Re: Ayo, Holidays In Fiore Be Damned
Mura was on high alert all day long. He did not trust Halloween anymore, not after the few couple of years before… shit always happened on Halloween. He had been mind-controlled, transformed against his will, turned against his own brethren in silly skirmishes, captured inside castles and villas by some dumb Pumpkin or this unknowable Night Mistress-
Halloween was just a mess. He dearly wanted it to just finish up as quickly as possible… as a matter of fact, most holidays always, always, always brought some horrific entity to their lands who then caused problems for the folk and required the guilds to clean up. Damn it all, holidays were out of control here in Fiore…
That was why Mura was reluctant in decorating the guild hall – it was just inviting evil into their walls… but with a bit of persuasion, he allowed it anyway. He was paranoid, hyper-alert, clutching the sheath to his katana, ready to chop in two whatever he feared approaching them. No night entity, no pumpkin spirit, no vampire lord was going to do whatever they wanted in this season – he wouldn’t allow it, not this time, not ever again…
But the people of Magnolia were having a blast. All of the streets were littered with spider webs, glowing pumpkins, ghost papers, steams and running children clad as creatures of the night. Adam, the guild’s bartender, had advised Mura dress up for the occasion as well, relating more to the frantic youth of his hometown. To live up to that advice, the Guildmaster had decided to dress up as a simple wizard…
Like, a wizard of Bellum, or at least one of the more ancient archetypes. The ones who wore long, dark robes clad in stars like many other natives of the country, but who also wore tall, wide witch hats. His katana was stripped to his back, for he didn’t have it in him to exchange it with a wooden staff to finish the picture.
And thus, he took a seat next to the first booth that one would come across after exiting the guild’s gates – a large, black cauldron was bubbling with all sorts of elixirs, and a classical witch was tending to it with a lovely hum accompanying her. Next to her, a black cat took a deep nap on top of the wooden table, only slightly opening its eyes and glaring at the volunteers who came and went. Mura just happened to be one of them, and the cat looked at him deeply… before falling into slumber again.
“Ah, greetings, Guildmaster! Look at you all dressed up in the Halloween spiri-“
“Is this strong?”
“U-Uh?”
The witch was taken aback by his sudden interruption as he pointed to the cauldron. With the tired look on his face – a result of less than ideal amounts of sleep leading up to today – she put two and two together and figured he mistook it for some kind of ale. “… It is. Not for those who can’t hold their liquor… but not for the reasons you think of.”
“Oh, really?” Mura challenged her and grabbed the potion she’d filled up with the cauldron’s contents, and after emptying the bottle in one go, bottoms up all the way until the end… nothing happened. It didn’t even taste like actual ale. “…”
“… Peculiar. It’s had quite a direct effect on everyone else… are you, perhaps, naturally resistant to potions? Is that not a detriment for wizards?”
“… I… I don’t really know,” Mura replied in honesty before taking a seat at a nearby bench, watching kinds run by with ridiculous amounts of candy in their sacks…
…

Re: Ayo, Holidays In Fiore Be Damned
"Cmon 50! CMON 50!!" A soft roll of the wrist, and they were off! Nymara's ruby gaze watched intently while the small wooden cubes danced on the table before her, taunting the firebrand with their many numbered sides! Though her excitement quickly died when they stopped moving, revealing a most unfortunate combination. "Sorry little lady, looks like luck wasn't on your side this round!" A taller man laughed, sitting cross-legged across the table from Nymara. The Dragon Slayer fumed within her large festive costume, something that consisted of a large dinosaur suit. Of course, no matter how many times Lucky tried to tell her otherwise, Nymara had insisted the costume depicted a dragon! The onesie itself took up a lot of space, consisting of a large green-scaled body with an upwards head, just above a face hole for the irritated girl. Its legs and arms were rather blocky and cumbersome as well, not to mention the propped-up tail being held in place behind her and the large back spines. "WH-! I SAW A 50 FOR A MINUTE! Y- You must have cheated!" Nymara spouted angrily, the air heating up around her slightly. "My Lady, please try to keep your temper in check." The small, pumpkin-wearing exceed would say that sat next to the girl. Lucky also seemed to be in full Halloween spirit this year, taking on the garb of a ghostly pumpkin cat! Aside from his usual armor, he wore a white sheet over his body, while a bulbous jack-o-lantern sat upon his head, his whiskered face peeking out from the carvings. "Hey hey! I simply roll the dice, I have no control over what number fate chooses!" The man said defensively before leaning over and grabbing a small wad of jewels that Nymara had bet. This only caused Nymara to flare up more. "Lady Nymara, are you even sure this is an official event game? I don't remember hearing anything about gambling."
