As well as a pair of koi on his chest, one on each ab, colorized to symbolize yin and yang. On the back of his neck, right where the spine starts, is his old 'Tribe' tattoo: M.A.D. DOGS.
Personality: Mugetsu's personality is a bit of an on and off switch between his two modes. On one hand, he's lively and energetic and enjoys moving about activities like an excited and undecisive child. A man who will go from playing golf on a calm day to being out on the beach swimming around frantically. Happily burning every bit of excess energy he can and seeming as cheerful and friendly as anyone else in the world. However, on the other hand, if his switch is 'flipped' he takes on a much more aggressive and fighty self. One who's ready to throw down and fight regardless of the threat to himself or even if the fight itself is worth anything to him in the end, a metaphorical demon overlapping his mentality and pushing him to put the person who ticked him off in their place and remind them to mind their manners.
Given his fighting style, Mugetsu is almost always rearing to get up close and personal with his foes and tends to admittedly tunnel in on the fight itself rather than pay attention to his surroundings or the call of any of his comrades. He isn't ignorant to any of the pain he endures at all, but it's more fair to say he turns the pain into more drive to fight harder. Retreat is one of the last things he'll ever agree to, let alone do on his own part, preferring to wake up in a medical facility than run away so that his opponents know round two he'll be fighting just as hard and just as reckless. Though it won't ever be obvious, when he does fight with others he does tend to try to keep the focus on himself so his allies can do all the proper strategizing, and so he can deal out some of his sweet justice.
Likes:
- Mugetsu has a very fond likeness to anything sweet, and will almost always have candy on his person if not indulging in some other variety of sweets.
- Confidence. Be it with himself or in the people he's around he loves when someone's got an air of confidence about him. Especially when he's about to fight them.
- Cats. Be they tiny house cats or large and ferocious beasts of prey, he will go absolutely crazy about them.
Dislikes:
- Weaklings/Lack of confidence. Nothing is a buzzkill to him like someone who isn't sure of their own capabilities or has to rely entirely on others to accomplish anything.
- Uniforms, or any forced clothing. He despises it, and prefers to look his own way and dress how he pleases, let alone his desire to stand out.
- 'Healthy' eating. Anyone who approaches this man with meals that are composed of mostly greens is going to have their heads chewed off and their ears filled to burst with swears. Meat. Get the man meat.
Motivations:
- Strength. Mugetsu lives to be strong, and strives to improve himself at every turn. If there is a chance to hone his skills he will take them.
- 'Justice.' Or at least, his sense of justice. If you claim to be strong and in charge you better back it up, and if you try to put your foot down and make demands you better be able to punish those who turn against your word yourself, not with lackeys.
- Life. Living the best and most fulfilled life possible, free of shackles and chains. Rules? Forget them, its his life and he wants it now.
Fears:
- Weakness. Its one thing to lose to an opponent stronger or more skilled than you, its another to be completely helpless and fail due only to your inability to do anything.
- Forced Control/obedience. The loss of individuality and freedom through magic or other such circumstances. The fear that he may be forced to give up his freedom with no ability to fight back or rebel.
- Getting close to people. He grew up in the mindset of dog eat dog, and while you make allies you don't bond with them. People come, people die. Getting close to someone just means watching them die...

Mugetsu stands out a bit, not just for his stature and size but for his erratic appearance. Hair that lets the top fall over a shaved fade upwards that matches the lightly shaved jawline to a goatee, an eyepatch with an ornamental oni engraved into it's leather, a body coated in scars as well as the tattoos that stand out. His attire that seems to never stay true outside of his mission wear, which sees various fancy vacation shirts over formal pants and shoes with metallic toes. But most of all, the look on his face which never seems to hold a true emotion as it leaps across emotions so wildly it could cause whiplash. While his body may stay the same, he's rarely wearing anything repeatedly, even his jewelry changing every day from flashy golden necklaces and piercings to a heavy assortment of 'punk' accessories.
