A yawn escaped from the cat girl's lips as the family came upon the home of Luminous Rose. They were all new to Fiore, but they had heard that Luminous Rose was probably the best place that the three of them could visit. The quaint, falling petals fluttered around them as they began making their way to the door.
"I wonder how many people here it'll be fun to mess with," Astraia said, chuckling mildly to herself.
"Probably enough to make sure that we can have plenty of fun," Talia answered.
"And make a bunch of friends with humans!" Mei chipperly added.
"I mean of course we want to do that. Much better to do it here than back in our homeland."
"Still a bit sad that we had to leave all of our friends from back home but oh well! More places to travel now!" A cute laugh escaped from Mei's smiling lips as she opened the door to see the inside. "Hello humans! And hello non humans too! We wanna join Luminous Rose!"
Talia smiled at seeing Mei's tail already seemingly reaching critical speeds. "Yeah, pretty much. Hope you don't mind if we make a little bit of trouble around here. Just a thing our family likes doing." Talia looked around to see where the biggest troublemaker of them all, their adoptive daughter Astraia, went, only for her to be nowhere to be found. "Be on the look out for a rabbit girl, by the way. Blue hair, white ears, basically my height, probably trying to pull someone's chair out from under them."
"That'd be funny to see!" Mei said with a laugh. "But also there's a lot better ways to make friends and to make people happy!" As if to prove her point, she gave a wide smile to the entire room, not even caring how many people may have been there.
Talia sighed. "Yeah, what Mei said. I apologize if we're messing some things up. I'm sure there's a lot of busyness going on around here that we just ruined but oh well. Can't win all of 'em, I guess."
Astraia, of course, had already made her way elsewhere around the room, trying to find a spot to enact her scheme. She had brought a few firecrackers from home and was hoping that they could be more than enough to at least spook someone. She always enjoyed the reactions of other people, and that was part of the reason she enjoyed her schemes so much. She still was not the stealthiest of rabbits, by no means, but she still went around in the attempt to find somewhere to toss a few firecrackers to get a good reaction. She knew that at least Mom would enjoy beginning things with a bang in the prank department, literally and figuratively, and that Mama would be more than happy to try to cheer people up if they reacted poorly to her firecrackers. In the end, though, so long as she got a reaction somewhere, she would be content with this result nonetheless. And so, as the first people began to approach her mothers, Astraia would sit and wait, ready to pounce on whoever would be so unsuspecting as to fall into her trap.