"Shhh! Alright slick! We go again!" Lucky only sighed as he prepared for the inevitable...
Somewhere close to the many festivities that lined the streets of Magnolia a large explosion of fire rang out from a secluded alleyway, followed by the pained groan of a beat-up man as he collapsed onto the stone. Nymara shook out the flames covering her large pawed hand before awkwardly leaning down next to the man in her large costume and taking her jewel back. "Don't cheat! And get a better costume!" She'd yell to the unconscious man who by all accounts just wore regular clothing. Lucky followed close behind the dinosaur costume, gripping his wooden lantern tightly. "I know we are not on a job at preset, though you should work on your restraint! I don't believe that gentleman was even committing foul play, you just had bad luck." Lucky would try and tell Nymara, though it was obvious she was still too annoyed with losing to acknowledge Lucky's wisdom. "Whatever you say... Hey! I smell something good! Wanna try out one of these activities??" Nymara questioned excitedly, picking up the scent of something rather strange. The exceed only shook his head, knowing his knowledge was likely lost on her at preset. Unfortunately, he did not have the same persuasive (and sometimes terrifying) charm as Akemi did to always put Nymara in her place, so the best he could do was act as a humble guide in the twilight dragon's stead.
"Hey! Mura! How you doin??" Nymara would call out just as she came into view of the large witch's cauldron! Even in his wizard getup, Nymara could recognize the scent of her guild master, so it was no surprise to see the girl eagerly greet him. Lucky would descend from the sky with his wings, landing just on the rim of the cauldron across from Mura. "It is always a pleasure. It's nice to see we've found the *actual* festivities now." Lucky would say with a respectful bow to Mura. He'd also turn to the witch and her cat, doing the same to them as well. "And you two ladies are looking splendid tonight as well." Lowering his pumpkin head towards the black cat. "So! Wh- Ngh! What's this about then?" Nymara eagerly asked, trying her best to get as close to the large pot as her costume would allow! Her gaze would sharpen when she saw the magical liquid bubbling within! "It appears they are giving out samples. Have you already had a chance to try it, Master?" Lucky would question, turning his gaze to face Mura. Nymara was surprised to run into Mura out here, after all, she had rarely seen the guild master at all! Still, he was a person just like the rest of them so it shouldn't have been too surprising to see him participate in the fun!
"Samples?! AHA! I'll take some!" Nymara shouted excitedly, prompting the witch to scoop up a large amount of the magical potion and gift it to the firebrand. "I've drank all sorts of things before, how strange could this be?" She'd question, before downing the whole bottle in one go! Lucky would watch intently, curious to see what could happen. After a few seconds, the liquid was all gone, making Nymara drop the bottle to the ground as she stumbled slightly. "W- Whoa. That was... Interesting!" The dragon slayer stated, wobbling around slightly as she lost balance within her large costume! The witch for the most part just snickered and smiled as the effects of the potion were beginning to take route! "L- Lady Nymara! Your visage! You're as pale as a ghost!" Lucky would state with a shocked tone, staring at his companion with widened eyes. He was completely right! Nymara looked down at herself only to see that she was nearly see-through! "Ahhh... I- I'm a ghost now! A ghost dragon!" Nymara would say, still feeling light-headed as she took in what was happening to her body with stride!

Re: Ayo, Holidays In Fiore Be Damned
Celestia found herself utterly mesmerized by the entirety of the whole affair. Children in costumes, pumpkins, and lanterns line the streets with vendors and festive music. It was a sight to behold. She had not had such luxuries at home. After all, this was a festival of monsters and she had been seen as one for as long as she could remember. A small paw touched the side of her leg as she looked down to see Luna looking up at her with a smile; "Oh come on, I can read that look on your face and you don't need to worry, you look great!"
The costume that Celestia was wearing was not really Haloween themed per say. It was that of a zombie samurai. A flowing red skirt, shredded at the bottom. Her breasts wrapped in ribbons, her hair tied high upon her head and dual kanatas completed the outfit. She of course had covered herself in splatters of blood and tried to give a zombie-like appearance.
"I feel like I'm a little on show here" Celestia blushed as Luna giggled. "Well you shouldn't have such a huge chest." She whispered under her breath. A flattened palm just missed Luna's head. "Stupid cat..." Celestia grumbled. She was loving the atmosphere, even if the eyes kept being pulled to her, more from the men than women but still.
