Now that it was October, Takumi knew it was time to start preparing for Halloween. Now that the kids were a little older they could enjoy the season with him, so he had to make this year extra special. And so, he found himself wandering Magnolia’s shopping district, hoping to find some nice decorations to put up for the kids. He’d buy candy while he was at it, but if he bought it now it would probably be gone by Halloween. He had to admit, his kids had massive sweets tooths, and were more than smart enough to find any place he’d hide the candy in their small house. It was endearing, if a little bit troublesome.
None of the shops he’d visited thus far had good decorations that were child-friendly, most of them being far too gory for toddlers, but he held hope for this next one. Considerably cuter looking even from the outside, he figured this shop might be the best chance he had of finding good kid-friendly decorations. Walking inside, he was definitely right. Lots of glittery bags and pumpkins and black cats, but nothing particularly scary. Perfect for the first Halloween he’d actually celebrate with Inori and Castiel. Now, which to actually purchase? He could only carry so much on his way back.
