The entire weapon is made out of a unknown material that landed on the earth from outer space. It is some form of magically enhanced substance that is in solid form, and has the qualities of diamond-plated steel. Though that might just be a estimate to the durability, as it's actual durability and limitations have never been calculated. It is five and a half feet long. It is stored in a ring, and can be summoned by stating the phrase "Rage forth." The blade itself gives off a distinctly wicked vibe, as it seems to be filled to the brim with malice.

First state the rank of the weapon(I remember it is legendary(+)) then include in the weaknesses the ranks of spells that can break it(specifically A rank and above) and specify in the broken chain weakness that only weapons of a higher quality rank can break the chain.

Brutalize:
-I notice "Uses: 1". Does that mean it can only be used once? That's rather unusual given the fact that there is a cool-down. Clarify please.
-Another notable weakness would be the lack of external damage, while the strength would be that it inflicts a more 'stealthy' type of damage in comparison to normal external ones.
-I can allow weak and weak(+) armors to be unable to withstand this move in the armor weakness. Armor that have exposed parts are also obviously vulnerable.

Mutilation:
-Unsure about the internal damage bit, since this time it isn't creating internally damaging shock waves like Brutalize.
-Probably include in the weakness that due to the fact that the chain is at full extension as a result of the spinning, it is vulnerable to moves that plan to cut it off.