One of the vendors was seen making a plea before a small explosion. The Slayer knew that it had something to do with her Guild. How could it not? The duo meaneauvered through the crowd until they saw a Fairytail wizard, in a very cute dinosaur costume downing a drink. Oddly enough she was even more confused that the master of the guild, Mura seemed utterly fine with this.
A cackle, bubbling brew and a free taster were suddenly forced into Celestia's face. Wanting to get to the master and see who was blowing shit up. Again. Celestia quickly downed the bubbling brew and pushed onward. Her eyes widened as all colour seemed to fade. Her vision turned a hue of blue. Everything seemed, more sinister, before gently seeing the world turn to its original colour. Confusion crossed Celestia's face as she looked around. "What in sweet Fiore was tha-". Her eyes widened as she looked around. Opaque beings hovered gently through the air, someone looked similar to those around them whilst others seemed more lost. "HOLY SHI-" A loss of footing sent her tumbling backwards, into what appeared to now be a glowing blue dinosaur. A squeal left her as Luna simply stood, her paw to her forehead.

Re: Ayo, Holidays In Fiore Be Damned
… Was she dressed as a dinosaur? Somehow, Mura was quick enough deduce that Nymara, a passionate wielder of infernal Dragon spells, had attempted to dress up as a dragon and got the two species confused for each other… but that began rising more questions than he could muster up answers to. Instead, he threw a quick glance at Lucky and smiled at them both. “Relieved, to be honest. Nothing abhorrently crazy’s happened… yet,” he responded to her, his heavy but wary eyes kept open to survey the street and those passing it. Even in his silly wizard outfit, if anyone was caught under some Night Queen slash Pumpkin Lord slash Nightmare Mistress slash… something, just something of arcane nature that desired to play lord over them in this holiday, then Mura would shut them down
REAL. QUICK.
“Uh, yeah… didn’t do anything, though,” Mura responded to Lucky, kind of let down by the lack of effects. He figured, at least, that he’d get to turn transparent or completely invisible… or maybe fly- wait, he could do that already. Then… maybe the brew could’ve turned his skin green! That would’ve been fun… maybe the witch had missed an ingredient or two. If she felt bad about making such a small mistake, then Mura was willing to fetch whatever ingredient was missing. It was partly a duty of his as well to aid in the festivities here in Magnolia, and that cauldron was part of-
“Ooooooh… so that’s what it does,” Mura realized with widened eyes, sort of envious at the funny happenstance that Nymara found herself in at the moment, “… Why didn’t that happen to me? Maybe I need another sample, if I may-“
“Sorry, Guildmaster~. Rules apply to you as well – only one sample per person… but maybe the pretty sword-dancer over there would like a taste-“
Joining in on the witch brew shenanigans was one of the newest members of Fairy Tail, an oni (correctly a kiyo) recognizable by the singular, sharp and violet horn protruding from the middle of her forehead right where her hairline began. That, her lavender hair, and… wait, before he continued describing her, was she wearing a rōnin outfit? She was missing the haori, though… or maybe onis (sorry, kiyos) didn’t wear haoris normally. “Hey, is everything alright-“ Mura gently asked her, suddenly noticing that the single potion was already causing Celestia here to topple on her toes before shrieks and squeals escaped her – looking like she saw eldritch beings beyond her comprehension, it took a brief second for Mura to notice the entities… oh, those were just spirits. Wait-
The way she reacted… the timings of her screams… she could see them! Definitely, that would explain the directions of her gazes. “Wait, you can see them too, now? All of them?” Mura curiously asked her, deciding to get back up on his feet and catch her shoulders before she ended up tripping over herself, “There, there, get a grip of yourself… they’re harmless, you see? They’re just guests here, can’t harm a soul.” Mura would demonstrate their harmless natures by grabbing his sheathed katana – scabbard and all – and wave it through the ghosts’ bodies in front of Celestia and Nymara. “… Damn it, the potion did something for both of you girls. How come I didn’t get any effect?”
It was a sad but comedic event, really. The witch who attended the cauldron suddenly spoke to all three of them: “If you’re done here, maybe I could suggest that you try out the ‘Tunnel of Terror’ located down the end of Dragonbane Avenue? I believe the next ride is readying up.”
Mura couldn’t help but raise an eyebrow, then cup his chin in deep thought. Therefore, he turned to the two guildmates of his and asked: “You up for that? We could also look around for some other activities.”

