Today’s quest at hand seemed as though it would be a simple one for Salem today, was all the young Pendragon could think of as he made his way towards its location. With the details he had been given before leaving the Rune Knight barracks in Era by his superior Knight letting him know that this quest today was one of pure investigation and should involve no need for combat hence the reason Salem was being allowed to go on the quest by himself even though he was still the lowest of ranks in the Magic Council Rune Knights, something Salem soon hopped to change once he got a few more quest for the Magic Council under his belt. As Salem was ready to be able to do more work for the Magic Council under the lines of Magical Research, something Salem knew was still going to take some time, though hopefully he would be able to cut that time down sooner then later.

The walk from the Barracks to the shop that was the intended of location of Salems’ quest would be a rather short one, though Salem would casually take his time walking down the streets of Era, reminiscing of memories on these same streets he had as a child. With Salem having grown up in the heart of Era in the Pendragon Estate that wasn’t located to far from the Rune Knight barracks that Salem now currently found himself living in as a low-level Rune Knight. While walking and thinking of the past, Salem would soon find himself walking up to the location of the jewelry store he had been sent to make a report on, though the Rune Knights had a good bit of information as well as an idea of who did the break In, the Magic Council still wanted a routine check to make sure of their suspicions and collect any possibly evidence left behind by the criminals.

Once entering the Jewelry shop, Salem would instantly be greeted by who he could only assume was the owner of the shop, by the man’s dressing, a grade of clothing that Salem knew wasn’t cheap just from first glance. After the mans greeting he would instantly go to flaunting over the fascinating matching gold braces that covered the wrist of Salem. Speaking of their magnificent quality and how they must of cost Salem a good amount of jewels, a statement Salem would just proceed to brush off. Considering Salem found this no time for small talk, and didn’t really want to get into rant about his family jewelry with the Shop owner. “I am Salem Pendragon member of the Magic Councils’ Rune Knights, and I am here to collect evidence of the recent crime here”.

Salem would speak in a tone that he hoped let the shop keep know he was only here for business and nothing else. Something the shop owner would seem to completely get as he went straight to giving Salem all of the basic details of the break in while Salem proceed to walk around and collect and small pieces of evidence that he could. Once done Salem, would inform the shop owner that the Magic Council would get back with him once they finished their investigation. Upon finishing his talk with the shop owner Salem would proceed to make his way back to the barracks to turn in his report and use his down time to read more of the latest book he found interesting.
