There are a few defining moments that have shaped Cecile's personality today.
Despite having no shortcomings and certain privileges that came with her wealth, her upbringing was anything but easy. Expectations, isolation, and a dark legacy have haunted her ever since. Making Cecile rather aloof and reserved at times.
Cecile longs for friendship, casual fun, and moreover a genuine connection with other people. It seems that the burden of her unfortunate past continues to affect her. Her desire to form meaningful relationships often goes unfulfilled. This is partly due to her past and mostly because of the high expectations she has for herself. Being the daughter of a former infamous dark mage has made her a social outcast among her peers during her youth. This loneliness grew larger by the expectations of her family, who wanted her to follow in her father's footsteps. In addition, she carries the weight and guilt of her own father’s deeds with her. The combination of these two emotional aspects has resulted in the fact that she holds a very high bar for herself in almost any possible area. Socially, she doesn’t deserve human connection before the wrongdoings of her father have been set right. Professionally, she has been better, and stronger than her father has ever been. And emotionally, she doesn’t have time and room to let up.
At times, when alone she gives in to her inner desires. Like many of her fellow peers, Cecile does like the cute and innocent stuff. Fluffy stuffed animal, the summer dress at times, and cuddling up with a cozy blanket and a good book. However, she likes to keep this side to herself and not others.
During teamwork, Cecile can be difficult to work with. As she often goes headfirst into danger. Not so much without thinking, but because she has the constant urge to prove to herself and others that she is good enough. Also, she isn't one to quickly accept or call for aid. Unwillingly this gets her more often in trouble and makes certain situations more difficult than needs to be.