Re: Ayo, Holidays In Fiore Be Damned
“Are you still yourself, Lady Nymara?” Lucky felt the need to ask with a tone of concern lining his voice. While it was safe to assume the potion had no lethal effects, the exceed was still very unfamiliar with how most magic worked in this world. Especially when the same potion seemed to have little to no effect on Mura! “Yeah I’m still here! Or err… Mostly, ha!” Nym would continue to giggle as she looked more around herself. It seemed whatever the potion was made her look like an actual ghost! Some mischievous thoughts would pop into Nymara’s brain when she began to think about the opportunities for something like this! It was Halloween, so the dragon slayer wasn’t sure how out of the ordinary she’d seem after all. Still, Mura seemed intrigued enough by the reaction to ask for a second helping, though was quickly shut down by the witch before directing their attention to another Fairy Tail member!
“Ooooohhhh! Cool samurai unicorn outfit!” Nym would say with genuine excitement as Celestia approached them, tilting her head slightly within her costume as she did. Nymara could honestly say she hadn’t met this person before, so it must have been someone new! Her scent was foreign, though something about it gave her a familiar feeling… Whatever the feeling was though didn’t last long as Lucky interjected. “I am Ser Lucky, and my ghostly companion here is Lady Nymara.”
“I WAS GETTING TO THAT!” She spouted with irritant as Lucky walked around the rim of the pot to stand closer to his dinosaur-costume-wearing friend. “My Lady I was only making sure, you often forget basic manners when greeting new people.” The pumpkin-wearing cat would respond before facing Celestia and Luna “A pleasure.” He’d say with a polite bow of his head.
It wouldn’t take long for Celestia to be drawn to the same thing they all were here for, the giant witch’s pot! It was obvious by this point that the brew seemed to have a different effect on everyone, seeing as both she and Mura had fairly different reactions. For this reason, the firebrand was watching Celestia with keen eyes as she tried the potion for herself, curiously waiting for what would happen next. At least it wasn’t boring! The woman seemed distraught suddenly as it became clear she was witnessing things that the rest of them couldn't… Or at least not Nymara and Lucky. Mura on the other hand leaped into action to calm her down, just as Celestia stumbled into Nymara’s awkwardly large costume. “Woah! What’s the problem? Invisible enemies???” Nymara asked somewhat awkwardly as she tried to get to the bottom of this. The firebrand remembered briefly how Akemi had mentioned to her before that Mura was capable of seeing and communicating with ghosts! Or at least something along those lines, Nymara couldn’t quite remember. Still, Mura seemed fairly experienced and explained that what Celestia was seeing was nothing to be fearful of. “I’d take his word for it, he has experience with this sort of thing!” Nymara would say, trying to add some extra assurance.
After things had calmed down Mura would voice his disappointment with the lack of excitement on his end of things when it came to the potion. “Ah don’t worry about it! I’m sure we can find all sorts of weird potions in town later!” Nymara would say, once again leaping over the point. Lucky would only sigh in response before looking up at Mura again once the witch had given her suggestion on the next activity. “That sounds positively frightful! We’d be poor festival goers if we didn’t check it out in the spirit of this event!” He’d proclaim. “Err, yeah! What the cat said! Why not give it a try?”
Nymara was suddenly rethinking her entire life when she and her guildmates finally arrived at the second event. The aptly named “Tunnel of Terror” consisted of a long dark tunnel filled with water! Her heart sank in her chest when she saw the dock and boat and began to connect the dots. “Oh… Great… A boat.” Nym would say, sounding obviously less than thrilled. Lucky would only snicker. “Well if the boat is enough to scare you, then I don’t think we need to go through the rest of the tunnel!” Nymara’s ruby gaze narrowed slightly at this jab before she turned to face him. “I’m not scared of any boats, aight!? Nor trains or cars or whatever! Let’s do this!” She would say rather heatedly before waddling towards the dock in her oversized costume.
Taking a seat near the edge, Nymara nervously awaited the vessel to start moving, only to be surprised to see no sort of ferryman or paddles. “Just how does this thing mo-” Nym was abruptly cut short as a jerk in motion caused her face to sour! Without any kind of warning the boat would immediately drift forwards as soon as they all made it aboard. Even before the magic of the tunnel had any effect it would appear as though Nymara was feeling something! While the boat silently moved through the darkness the firebrand leaned back as best she could. “Ngh… M- maybe this idea wasn’t so- GNH! Hot after all…” She’d struggle to say while doing her best to keep her lunch down. Lucky only sat with his arms crossed across from her. “Surely you’ll get over this condition one day, yes?” He’d respond, the pumpkin on his head obscuring the slight grin on his face. The firebrand unfortunately was too busy to respond.
