Magic Name: Elven Bloodline Magic
Magic Type: Ancient (solitary) + 50% to Spell Damage
Description: A powerful offensive form of magic said to be a remnant of the magic used by elves in ancient times. While undoubtedly just a fragment of the knowledge that has been lost, it is still a particularly effective form of light-based magic. Its main weakness is that there is little emphasis on defensive or support spells, with most of the magic focused on offensive spells or passive buffing effects.
Valturine uses the magic mostly as a ranged powerhouse, trying to blast enemies to pieces before they are able to get close or return too much fire with their own magic. Given his innate weakness to damage, this is a rather risky approach as it makes him the quintessential glass cannon. This means that it is important to his strategy that he keeps his distance open, or at the very least unleashes his most powerful spells as soon as someone gets close to him.

This is a defensive spell that can prevent 3 times its rank in damage before breaking. In addition has a regeneration effect on the target, returning 5% of their health per post.

Description: Placing his hands together in front of him in a desperate prayer to strike down whatever has gotten so close to him, Valturine creates a wave of light pouring off him in all directions. This is a burst spell with the Damage Over Time and HP Burn effects. The DoT effect that 50% of its base damage in the initial post followed by another 50% per post for the next four posts (for a total of 2.5 times the base damage) and the burn effect deals 5% hp damage per round for the duration of the spell.
