Hired Entertainment! [Celeste and Kenna]

Mission Information:

The day was filled with mysterious, hope and desire, only one could be the final duo that would appeal the great prince of a faraway land, his name was Xavier the second, heir to a kingdom that wasn't known to the likes of the people. The Kingdom of Indura, his business was only with the officials of the kingdom crocus, Celeste was interested that a job this fun didn't require much drastic measures to be taken potentially. She would be walking throughout the streets of Crocus with a lighthearted grin as she examines the quest paper that she took from the guild a few hours ago," This is gonna be so much fun! I'm so glad that mom offered to help me on this quest. I mean it isn't too exhausting to try but their will definitely be some pressure..."She says while narrowing her golden eyes as she thought of all the people that would be staring at her, she inhales and exhales slowly while gathering her thoughts. As long as she did her best and tried, that's all that mattered she said internally to herself in which then it made her feel a little better as she makes her way towards the meeting spot of the quest.

Celeste had already known that Kenna would be meeting her there, she had arrived at the entrance of the theater where all the contestants were gathering to be entered in the roster, she would walk over to someone responsible for the event in which then he took her inside to get registered. She had told them of her partner so they guided her to the dressing room where she would be getting ready for the time being until the show would start. Inside were other girls of various ages who were partnered with others, she simply starts smiling at them while cringing inside slightly as this was rather sudden for her.  The interior of the room had a pastel pink wallpaper, different shaded pink ribbons embedded at the middle of each mirror along the long rectangular space, every paired contestants have a makeup station and wardrobe to choose from. The thought of wearing makeup didn't sit to well with her as she wasn't really sure if she even needed it.

Instead she heads over to the wardrobe section to browse through clothes," Okay.. I'm here now so I guess I should see what they have, this looks good but..eh..not really my style.." She says while putting the top back, she kept looking for now at other choices, she wanted to ensure whatever she decided to choose was going to be able to be appropriate and manageable for her magic. Eventually she had found the perfect outfit, she giggles while holding the clothes, hopping up and down as she was excited to see what Kenna thought about it, she would be inside one of the changing rooms staring at her outfit in the mirror after she puts it on. As she opens the door to the changing room she had accidentally knocked an older looking girl onto the ground," I-im so sorry I didn't see you and I -" Her words were stopped as the older girl held her palm out to her face," Save it kid, you think you look good with that on that? Let me help." She would purposely flick a cup of juice onto her outfit in which then Celeste would let out a sharp gasp while stumbling back a bit, the girl laughs at her as she walks back to her makeup station, Celeste was nothing but shocked as she stares down at the stain on her clothes.

"No, let me help." Kenna's voice resonated darkly from behind Celeste's back, the demoness having watched everything unfold before her in a matter of moments. She didn't want to call out to the young girl she'd come to love and treat as a daughter, wanting to surprise her, but the rudeness of the other woman had made that plan fall to pieces almost instantly. What had first been the other side of the hallway had been bridged in the blink of an eye, crimson eyes glaring the woman down until she stood frozen, too afraid to move. As if doing so would make the demoness tear her apart. And perhaps she would've if she didn't have a reputation to uphold. A comforting hand lingered on Celeste's shoulder, the heat of her fiery aura starting to evaporate the areas that'd become soaked with utmost, minute detail, careful not to harm the young blonde. If she'd look up Kenna would smile at her reassuringly before steeling her gaze back unto the woman, a whole lot less kinder. "If you don't have anything better to do than to bully young children and fellow contestants, I suggest you make yourself scarse. Right now." Kenna hissed, her posture demanding authority from the cheer regality it radiated.

The woman startled back when the demoness made attempts to take a step closer, scared eyes flicking back and forth between the small blonde and the white-haired demoness. It seemed like it took most out of her to not just run away instead, as she stared at the floor and waltzed past them, muttering something underneath her breath that Kenna wisely didn't pay attention to. Because if she had, things wouldn't turn out so pretty after all. After losing Avide, she'd grown even more protective over the ones she loved and cared for. "Are you okay, Celeste?" she asked softly when the woman had left, giving her full attention to the girl.

Celeste started to drench tears from her golden eyes, she didn't want to hurt the rude girl, she couldn't even bring herself to stand up to the one thing she hated the most, bullies, she sighs before widening her eyes as she hears the sound of a familiar voice. "M-master?" She mumbles faintly as she feels her immense magical energy surging, probably due to the fact that  she had realized what happened to her, how long was she there Celeste thought to herself. As she places her palm upon the young mages shoulder her body tenses up slightly as she was frightened at how much potential she held as a wizard, as she looks up to see her smiling she made a smirk while narrowing her eyes briefly as she was happy to see her here. Once she had stood up for her though Celeste feels very appreciative to have such a loving and protective family like Sabertooth, most importantly her adoptive mother, Kenna.  

After watching the girl get scared off she sighs for a moment, staring down at her ruined outfit she would then make her way over to the wardrobe station to browse for something different. Celeste nods at her mother as she asks if she is okay," Yeah, nothing I'm not use to by now, I didn't even do anything wrong though, she just really messed up my outfit just to see me down.. well I guess she won that battle at least.. " She says while frowning as she was disappointed that she couldn't wear her original outfit, she remembers something that Kenna always told her about clothing. "Remember when you said that clothing doesn't make the person, only they do.  Well It's really helping me right now because I really didn't have it in me at first to go on stage with this new outfit, I think I'll go for a simple dress, leggings and these boots." She says while grabbing each piece of clothing, she would then make her way back inside the changing room to change into her new outfit.

While inside Celeste couldn't help but feel irritated that this happened to her, even so the new outfit was starting to rub on her as she pulls it all together, it was a sky blue dress with ruffled fabric around the waist to the bottom of the knees. She wore some white leggings and puts on the sky blue heels to finish the look off. After she was finished she stares into the mirror inhaling and exhaling before she turns to Kenna," So what do you think about this? I didn't think it was too bad so why not y'know." She says while placing her palms upon her hips, she makes cute poses while forming stars in her eyes,"Do I look like a star?!" She exclaimed.