Once the magic began suffice it to say Nymara was mostly too distracted by her pained gut to take immediate notice of anything strange. They had passed through the purple barrier while Nymara had done the best she could to lean over the edge, in case she lost her current battle. Lucky sat patiently, though his feline eyes blinked suddenly when shapes began to form around them. “Are you guys seeing these too?” He’d ask, though the exceed sounded more curious than fearful. Nymara could only ignore his question, her face looking at the water while she tried desperately not to hurl out her insides. However, the magic’s effects didn’t evade the girl forever, as something seemed to stir in the deep water she stared at… Something primal.
A light began to glow in the water, grabbing the firebrand’s attention in her groggy state. It was too deep to properly make out what it was, though it was orange in colour. “What is..” Nymara could only mutter as she seemed to enter some sort of trance, staring at the water with renewed interest. Though that interest seemed to twist into shock as a wave of heat washed over the girl! In her eyes, the light began to turn into a raging firestorm that launched toward the surface! The extreme heat was unlike anything the dragon slayer had experienced before, but some unseen force kept her from looking away. Just as the flames looked like they were about to breach the water’s surface Nymara’s eyes widened with horror as the silhouette of her parental dragon appeared between the fire! “It wasn’t enough!”
Nymara yelped suddenly and rolled over onto the boat’s floor, panting heavily as she awkwardly lay there in her large costume. “Are you okay, my lady?” Lucky would ask, his ear twitching slightly. He thought her motion sickness would be the most of her problems, though it was clear she had seen something. The tunnel sure did its job for most it seemed. “I. I uh..” started, grunting as she leaned back up. “Doin’ just g- great!” She’d say through tired eyes, shaking her head slightly to try and clear her mind. Nymara just hoped the tunnel didn’t go on for too much longer...

Re: Ayo, Holidays In Fiore Be Damned
Celestia had felt somewhat of a fool in the ensuing tomfoolery. She had not only squealed in front of the Guildmaster. An utterly embarrassing move on her part, but, she had also stood on a rather cute-looking dinosaur and her Exceed friend. Luna stood, all three feet of her, shaking her head with a paw to it. "My dear, Celestia... You really have no grace." She mumbled as a growl came from her. "Who you calling graceless, stupid cat!" She growled. The Exceed looked on in disbelief and smirked.
The dragon slayer's eyes shot around, still seeing the somber, glowing specters bob gently past those around them. Some were a little grim it was true, but most just looked like normal people. A reassurance at least that if she died she may still get to look this good. The master had been quite outright in his ability to see the dead also, almost wording it like an afterthought. He was an odd fellow, but harmless to those in the guild. She gave him a smile, scooped him up under one arm, and bounded quite happily towards the location of the 'Tunnel of Terror'. Onlookers had faces of horror and curiosity at the giant woman with the man tucked under her arm. Luna bobbed along beside them tutting as she went. Both were completely unwilling to hear the protests made by the master or the odd spirit who seemed to be following them.
Upon reaching the entrance a feeling of foreboding and dread came over her. It was as if someone was lurking over her shoulder. It wasn't the cat, that much she was sure of. She gently set down the master; "There we go, sorry about that!" She mused with a pleasant smile. Nymara had already made her own way over and was looking somewhat destitute at the idea of riding this death contraption. Truth be told, she was Celestia. Her brow began to moisten with sweat at the idea of having to actually sit in a vehicle. She swallowed hard, taking note of how smug Luna was looking. "You're looking way too smug, you little furball." She mused through gritted teeth. "Me? Oh, I have no idea what you could possibly mean." The Exceed replied with a certain degree of relish.
Celestia squeezed into the seat next to the little Dinosaur. There was a scent to her, a familiarity that she felt she had always known. Strange. As the bar came down upon her lap, they had to fight past her chest and she was forced to pull the girls back for just a moment. She blushed a little as she tried to take focus away from the embarrassing moment. "Hey, Luna you don't thi-NGH" With that, the small boat lurched forward and nearly sent the Dragon Slayer heaving. The boat gently rocked from either side and Celestia had her head hung over one side and Nymara another. She could not hear anything from behind her where the master was sitting. The sound of her own heartbeat pounding in her ears and the murmurings of Nymara did little to help pass the time. "Stop moving?!" She cried. Trying desperately to grab Nymara in the hopes that if they both stopped moving then they might not die. "O-o-OH C-rap" She heaved trying not to part with anything.
