They need to go to the zoo when it's at its most crowded, steal a zoo animal veterinarian coat from the employee area, then go to each cage and spray some sort of concoction on the animals. If you can stick around and collect data after to report back, that's great, but the mad scientist is lurking around to gather his own anyway. If you want, you can stay to protect the mad scientist in the ensuing chaos.
