Description:
A cloak that, while appearing to be made from the finest of Bellan silks, seems tattered around the edges, obviously worn and used for a long time, it's very distinct yellow color perhaps being the first thing that one notices while mustering this piece of clothing. Still, it feels and looks mundane enough to be mistaken for just any old piece of cloth, and yet, nothing could be further from the truth. This fact, while not necessarily accessible to just any beholder, will become more than apparent if the cloak is worn by an individual. Once put on, the individual's mind will be flooded with a madness-inducing cascade of whispers, dozens, hundreds of voices that all seem to claw at the wearer's sanity, seeking to tear it apart by a constant barrage of voices. While it is impossible to make out what the individual voices are saying, one will have the feeling that the whispers are bringing forth insecurities, fears, and mistakes, repeating their discouraging lines again and again, like a depraved form of prayer to an equally depraved deity. Still, if one is brave enough to face the whispers that lurk in their own mind, the cloak bestows powers of similar otherworldliness to the voices, able to fracture and twist the fabric of reality around oneself and within the consciousness of sentient beings, reshaping it according to the user's will.

I Wear no Mask: Once the cloak is put on, the user can choose to materialize a white mask over their face. If the mask is used, those interacting with the user will forget the entirety of their interaction once it is over, and indeed, will forget that the person wearing the mask was there in the first place. If the mask is not worn, however, those directly looking at the user's face will experience the same whispers as the user while the cloak is worn, a maddening cascade of voices echoing through the minds of those affected (All aspects of this ability require OOC permission to be used on any player, player-owned NPC, or Event NPC).

The user's Spell Damage is increased by 100%.

Simultaneously, they may reappear instantaneously anywhere within this ability's range. Further, while the ability is active and remains active the reality-bending powers of the user coat them like a thin veil not dissimilar to the cloak itself, increasing their Spell Range by a user-rank advanced active buff multiplied by 1.5x.