"Wait a-NGH." She tried to pull herself up. Only certain kinds of people suffered this badly on a moving object. Dragon Slayers. Celestia's eyes lit up at the prospect of another slayer. She tried to move over to pull her close; "YoU- SL-NGH- Ayer?!" She managed to get out before the boat rocked again forcing her to collapse forward onto Nymara's lap. It was a pathetic show of resistance to her motion sickness but it was all that she was capable of mustering. She would almost have preferred another one of Temepsta's training sessions over being stuck on the infernal ride. It was a ride set for one destination. Hell. She was not sure if her breasts were currently stuffed in Nymara's face, chest, or anywhere else but she was simply praying that the ride would be ending soon. She managed to open her eyes enough to see little ghosts and ghouls bobbing around and the sounds of spooky monsters going around them. Had this been a simple walk-through attraction then Celestis would have most likely been able to enjoy this and not made such a lasting impression on the master, oh no. The master. She had completely forgotten about him and dreaded to think what a mage of his caliber would have to think about two of his Dragon Slayers being completely incapacitated by a simple amusement ride.
A shudder came up her spine. She was unsure where this sudden feeling came from but yet something was triggering her. She managed to pull her head up slightly to see in the ceiling above a face, huge and grinning. The face was not like that of a normal person, with rows upon rows of jagged and misshapen teeth. Some were razor sharp and others like dull nubbins. A pair of eye stared down at her wild and unkept it was a wonder that did not split her in two the glare was so intense. But the worst part is that as they stared down it was as if she could hear so many things from her past. The sound of Tempesta anguish, her village being slaughtered. The cries of the children around her. Celestia's eyes shot wide, sweat poured down her brow as she struggled to pull her gaze away or to stop the voices in her head. So intense was it, that she forgot all notion of motion sickness. She even forgot she was around others. All she knew was that she was on someone's lap, staring straight up and the fear was so crippling tears began to well in her eyes. "Cele... Are you alright?" The voice of Luna came gently to her ears as she was able to snatch her mind free. She glanced quickly back up but whatever it was had disappeared. She shivered slightly completely devoid of notion as to what that thing was. All she knew was that she wanted this ride to end.

Re: Ayo, Holidays In Fiore Be Damned
Okay… the ride was utter chaos. Mura, in his infinite wisdom, had apparently brought himself to a scenario with two Dragon Slayers riding a boat along with him.
Dragon. Slayers. Dragon. Slayers. MOTION. SICKNESS.
It was no wonder that Nymara caved in and just ended on the floor with cramps, and Mura tried to take a look down the water in order to see what had caught her attention in that brief moment. Nothing. He didn’t see much, but he did see reflections of cardboard figures spooking him for just a brief moment. It just caused a jump on his skin, but nothing more… seeing the actual cardboard boxes calmed him down again. He tried his best not to make a face in front of the two, since Celestia was also now feeling the detriment of Dragon Slayers.
Celestia had her gaze fixed straight up at the ceiling, where an oni’s face had made itself present. It was a wild-looking oni, and even Mura’s skin began to crawl at the sight, but nothing more, right? Well, apparently for a fellow oni like Celestia herself, it was traumatizing as she had leapt out of her seat, broken the bar that was to hold both her and Nymara on their seats and made her way on to Mura’s lap.
…
Once the boat made it to the exit, Kyuken and Zirconis were waiting for the bunch – seeing the scene without context, Kyuken just snapped in a fit of rage: “YOU FUCKING DOG! I KNEW IT! YOU’RE NOT ONE BIT BETTER THAN ME, YOU SLUT!!!”
“W-W-W-W-What the hell, Kyuken?! I literally haven’t done shit!”
“SPARE ME YOUR WORDS, YOU’RE JUST A DAMN WOLF! NOT FIVE MINUTES HAVE PASSED, AND YOU’RE ALREADY TRYING TO SEDUCE CELESTIA! AND NYMARA TOO?!? YOU DONKEY!!!”
Completely not willing to take this crap from Kyuken, Mura simply lifted Celestia up from his lap and exited the boat. After putting her down on her feet again, he’d pick up Nymara by her dinosaur costume’s tail and just sling her over. The boat ride was finished – tilted, but finished.
“…” Kyuken’s angry face was pressed up against Mura’s, “You better give me a report later, you sly basta- awORHGH!?!”
Mura had simply grabbed Kyuken – the blue spirit orb that was him, at least – and just squeezed his spirit form so tightly that Kyuken was spilling out between the Guildmaster’s fingers. “Shut uuuuuuuuuuuuuup…” the Master begged before squeezing Kyuken so hard that the spirit ended up launched away at high speed to the side, bouncing off walls and disappearing into the crowds.
