Name: Spirits Handy Haversack
Grade: Strong
Type: Item
Proof of Acquisition: Link
Description: A backpack of this sort appears to be well made, well used, and embossed with various arcane lettering. The straps can be latched to allow it to turn into a satchel if wished, and back into a backpack.
Abilities: The front left pouch can magically hold material of as much as 2 cubic feet in volume. The large central pouch of the pack can contain up to 8 cubic feet. Even when so filled, the backpack always weighs only 5 pounds. Three slots on the front right allow for potions and vials to be placed in them. Both the slots, the front right pouch and the central pouch are magically warded from mundane theft. Only the wearer it's bonded to is allowed to remove items, unless that wearer has died, unconscious or gives permission.
While such storage is useful enough, the pack has an even greater power. When the wearer reaches into it for a specific item, that item is always on top. Thus, no digging around and fumbling is ever necessary to find what a haversack contains.
If the haversack is turned inside out, its contents spill forth, unharmed, and the haversack must be put right before it can be used again. If a breathing creature is placed within the haversack while the top is closed, the creature can survive for up to 10 minutes, after which time it begins to suffocate.
