    Getting back Empty Getting back

Haru's heart was pumping like crazy. He was back at the mountain. The coldness of the air, the smell of the trees, the pure lack of floating swords, all these things Haru missed a lot. He moved like he did not have a care in the world. He walked like he hadn't just spent years in a world that existed like someone made it especially for him. The world of floating swords and a place where even the air had a feeling of iron.
Haru's hair was much longer, reaching the half of his back. His black coat was full of holes, some rips but most were from stabbings he survived. His pupils had a changed appearance, sometimes, like at that exact moment, they would take the shape of an omega sign. He never noticed it happening, as it had no effect on his vision.
He was in luck, as the night of his return was the night of full moon. Magical night when anything could happen. The best night to be on a mountain top.  He wanted to go to the guild directly but It was so long since he went to the sword world to train, to become stronger, that he was not sure if the Wolves would still recognize him. So, like a good wolf he was, Haru came to the mountain to announce his return.
He remembered how the ritual went. He was one of the people that did this almost every night, just to make the new guild mates know that they are not alone. He always considered it one of his best works. It made people feel like a true pack.
He gathered some twigs and branches, and considered how large the fire should be. Being alone he opted to make it the smallest one possible. The fire's job was not for signal nor warmth, but just one part of the ritual they created. He smiled remembering the time he almost burned down the forest when he thought the big fire would be cool. He almost died that die.
The gathered twigs were in a pile, and using a rock he made a few sparks on with his sword. The flame caught on quickly and Haru sat next to it. He smiled again looking at it all. He was sure that the guild would be surprised when they see the fire and hear the howl, as this was a surprise to all.

He took a deep breath, but it all escaped as he thought about Poko and Quill.
"They will kill me, when they come. Ahahaha. Quill be like, 'Did you break your sword? Do I need to reforge it?' Ahahahaha, man I really missed them."

His heart pumped more as the excitement was growing in his head. He is home at last. He took a second deep breath and this time held it from escaping.
"AAAAHOOOOOOOOOOOOWOOOOOO" a loud howl emerged from his throat.
He waited a few seconds and then repeated it.
    "AAAAHOOOOOOOOOOOOWOOOOOO" this time slightly louder.

The silence filled the night, and then like a warm hug from a mother sounds of howls started to be returned.
    "OOOOWWWOOOOOO"
    "AAAAHOOOOOOOWOOOO"
    "AAHOOOOHH"

    "I AM BACK!"
    "AAAAHOOOOOOOOOOOOWOOOOOO"

He shouted at the top of his lungs, his neck was bulging and his veins were showing from the force he was making. He was the happiest man at that moment.
