The the fourth and final mark of the sleeping dreamer, Cthulhu, obtained as he continuously siphoned the eldritch being's power to fuel his psionic powers. Unbeknownst to him, this pact was extended to him from Halcyon's prior pact with Cthulhu, who sought power to end the war before the arrival of Sepulchre. With this pact, his psionic powers are magnified through the boon of the dreamer of R'lyeh.

This mark takes the form of an eldritch tattoo on the left side of his torso.

Eldritch energies flow through him, massively amplifying the damage dealt by his psionic abilities to something akin to an elder god. This grants him a 95% increase in strength.

His psionic reservoir is greatly extended from himself to the outer realms, siphoning power from the grimdark sea of darkness to an extent which in turn allows him to lay ruin to his enemies for longer periods of time without running his reserves dry. This grants him 60% additional PSI, which is a resource replacing his SP from his lineage Psionic Soul.
