The brandy tiger as a race is a gentle race who live in a state of total inebriation. This is because there bodies generate a large amount of natural alcohol, so much in fact that the blood of the brandy tiger is a top quality brandy, hence its name. The brandy tiger's stripes are actually translucent and what gives the colouring is the blood below.

This state of inebriation means its moving style is generally slow and kind of erratic, but it also means that it feels no pain at all. The brandy tiger's are masters of the drunken fist style, which is strange as they are normally very peaceful. However, they feel the need to defend themselves sometimes.

Cognac was raised from a cub by Riccardo and as such sees him as a parental figure. However, because of Riccardo's love of alcohol he decided to see if Cognac's alcohol content could become even better than that of a normal brandy tiger so raised him almost exclusively on food with high alcohol content like liquor stealing escargots, drunken shark and bacchus whale...and alcoholic beverages for drinking. As such the state of inebriation for Cognac is even higher than normal, but this only seems to have made him tougher. He is very nice and will generally refuse to fight unless he has to. He is capable of human speech, but tends to slur his words a bit due to his inebriated state.

Cognac is approximately 5ft tall and twice that in length.


Abilities:

Alcohol Lust: Alcohol based boosts are 10% more effective on cognac due to his love of alcohol.
Pain immunity: The high level of inebriation makes him unable to feel pain
Drunken fist: His combat style is unpredictable, but quite power.
Alcoholic Blood: His blood is so alcoholic that should it splash on an open wound it can cause mild levels of intoxication. If it is drunk then it can make even the strongest drinkers a bit tipsy instantly.

Well.. Blood cannot be more than 100% alcohol, and I am no doctor or science major, but I don't believe a person can become intoxicated by splashing alcohol on their skin without having a serious wound there. ( And even then, I highly doubt it. ) So I don't see Alcoholic Blood working out. Unless you can back that up with science.

Take away 1 D Rank attack necessary to destroy the Booze Barrier. C Rank attacks should still get through too, they may be slowed down a bit, but they should still get through. The barrier will need a duration.