“Maybe we should try something less ridey, this time…” the shaman mumbled, only to be interrupted by a sudden passer-by who poked him. “Hello, you’re the wizards from Fairy Tail, right? We’ve been looking for you,” the random lad spoke to them while holding a microphone, “You, you must the Guildmaster, right? A God of Ishgar, right? You’d make an awesome serial killer- n-not literally, of course! We got a game over here, and we’d love to have a God of Ishgar play the hunter in our little maze tag game! You two ladies can also participate, be the runners who have to find their way out.”
The lad with the microphone would lead Mura over to a maze built with corn bushes, and soon enough, the shaman had disappeared. The entry was shown to the two Dragon Slayers, and the exit would be on the other side; they were to navigate through the giant maze and find the exit. The moment any of them would enter the maze, Magic would be suppressed and unusable.
Celestia and Nymara, get ready to enter the maze. Mura had already put on an ice hockey mask and was wielding a plastic dagger, hidden somewhere in the maze field. Once the siren sound of screaming was heard, the run had begun!

Re: Ayo, Holidays In Fiore Be Damned
The rest of the boat trip passed by without much attention from Nymara, her head still reeling and her stomach cramping up with every rock of the vessel. At some point Celestia tried to say something to her it seemed as, though she also had motion sickness! What a weird coincidence! Unfortunately, Nym had little time to think about the subject as the pain and dizziness seemed to take her full attention. Of course, the tunnel seemed to have its own effect on Celestia as well, Nymara only finding out when she felt the larger woman’s body stumble straight into her! Nymara’s oversized costume made it difficult to move, so she lay temporarily pinned under Celestia’s weight. This certainly was the tunnel of terrors, as Nymara was terrified of ever having to come back here.
After what would feel like an eternity Nymara would finally feel the drifting come to a slow halt, and the cool breeze of the outside world tickle her skin. Thank any gods that existed. The hellride was finally over! As her sensations were slowly clearing up again the first thing the firebrand heard was loud, angry yelling. Groggily Nymara turned to face the source, only to see the two ghostly companions of the Guildmaster! One of them did not seem too happy with Mura, though the girl wasn’t paying too close attention to the details, still trying her best to recover from that nightmare. At some point Mura had brought both Celestia and Nymara’s incapacitated bodies off the boat and back onto solid ground, Nymara barely registering she was being carried. “I would assure you that what you’re thinking didn’t transpi-” Lucky would say, trying to leap into Mura’s defense, though the Guildmaster quickly proved to the exceed that he didn’t need the help. Feline eyes watched as the ghost was sent careening through the air and into the distance after Mura had enough of his antics, prompting Lucky to nod with respect. “I guess sometimes a more straightforward approach is in order. Nymara would agree on that front.” He would snicker slightly, the redhead still too dazed to hear what the cat had to say.
When Mura suggested they find an activity with less motion than the tunnel, Lucky was inclined to agree. “I concur. Perhaps our two friends here would be most appreciative of that.” Though before long he could say much else their conversation was interrupted by a passerby on the street! Even in his costume, Mura was still recognizable enough to the people, a fact that was reinforced after the man continued to call Mura by a title Lucky had heard a few times before. Of course, if Mura shared the ranks of the Gods of Ishgar it shouldn’t have surprised him too much that he’d have some fans in public spaces. What caught the feline’s attention though was the stranger’s proposal. “I suppose it is in the spirit of things.” He would say, shortly after the man finished explaining how he wanted Mura to pose as a serial killer for a game. “It should be most entertining to watch, if nothing else.” Lucky would continue, turning to face the two dragon slayers. “Best shape up! I don’t expect the Guildmaster to go easy on you two!”
Before long Nymara would find herself near the entrance to the large corn maze, Lucky catching the dragon slayer up to speed on the activity’s rules on the way over, the firebrand missing the initial explanation during her stupor but thankfully most of the effects had worn off by now. “So just find the exit and avoid Mura? Aye, sounds easy enough!” She’d say through a bright gaze. “I wouldn’t count on it. Though whatever keeps you motivated.” He’d retort back, looking over to the entrance. Turning to face Celestia the firebrand would extend a large blocky claw to the Dragon Slayer. “Good luck! Hope you live!” She’d say with a smile.
