A little 'Just in case'

It's that time again!~ Tropical storm Megi/Agaton hit the region I'm in today, followed by another tropical depression (fun!), and forced the main power grid which my province and 2 other provinces were relying on to shut down completely because of a land slide and flooding smack dab in its location along with three other towns.

I have word that the blackout will last for a week, so I'm putting up a notice.
