Hence the mixing of elements that clash, however, his uncle helped him to figure out how to focus on himself at a molecular structure and adjust his molecular frequency to harness a specific element without any feedback. Referring to this as changing elemental modes.
Due to not being part of this multiverse his atoms and molecules operate on a different frequency. On top of that, the Chili from this reality has been dead for centuries making Chili a living time/reality paradox.
Somehow being a breathing paradox causes a few phenomenons, his cells regenerate at a tremendous rate, being able to replace entire organs and limbs if needed like the reality itself won't let him die, however, he still can he'll just never be crippled. (Just an explanation for how he can get stabbed, blown up and constantly beaten to a pulp, while still being able to walk away somewhat fine. Doesn't give him anything useful just gives him the ability to lose a finger or two and grow them back just to chop them off again. Think of it as a cosmetic regeneration brings back the limb but not the hp.)
This also explains that despite this reality's best attempts to squeegee him from existence, he still stands. His cells duplicating faster than they can be erased. This does however cause him tremendous pain whenever one of these episodes hit. Ending in Chili vomiting up blood.
Personality: Chili is a complex individual. He seems like a weird goof of a person at first, however, as you get to know him you will find that's just one of his many personas.
Chili is an out going person who genially enjoys listening to peoples stories, may they be boring farm tales or daring adventures. He tends to drift in his own mind sometimes, completely missing entire conversations he was apart of while either thinking about some random thought or having a rush of memories not his own.
He is diplomatic when he forms an opinion on something and is rational enough to listen to others' insight, and take their opinions into consideration.
Tends to be a stockpile of random information and bad jokes. A kindhearted person, who will usually tell you what is on his mind, however, he tends to distance himself emotionally as a cautionary tactic since people who wear their hearts too far out on their sleeves usually get burned.
Chili has trouble shutting off his brain, which seems to always be going a hundred miles per hour, always imagining and thinking about stupid things that most don't bother wasting brain power on. For example, what would one call the crossbreed of a grasshopper and spider? Maybe Grider? Sprasshider? Anyway, he doesn't enjoy being around people with negative attitudes and will remove himself from the equation.
Despite having a positive outlook on life in general, Chili does have pessimistic side that comes with his rationality. Pointing out the bad just as much as the good. Although he explains it as if you see the bad as well as the good you can find a way to enjoy both while dealing with your circumstances.

Under leadership he will follow what ever orders he is given unless a comrade is in danger, he will go off script and do what he can to save them with out putting the whole team in jeopardy. As a leader, Chili makes sure he's the first on the battlefield and he will not leave until all his comrades are safely secured. He will try and make a plan that makes use of his teams combined strengths and weaknesses, so everyone has a task to complete and teamwork is vital. Above all else, try to leave no one behind.

- Music of any genre. He loves music because it blocks everything out and puts him in a state of peace. He will usually be listening to some if there is nothing more to do but sit and watch the clouds roll on by.
- Home cooked meals. To Chili, there is nothing better than coming home after a long job and eating a freshly made meal of your own design.
- Stories. Stories whether based in fact or fiction they all are intriguing to him, some are used to pass down tradition, others to frighten children. No matter what hearing them is always a cool experience.
Dislikes:
- Negativity. Life is meant to be enjoyed why spend it always looking for the bad.
- Restaurant Meals. Chili has gets nauseous from eating it for some reason, not to the point of vomiting but it is distracting. He does eat it though when he is hungry enough to or doesn't have any prepared food.
- Bullies. They always seem to have a chip on their shoulders and instead of dealing with it, they take their frustrations out on other people. Chili will not hesitate to step in when he sees someone being bullied.

He wears either a red, white, blue, or orange collared button up dress shirt underneath the blazer, paired with a red and black striped tie as well as equally worn out blue or black loose-fitting jeans. He is usually wearing either gray and white tennis shoes or just black wing tipped gentlemen shoes. He also sometimes will just wear lengthy gray shorts paired with his tennis shoes and a regular t-shirt that is the same color as the ones listed before.
