but when there's a fun job to be done he surprisingly flares up and gets all motivated and impossible to stop. He also seem to enjoy challenges in this state. The most common theory as to why he acts like that is that he is acting all lazy so that he can save up strenght for what he likes to do. He possess an impressive intellect which is rarely seen while in his lazy state. He is pretty arrogant and can't even imagine losing a serious fight. He is pretty charming around girls and could come about as flirty at times. He has a tendency of being playfully rude but knows when to stop. He also tends to tease people he likes.

His laziness knows almost no boudaries as he's capable of taking a nap just about everywhere, so you better keep a good on him during jobs or you may find that he's "mysteriously" disappeared.

Ethan can be very competitive and enthustiastic when the situation demands it and can instantly transform into the center of attention during lets say a party as long as you tell him there's a party going on of course. He easily becomes the center of attention when fired up with his then cheerful personality until it ends and he returns to his usual state of non-doing.

He refuses to speak of his past as it seems to bring him great pain to even think about it but the truth might just be a bit more complicated than it seems like. He keeps his and other secrets safe as he wouldn't betray their trust and because no one would expect someone to share secrets with him.

His whole demeanor changes completely in the face of battle. He gets very serious and won't even consider holding back against any opponent. He refrains from talking while in combat and won't let the enemy out of sight for even a second. He never loses his cool in battles and could easily be considered a one on one expert fighter with his calculative yet ruthless fighting style.
He can work together with others if he trusts their abilities to a certain extent, otherwise he'l just do things his own way. He only takes orders from people he greatly respects (and women) and will probably just ignore anyone else giving him orders. He would make a good leader with his overall fighting expertise but rejects the idea completely as he claims he can't lead a team though that's just his excuse for not wanting to involve others in his battles.

As a last note, never give him wine. there was this one incident and... just trust me on this.

Likes:
Girls: He's more comfortable around girls than boys since he feels that girls are generally more honest about their intentions than boys.
Magic: He thinks of magic as one of the few things worth living for in this world and aspires to learn and master it's path.
Cute things: He has a soft spot for what's cute and gets completely enthralled at the sight of puppies or the like.
Fun jobs: He gets really excited about aking on difficult jobs to test his abilities further and is more than willing to fight monsters or hunt for threasures etc.

Dislikes:
Actual work: He finds ordinary chores such as cleaning or carrying things boring and makes an effort to avoid it.
Loud people: He just can't stand people shouting while right in front of him. He thinks of it as stupid and generally irritating though he can tolerate it to a certain extent.
Death: He doesn't fear death as much as the average person but tends to gloom whenever he sees it.

Motivations:
The Sun: As he draws his powers from the light he feels at ease knowing that the sun even though it may be absent or hidden, it's still there which inspires him to never give up hope as long as the sun stays in the sky.
His Headphones: His most prized possession which he gives his all into protecting, though he can't for the love of god remember why or how he even got em to start with.
The Summit of Magic: His one and only dream is to master the path of magic and have his name eco throughout all corners of the world, this might be one of the few things he actually takes seriously.

Fears:
His past: He won't speak of it but there's something in his past which completely terrifies him which eventually caused him to flee from it.
Aging: He can't fathom the though of getting old and gets really depressed whenever he sees an old person and i won't even get started about his birthdays.
Losing someone: He's been alone for so long and refuses to let people die on him as he greatly fears for their safety despite the way he acts.
