Description:
Once in the far north of the Silent Glaciers, there was a kingdom that was said to have been blessed by a Snow Angel. It was said that this Angel wanted nothing but the best for the fledgling people that tried to call the harsh terrain home, though they often died of exposure, starvation, or were killed by the ferocious wildlife that called the glaciers home. This creature, however, showed the people where to settle and how to take care of themselves, protecting them with a blizzard that kept any invaders and animals that would wish to do them harm away from them. Still, after the passing of a great number of years, the fate of this kingdom and its protector isn't known. Still, it is rumored that the descendants of this ancient, long-lost civilization still walk the lands even to this day, inheriting the unusual abilities bestowed by the protector of this culture.
Abilities:
Enlightened Frost
Remnants of those frozen days now gone benefit from the ancient knowledge used to uplift a civilization in spite of hardships and suffering, bestowed by the benevolent grace of a mysterious patron. The user gains an additional user rank advanced spell, which ranks with them up to H+ rank. Further, the user gains 3 additional Signature Spells in every magic they possess, both of them ranking up with the user up to S rank. Lastly, the user gains a single additional advanced spell per magic, which must be turned into a passive spell slot and remains independent of passive spell limits, ranking with the user up to H+ rank.
Blizzard's Rage
The power of the Blizzard that once protected the people of this ancient culture is rumored to be terrifying, even if only vague lore and stories remain of its once magnificent power. The user may utilize the same power, granting them a 50% base increase to both their Spell Damage and their Spell Durability in addition to a 100% base increase to both Spell Range and Spell Speed. The user gains a regular 200% increase to both their MP and their Spell Damage.
Frozen Might
The power of frost is something that most people know about and fear for the devastating properties it holds, and the storm that protected the people guarded by the frost was even stronger, holding power that was almost mythical in nature. The power that froze the world around these people to divide them from the rest of Earthland possesses the might to freeze on a conceptual level, freezing even magic power and time itself. The user "freezes" mana immediately around them and slows its flow, resulting in improved retention of magical power that grants them a 50% buff to their Spell Cost Reduction.
Bitter Frigidity
The user is, in a sense, blessed by the frozen storm, as if the concept of a storm was meant to manifest around them to protect their very life their very existence. Once per thread, the user can unleash the full might of the ancient blizzard that protected the people of the Glaciers, summoning a snowstorm that can take truly devastating proportions. When unleashed, this storm will manifest as a swirling wave of incredibly cold wind and frost that spreads out from the user's current position up to 2x user rank advanced Burst range at user rank advanced Burst speed, dealing user rank advanced Burst damage to all those caught within this attack, all up to H+ rank max. This snowstorm will persist where it was summoned for the duration of this ability, which is equal to the maximum duration of a user rank advanced spell up to H+ and continues to deal user rank advanced Burst damage at the beginning of every post to all those who remain within the range of this ability should they not leave the destructive snowstorm. All opponents within this snowstorm will have both their base Movement Speed and Damage Resistance reduced by 50% only as long as they remain in the storm regardless of whether the ability and the resulting storm actually damage them, this debuff piercing all shields and remaining unaffected by counter-effects, the bitter cold and frozen winds making movement and evasion extremely difficult.
Ice-cold Glory
A boon from the ones that had come before the current wielder of the lineage, the remnants of the ancient, long-lost civilization guiding them in their fortune to this day. They can be considered lucky, and via the blessings of fortune they receive from their protective spirit, the same one that protected the people of the Glaciers long ago, they tend to come across rewards worth their while. The user receives 100% additional Jewels from any job they complete.
