Prior to her arrival in Fiore, Syn was entrusted with the last wishes of a swordswoman named Ruby Night. She claimed there was a monster that could only be defeated by wielding her rapier, and gave the weapon to Syn under the condition that she would always carry it with her in case an encounter with said monster should ever occur. Under the assumption that a weapon would not be so difficult to conceal, Syn agreed. However, she did not know at the time that this weapon actually was a sentient creature who assumed the form of a rapier to help Ruby Night further her swordsmanship skills. As a weapon-spirit, Last Wish (or simply Wish for short) has control over their appearance. Oftentimes, they find it most useful to act as a weapon in the hands of Syn, although being used in this way Wish is truly the one dealing the damage, not Syn herself. Any force that Syn applies with Wish as a rapier is discarded and Wish themselves is the only factor. They lead Syn in the dance of battle when the two fight like that together.
On many occasions, Wish finds it useful to part from Syn's side. They are able to transform into a human form, which was their original guise of a companion when traveling with Ruby Night. However, Syn considers Wish to be nonhuman regardless of their appearance. Despite the strange feeling she can receive from seeing her rapier turn into a walking, talking, breathing person, she has come to accept the circumstances. Syn understands that Wish has free will of their own and requires a level of independence equal to that of humans. In order to respect this, she and Wish formed a bond that connects them even without the physical presence of one another. Through this method they are able to communicate nonverbally and reassure each other of their safety. In addition, their bond has deepened to the point of being able to summon one another to the other's side by calling their name, and their magical cores are intertwined. Thus, their powers can be shared as well. Not only borrowed upon in times of need or extreme distress, the two's magical forces are similar in nature and can be exchanged freely.
Wish's bladed weapon form may vary, but typically they appear as a silver rapier with an ornate handle. Although they have the ability to shift their appearance, they do not often assume the shape of other weapons because it is jarring as a sentient spirit to do so. Rapier and thin sword bodies are an exception. Aside from that specific type of form, Wish is able to change into the shape of a variety of living creatures, including bears, cats, birds, and more.

Description:
Using all of their current strength, Wish extends their magic through space at a rapid speed. Upon reaching the target, Wish's magic forms a protective encasement that will absorb harmful attacks. During the duration of Final Stand, Wish's movement speed is increased until they reach the target's side and make physical contact. If Wish touches the target before the end of the duration of Final Stand, the movement speed bonus ends early on Wish and is transferred to the target for the remainder of Final Stand. The shield refreshes its durability every post.

Description:
Wish has a high opinion of themselves. Although egotistical, this confidence can translate into a one-minded perspective of achieving their goals. With this tunnel vision and lack of disbelief in their ability, Wish believes they can find success in a way unparalleled to others. At a specific moment in time, they can gather their focus in order to highlight this characteristic, gaining additional strength and a counter effect against debuffs for this period of time.
