Abilities:
Flight: Feitan only has to sit on the broom and will it to fly and it shall lift up into the air. With a leaning of his body the broom will move in that direction heading off at whatever speed Feitan can think of having it move at. The broom can soar over the tops of trees fairly easily and can climb even higher if Feitan wills it.

Description:
This is a Musketeer outfit given to Feitan after his time in Minstrel. It shows his “legal” wizard status in that country.
Strengths:
* Legal: This shows Feitan as a legal wizard in the country of Minstrel
* Fitting: This outfit fits Feitan very well giving him freedom of movement.
Weaknesses:
* No armor: This gives Feitan no armor value at all
* Damaged: If this uniform is damaged then Feitan must travel back to Minstrel to get it repaired.
* Minstrel: This uniform only has real value and use while in the country of Minstrel.