When the competition started Nymara soon realized the disadvantage she was at. This very convincing dragon costume was also very heavy! “NGhhh.. C’mon then damn corn maze… Where the exit at!?” She’d grunt after several minutes of aimless running! Nymara started to think back to the easter egg hunt during the spring festival, and how irritating finding stuff was in a hedge maze! Though unlike last time Nymara couldn’t just burn her way through to victory, and that irritated the hell out of her! “Stupid magic plants!” She’d continue to yell, appearing to think the corn was the reason she couldn’t cast any magic. “I swear when I get out of here I’ll make so much popcorn an-” Nymara’s ranting was cut short when a familiar scent hit her nose… uh oh. She could smell Mura.
“AH!” Was the only noise Nymara made when she turned a corner only to see Mura standing in his costume at the other end of the corridor. Instantly turning around and waddling as fast as she could in ANY direction but the one she was just heading! “N- Not today!” She’d call out between grunts, but it was getting increasingly obvious that the dinosaur onesie was going to be the death of her! “Shhhhhiiiii!” The stress was getting to her, the exit was nowhere in sight and Nymara had no idea how to find it! She panicked and did the one thing she thought of to avoid getting caught! “NAaghh!” With as much effort as she could the girl dove head first into the corn bushes! Rolling and crawling as best she could deeper into the thicket in order to desperately avoid the killer’s sight!
Eventually Nymara slowed down, panting heavily as she tried peering around only to find her view completely obscured by corn on all sides. Grunting the girl figured it was probably safe to come out and tried to move onwards, only something was odd. Something was tugging at her costume. Awkwardly turning her head she saw a low lying thicket of weeds and barbs she had crawled into! Frowning Nymara tried again to move, though with much of her strength sapped from her sorry attempt to save herself, combined with this incredibly large and cumbersome costume the girl wasn’t getting any luck! “Well shit.” She would say to herself, completely stuck and helpless in a mess of her own making. The most annoying part was she couldn’t even use any magic to get out! Instead she was left to stew in her own anger while staring up at the night sky until the timer ran out.

Re: Ayo, Holidays In Fiore Be Damned
Nothing was going to stop Celestia from getting off the horror ride as quickly as possible. She had damn near broken her neck getting out and away from it. Luna had continued giggling whilst the Slayer panted and tried to regain her bearings. Mura had been somewhat of a help even though she was sure that Nymara was the main reason she had made it through the tunnel in one piece. Whatever it was that she saw there was no doubt in her mind, Yokai connected in some way. Being a Yokai herself had made things difficult in the world. She was not like other Oni and was extremely proud to be able to do what she does as a Wizard but since her secondary magic had awakened she had seen more and more disturbing things.
She snapped herself back to the conversation at hand, following another suggestion from the guild master to join a killer VS victim race through the cornfields. Mura had given himself the title of the killer. "So the master is going to chase two ladies through a field of corn..." Celestia mused as she neared the starting line. Luna snorted, perching on the Slayer's head, careful not to get impaled on her horn.
Maeve eyes looked at the petite frame of Nymara. The 5"4' slayer offered somewhat of a comforting wish that Celestia not get caught or 'killed'. It was a sweet gesture, one that made Celestia blush just a little bit. Standing tall she gritted her feet into the ground. At the sound to run Celestia did just that. The Oni went as fast as her body would allow, charging headlong, taking a left turn and a right. She could hear others going about as well as what sounded like Nym trying to fight her way out. It was cute. Celestia giggled to herself; "If I can just stay hidden then I'm sure to win!" She purred in delight. Rustling sounded around her, and the walls of greenery blew menacingly in a gentle breeze. Enough for Cele to stand to her full height for just a moment.
One step back.
Two steps back.
She felt something touch her back and heavy breathing. "Oh, Fuuuuuu-" Celestia squealed, leaping forward and attempting to go into a full sprint. All she saw as she looked back was the Master's face and a wild look in his eyes. As he bopped her on the head she closed her eyes. She blinked wildly as she took sight of the booth outside the maze. Nymara looked understandably miffed and pouting from what Cele could see. Celestia looked at Luna who looked confused. "What the hell happened, why weren't you with me?" Cele moaned. "I would have been but for some reason, I couldn't enter. Good thing really since you gave yourself away." A dissatisfied hand to the hip was all that Cele offered as a response. The exceed offered an exasperated huff, gently bobbing, her paws came either side of Celestia's face and turned it to the maze. Her eyes came just under the top of the maze, whilst her hair and horn certainly did not. Celestia looked outward for a moment, blinking before realizing she stood out like a sore thumb.
The Oni stomped her way back to take a bench and plopped down beside her guildmate. She huffed and muttered things to herself under her breath. A gentle exhale led to her pointing to her horn and looking at Nymara; "They could see me from my stupid horn." She uttered under her breath with a pout. "How did you get caught?" A half smile came to her face.
