- Job Title: Goddess' Guidance #1: The World of Uprising
Rank: D
Job Location: Wakusei Portals
Solo Word Count: 500 Words
Group Word Count: 1000 Words
Additional Requirements: Fill out the job application.
Job Description: While walking along (your choice of starting location), you come across a gate. It is very elegant-looking and is seemingly hovering over the ground just wide open. No one without magic can see, touch, or feel the portal. Upon entry of this gateway, you are met with a clear blue sky and a temple with a statue of what appears to be a woman in front of you. Then, as if on cue, the woman, who has long green hair and a beautiful white dress with a staff in her hands, as well as a seemingly teenage boy with angel wings and a toga on come forth to greet you.
"Hello there, mage! And thanks for answering my call and totally not just choosing this job for its simple requirements and low word count! I am Completely Inconspicuous Goddess, and I am here with my assistant, The Shouta Angel."
"Uh, what do you mean by 'word count?' And why are you calling us those weird names, Lady Paluten-AHHHHHHH"
A beam of light blasts the angel away, and you're left with just the goddess there to talk to you.
"Copyrights, Shouta Angel... duh. Anyways, mage, it would be great if you joined forces with us to stop a bunch of bad guys at a ton of planets far away. In order to do that, however, you must first fill out this job application! Simple enough, and free EXP for you!"
(The Player can choose what is on the application. It can be serious or joking, it doesn't matter. The scene in the job description doesn't count towards the word count of the job. The job itself takes place after Completely Inconspicuous Goddess gives you the briefing)
Enemies: None.
Reward: Rank EXP, 5K jewel, an angel costume that looks identical to the one The Shouta Angel wears, and access to every other job in the series. (These jobs do not have to be done in order)

Arthur's room in the Magnolia inn was small and cramped. He didn't like it, not one bit. Waking up, he cracked his back as he stretched his body out. Today was a new day, a day to get something done. In his post-waking haze, he didn't quite notice the white glow coming out from under the door. As he swung the creaky wooden planks open, he stepped out into the gate and into another location. Still looking for the bathroom, he wandered around before holding his hand up to his eyes and suddenly waking. This was not the hallway, nor was it near the bathroom. Panic set in as he tried to find the exit. It was gone, the only way forward was into the ancient-looking temple. There is a statue of a woman in the temple, it's not quite familiar to him.
A green-haired woman and young angel-costumed teenager appeared from around a corner, conversing with eachother over something he wasn't quite aware of.
Arthur shook his head, this had to be a bad dream.
"I'm going back to bed, wait where do I leave?"
His current grogginess prevented him from freaking out.
"Copyrights, Shouta Angel... duh. Anyways, mage, it would be great if you joined forces with us to stop a bunch of bad guys at a ton of planets far away. In order to do that, however, you must first fill out this job application! Simple enough, and free EXP for you!"
Bad guys on other planets? That sounded like a good way to continue his dream. He didn't really understand most of what they were saying, but it was a dream so it was to be expected.

The woman handed him a few pieces of paper. Taking them into his hands, he scanned them quickly with emerald eyes. There were a few liability clauses, exemptions, things of that general nature. He flipped over the page and found an information sheet where he could fill in his own personal information.
Name.
Okay that was easy enough. Arthur filled in his full name and continued reading the form.
Age.
Still pretty easy. Arthur quickly scribbled twenty-three into the provided lines. What kind of weird dream made him do paperwork
Orientation.
This made him pause. Why did they need to know this particularly aspect of his personality? It's not like he was going on a date with a nice woman, or a nice guy either for that matter. He didn't want them to judge him though, and so he just filled in Hetero. The goddess glanced over his shoulder at what he was filling in. Upon seeing his last response, she gave him a knowing wink. A blush threatened to erupt across his face, but he kept his emotions in check. Some dream was not going to make him blush that easy, not a stupid questionnaire.
Combat-Style:
The pencil that had appeared in his hands was being tapped on the page. He didn't know what to fill in. What did they want to hear from him? That he was a good strong fighter? Because that part was true at least. A spellcaster? Yeah, he could cast a few spells, but not like the average mage. Support? He doubted someone looking to help defeat others was looking for a supportive presence. Lying to himself, but not caring since it was just a dream, he scribbled in Brawler.
The rest of the questions were just physical aspects of his body, and got to the point of private information, emphasis on privates. This was all just too weird, in all honesty. Why was he doing damn paperwork in the middle of a dream? Weren't dreams supposed to be relaxing instead of stressful like a nightmare? He couldn't rule that out, considering it could turn dark at any moment, with one of the two melting into flesh puddles or scaring him in a type of way.
"Hey, what's all this about?"
Handing it back to the green-haired woman, she looked him up and down.
"Yeah, I think you'll do. Hey angel, what do you think?"
The teenager hovering around next to the goddess looked at him and smirked.
"Well...."
The angel cut in.
"Never mind that, he wouldn't have had anything nice to say anyway. He doesn't seem to like the support types. Oh and by the way, I know that for a healer you can pack a mean punch so don't take anything the wrong way. Oh what am I saying, I suppose that you just want you free XP now, who knows if you're actually going to follow up on the job. If you do, don't be as half-asleep, because this is not actually a dream."
With a shrug, Arthur handed the goddess his form and was suddenly falling through reality. With a start, he gasped and sat up in his bed. Yup, definitely a dream. He could understand why he dreamed about it though, from the angel costume hanging on the door.
