The Guildmaster

Guildmaster Zeno Sombras is a man with many faces. He can be humorous and trustworthy. Romantic, loving and responsible. Intimidating, cold and heartless. Indifferent, unpredictable and... mysterious. Despite his facades, Zeno is straightforward once someone tries to get to know him. Especially his Guild members. They will know immediately what he thinks of them, even if he doesn't say it aloud.

Zeno is a man that values respect. Disrespect him and you'll get on his bad side. First impressions count and once someone messes that up, it will be hard to fix the damage.
Of course, Zeno respects the people around him accordingly and appropriately.

He appreciates people who stay true to themselves and have an intelligent perspective on life. Magical Power does not mesure the individual, but it's the strength of the soul that is important. And that's what he hopes to find in another person's eyes.
To him, the eyes are the mirrors of the soul and that combined with the actions of the individual is how he judges people.

He is a person with great intelligence and wisdom gathered over the years, someone who commands authority on eye-contact, a trustworthy leader and a very interesting individual.


Yet, Zeno has not always been the man he is today.

Little over a decade ago he was still terrorizing Fiore with his immense Dark Guild called Shadow Savior. Misfortune in his past had turned him into a monster.
He knows what it is to have dark powers, to be controlled by them, to lose yourself, and to become something you are not.

Luckily, he was given another chance and he managed to break away from his corrupted self to become his true self once again. As a servant to the Arcane Realm that watches over the mortal world, Zeno now wants to give back to the world by opposing the Dark Guilds and by taking in people like himself to give them the guidance they need, before someone else finds them and bring them onto the wrong path. He wants to prevent history from repeating itself.

Scarred by the Past. At peace with the Present. Eyes on the Future.




The Guild

Eclipse Soul is a crucible of souls. The brave, the sly, the mad, the lost, all of them united and relying on each other like family. The ultimate goal being redemption and becoming the best person one could possibly become. Eclipse Soul is a Legal Guild that takes in the "darker" Mages before they end up on the wrong path in a Dark Guild.

Eclipse Soul saves them and provides a home and a family of and for those who share similar lifestories.

It tries to bring peace to their troubled souls, so they can use their incredibly powerful yet dark powers for good instead of evil.

Eclipse Soul brings them back on the right path with moral values, respect, ambition and power.

Even though their appearance and persona might still have the features of darkness, in their soul they become good people.

Eclipse Soul saves them before they lose their heart.

But of course, that sounds easier than it is. Eclipse Soul can be a crazy bunch sometimes,
and things tend to get out of hand every once in a while. Especially among the new members. Fights break loose, practical jokes go wrong, things get destroyed and so on.

But the Guild can always count on their Guildmaster to get everyone back in line, or to deal with the Magic Council when it's necessary.

In the end, everyone in the Guild shares a special bond with each other. Connected by the Soul.
