Crime Report

Hello FTRP!

As most of you know, typically with every edition of the magazine I have a Dear Seri segment in which characters are allowed to anonymously seek IC advice regarding whatever events they have going on in their stories. While I am still continuing this segment, it is now going to only be featured every other edition of the magazine, and filling the opposing gaps will be this new segment known as the Crime Report.

This segment is a chance for dark mages (or guildless/independent mages who commit darker deeds) to get a little spot light on their nefarious accomplishments! All you have to do is reply to this thread with a summary of a recent dark deed that your character has participated in. The details that get published are entirely up to you, which means that you should ONLY be including information that would reasonably be known or suspected by the Rune Knights or general public. For instance, it's entirely possible that there was confirmation of a mass murder in the town of Hosenka, but aside from a vague description of your character's appearance, magic, and actions, no one knows who actually committed the murders. On the flip side, if your character burned a government building to the ground and took public responsibility for the arson, it's entirely possible that your character's confirmed identity and appearance might be included in the report.

Any details included in your summary will be considered knowledge readily available to the public or the Knights, so if there is information you do not want to be included in the report then do not include it in your submission.

PLEASE NOTE: Members of Hidden Blades must have their submissions approved by their Guildmaster in advance to ensure that it does not violate any of HB's guidelines about keeping HB a secret.

Please try to keep your submissions at 150 words or less. This is not a hard cap, but these submissions really should be more along the lines of a list of facts and knowledge rather than a full summarized narrative of the deeds being submitted. Please no more than one submission per character per edition. I will attempt to include as many submissions as possible each segment, dependent on the number and size of submissions received.

The deadline for submissions is 11:59pm EST on Wednesday, April 28th.

Name: Temperance
Guild : Elysium
Summary: An elusive, mysterious woman in black and orange has been suspected on multiple counts of theft and burglary throughout Fiore. Known by the name "Temperance", determined by the Tarot Card she leaves each time after her heists, has pilfered goods from many public and private venues. Witnesses and guards have described the thief as a woman with a sense of flare, often committing her crimes with equal parts stealth, flare, and misdirection that leads authorities to consider her a highly sought criminal. She is also accompanied by a black Exceed cat who often assists her in her crimes. However, her actions also brought to light other crimes committed by people in power, such as her resulting break-in at a Duke's mansion, revealed he was also involved with human trafficking and others who benefit from his work. Regardless, she is wanted target by the knights.

Name: Jen Ford
Guild: Errings Rising
Subission: Jen Ford interrupted a public news broadcast, and turned it into a public execution session for no reason other than being bored. She also encouraged viewer participation, and could be heard slaughtering others or entertaining herself when off camera.

Known Information

- Clover Town

- City was opening up a brand new public zoo, it was rampaged by monstrously evolved animals

- They appear to have been injected with some kind of serum supposedly created by Dr. Stein

- A rumor that dark mages were seen with Dr. Stein fleeing the scene (descriptions unclear). Ten dead Rune Knights were found and there were over thirty civilian deaths with many more casualties. Some of the dead seemed to have been burned or electrocuted alive not from animal attacks

- Parts of Clover Town outside of the zoo were also wrecked before all the animals could be brought under control

Report:
A massacre had happened near Neutral Ground, more than a few kilometers away from the city gates, but not that far, by the main road. Bodies of an unknown guild were scattered around dead and mutilated, all bearing similar deep wound aside from their torn limbs and heads. A cargo vehicle that was scheduled to deliver perishable goods to Oak Town was seen to be ransacked, its passengers killed, which includes the delivery driver and two children. It is suspected that the killer in question is a requip mage, one with high degree of control over swords. Additionally, there have been reports of corpses laying far apart with similar guild emblem, but their wounds were different that they look like they were caused by a rifle. Unfortunately, no leads were found to shed light on the killer's identity.

This post marks the start of a new round of submissions.

The battle between Elysium in Fairy Tail, How Elysium destroyed Magnolia and the Fairy Tail Guild Hall and left several members of Fairy Tail wounded and many more Innocents wounded or killed. Level to a large portion of the Town including the age-old cathedral that was the center point of the Town. Had dragons and other creatures Rampage through the town as well can cause fear and panic.

Known information.

Suspicious hooded individual spotted in Era. 3 bodies of the Magic Representative's bodyguards found. Kidnapped a Magic Representative and his family. Hijacked a broadcast where the Representative and his wife were killed live, his daughter was spared, and the body of a mage that was sent to stop the execution from the Magic Council was found outside.

Notable appearance, low to medium height, silver-white hair, clothing matched the masked individual that was spotted first, without the hood. Presumably uses some kind of lightning magic according to the last moments of the broadcast.
