Description:
The Cotton Candy Cannon is an enchanted weapon that both creates delicious cotton candy and can be used as a weapon for its wielder. The Cotton Candy is light, airy and delightful, however, eating too much will give you a migraine.

This ability can also negate one spell or effect up to the equivalent user rank capping at B. This can occur once per post and only costs 50% of the original MP cost of the spell or ability being negated to do so.

All effects last for the full duration of the spell.
