Personality:
Tempeste came from a small, poor family. Everything seemed to be okay when she was a small child. Her parents had a hard time making ends meet, but at least they loved her. That was, until the young girl started to show signs of being a magic user. Both of Tempeste's parents were not able to use magic, but it would seem that someone in their family line could. Scared of what they had created, the couple shunned their daughter, placing her in a small cage with barely enough room to lay down. Confused and scared, the 10 year old girl cried, and begged, and screamed until her throat was sore. But it was no use. She was trapped, and she would remain that way until she turned 17. Having lived 7 years in a cage, the poor girl had become extremely frail and anorexic. Though they fed the girl, it was only enough to keep her alive, too guilty to kill the child they had bore. Since they had kept her in that same cage for that long, the bars had begun to rust and bend. Taking this opportunity to escape, the now teenager mustered up as much magic energy as she could, and used it to bust open the cage. Rage and vengeance burned in her eyes as she approached her captors. Using one of the rusted bars, she bludgeoned and stabbed her parents to death. Starving and out of her mind, she proceeded to eat them, using them as sustenance for the next passing days. Finally having to venture out, she killed and robbed anyone that was nearby in order to survive. Finally somewhat equipped, she entered the larger world that awaited her, carrying that burning vengeance and desire with her everywhere she went.

As for Tempeste herself, she tends to be pretty quiet unless spoken to, or if she knows someone well enough. Having been confined for 7 years, she doesn't have very good social skills at all. She also has a bit of trouble with speech. Speaking sometimes in a mixture of broken English and French, it can be a challenge to understand her. She also has a tendency to talk to herself, since that was really all she could do when she was confined. People often perceive her as insane, which she very well might be. She can come off as very blunt and naive most of the time, because there really is a lot about the world that she doesn't understand.

Tempeste also has a hard time admitting and believing that she isn't a good person. When killing, hurting others, or defying the law, she tells herself that she is doing it for the greater good. If confronted or told that she could be a bad person, she has a very high likelihood of snapping and becoming belligerent.  

Likes:
✿ Fine Cuisine: Not getting to eat much when she was younger, Tempeste has taken a liking to cooking, and especially fancy foods.
✿ Human Flesh: As messed up as it is, this twisted woman enjoys the taste of human flesh. Ever since her traumatic experience with her family, she has had an insatiable hunger for the forbidden meat.
✿ Children: Tempeste has a very large spot in her heart for children. One of her goals in life is to make sure that no child has to endure what she has.

Dislikes:
✿ Law Enforcement: The people that put others in cages. Both in the literal sense, and in the sense that their manipulative claws dig in to the population, influencing their actions.
✿ Parents: In Tempeste's eyes, there is no such thing as a good parent. If she could take in all the children of the world, she would.
✿ People without magic: Seeing as she was tormented by people who lacked magical abilities, Tempeste has scorn in her heart for anyone who doesn't possess it. Which seems hypocritical. Because it is.

Motivations:
✿ Dissolving Law Enforcement: It's as simple as that. Tempeste doesn't like being controlled or confined in any way.
✿ Finding new and interesting ways to consume human flesh: Being a culinarian, Tempeste wants to find and cook the most delicious dishes, containing the thing she craves most.
✿ Creating her own home for orphans: Though Tempeste is certifiably insane, she does have a peaceful dream. Taking in children that have been neglected or abandoned.

Fears:
✿ Being Confined: After being kept in a cage her entire childhood, Tempeste fears being confined. Whether it be cells, or even just cramped spaces.
✿ Starving: Having experienced starvation in the past, it is one of her biggest fears to have it happen again.
✿ Completely losing herself: Struggling every now and then to keep herself together, Tempeste fears that someday, she will be completely lost.
